Abstract

Kemacetan lalu lintas di kawasan perkotaan, khususnya pada persimpangan Jalan RS Fatmawati, Jakarta Selatan, menjadi masalah serius yang memerlukan solusi inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang sistem Smart Traffic Signals berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Internet of Things (IoT) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengaturan lalu lintas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian terapan dengan pendekatan eksperimen lapangan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi langsung, rekaman video lalu lintas, wawancara dengan petugas Dinas Perhubungan, serta kajian literatur terkait. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan algoritma YOLO v5 untuk deteksi kendaraan secara real-time dengan algoritma Q-Learning sebagai pengambil keputusan adaptif. Hasil uji coba terbatas menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mendeteksi kendaraan dengan akurasi lebih dari 90% dan menyesuaikan durasi lampu lalu lintas secara dinamis, sehingga rata-rata waktu tunggu kendaraan berkurang sekitar 20–25% dibandingkan sistem konvensional. Dampak positif lainnya adalah peningkatan kelancaran arus lalu lintas, efisiensi konsumsi bahan bakar, dan penurunan emisi karbon. Temuan penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan sistem lampu lalu lintas cerdas tidak hanya memberikan manfaat teknis, tetapi juga mendukung visi smart city dan transportasi berkelanjutan. Rekomendasi ditujukan kepada pemerintah daerah untuk mempertimbangkan penerapan sistem ini di persimpangan strategis lainnya

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital promotion, product quality, product prices, and business location on purchasing decisions for products produced by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Pabean Udik village, Indramayu district. Pabean Udik village is located in a coastal area with relatively low levels of education and technological literacy. The study population includes MSME actors, community members, and stakeholders in the village. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale. If the model includes intervening or moderating variables, it can be analyzed using path analysis. Path analysis allows for the examination of direct and indirect relationships between variables. The analysis will help in making decisions based on hypothesis testing. The findings show that product quality has a positive effect on purchase decisions, product price does not significantly influence purchase decisions, digital promotion has a positive effect on purchase decisions, and business location does not significantly influence purchase decisions. Additionally, product quality, through business location, has a positive effect on purchase decisions, and product price, through digital promotion, also has a positive effect on purchase decisions. Digital promotion has the strongest influence on customers' purchasing decisions. To enhance the competitiveness of MSMEs in coastal areas, it is recommended to utilize digital promotions through platforms such as WhatsApp and Facebook. Additionally, programs for improving the digital literacy and skills of MSMEs' human resources are recommended to better adapt to social media and digital platforms. The aim is to increase their positive competitiveness in the market.

Abstract

Background: MSMEs in Serang Regency face significant barriers to growth, including challenges in digital marketing, inventory management, and product distribution. These operational gaps limit competitiveness and local economic development. This community service initiative addresses these issues by focusing on digital transformation through the implementation of the UMKM Go Digital System (UGODIS). Purpose of the Study: The purpose is to enhance the digital readiness and operational efficiency of MSMEs. The objectives are to improve participants' digital literacy, business management capabilities, and proficiency in online sales processes using the UGODIS platform. Methods: The program employed a learning by doing approach, which included system implementation, hands-on training, ongoing mentoring, and structured evaluation through pre-test and post-test assessments. Results: The activity resulted in significant skill improvements across all measured areas: business planning (+46%), financial management (+71%), digital marketing (+67%), online store creation (+68.5%), and real-time sales monitoring (+66%). The UGODIS system effectively enhanced MSME competitiveness, expanded market access, and contributed to building a sustainable local digital ecosystem.

Abstract

Beban kerja administratif yang tinggi sering mengurangi waktu guru dan tenaga kependidikan untuk fokus pada kegiatan pembelajaran, sehingga diperlukan strategi pemanfaatan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (AI) untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru serta tenaga kependidikan SDN Kebagusan 01 dalam memanfaatkan AI untuk mendukung tugas administratif dan penunjang pembelajaran. Metode pelaksanaan dibagi menjadi tiga tahap: (1) eksplorasi melalui survei dan observasi untuk memetakan kebutuhan dan literasi teknologi; (2) elaborasi melalui seminar, pendampingan, dan tugas mandiri yang mengarahkan peserta mempraktikkan penggunaan AI (seperti ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, dan Scite) dalam alur kerja harian; serta (3) evaluasi melalui kuesioner dan monitoring dan evaluasi (MONEV). Kuesioner diisi oleh 19 responden (guru dan tenaga kependidikan). Hasil menunjukkan 78,9% responden berada pada tingkat kemampuan teknologi menengah dan 68,4% menggunakan AI minimal beberapa kali dalam seminggu. Sebanyak 73,7% menyatakan AI dapat menghemat waktu kerja dan 63,2% menilai AI meningkatkan kualitas hasil kerja. Namun, 68,4% responden masih merasa perlu pelatihan khusus, dengan kendala utama berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur, perangkat, dan variasi kemampuan individu. Kegiatan ini terbukti meningkatkan kesiapan dan pemanfaatan AI di sekolah, sekaligus memberikan dasar bagi perancangan program lanjutan yang lebih terstruktur untuk mengoptimalkan produktivitas guru dan tenaga kependidikan.   High administrative workloads often reduce the time of teachers and education staff to focus on learning activities, so a strategy for utilizing artificial intelligence (AI) technology is needed to increase work productivity. This Community Service activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of teachers and education staff of SDN Kebagusan 01 in utilizing AI to support administrative tasks and support learning. The implementation method is divided into three stages: (1) exploration through surveys and observations to map the needs and technology literacy; (2) elaboration through seminars, mentoring, and self-directed tasks that direct participants to practice the use of AI (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, and Scite) in daily workflows; and (3) evaluation through questionnaires and monitoring and evaluation (MONEV). The questionnaire was filled out by 19 respondents (teachers and education staff). The results showed that 78.9% of respondents were at the intermediate level of technological proficiency and 68.4% used AI at least a few times a week. As many as 73.7% stated that AI can save work time and 63.2% assessed that AI improves the quality of work results. However, 68.4% of respondents still felt the need for special training, with the main obstacles being limited infrastructure, devices, and variations in individual abilities. This activity has been proven to increase the readiness and utilization of AI in schools, as well as provide a basis for designing more structured advanced programs to optimize the productivity of teachers and education staff.
