<![CDATA[The aim of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and compensation on job satisfaction and its implications on the intention to move the nurse at the Regional General Hospital dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya. The results of this study can be useful practically and theoretically, i.e. as material development management of human resources, especially nurses in order to improve the quality and productivity of hospital services as well as lowering the intention of migration of nurses. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with the nature of this research was descriptive and verification. How to capture data through interviews and questionnaire with the techniques of observation and field Study, with the sampling technique of sampling is simple. The collection of Data in the field is done in 2019. Statistical analysis techniques to test hypotheses using Path Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the culture of the organization, compensation, job satisfaction and intentions to move in general is pretty good. There is the influence of organizational culture and compensation as well as job satisfaction simultaneously on work satisfaction, as well as have a negative effect on the intention to move from the nurses in the Regional General Hospital dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya.]]>

<![CDATA[Bencana dapat disebabkan oleh kejadian alam ataupun ulah manusia. Pada kehidupan sehari-hari kecelakaan sering terjadi dan menimpa siapa saja. Kecelakaan bisa terjadi dimana saja, di rumah, jalan, atau tempat kerja. Kondisi ancaman bencana ataupun kecelakaan dari apapun harus dapat diantisipasi dan dihadapi secara terencana. Mengantisipasi potensi bencana dan resiko kecelakaan dibutuhkan langkah dan upaya pencegahan. Pendidikan merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pemahaman terhadap bencana. Pondok pesantren dan MTs Daarut Taqwa Mulyasari memiliki posisi yang strategis untuk terlibat dalam upaya kesiapsiagaan menghadapi bencana di Wilayah Tamansari Kota Tasikmalaya. Sebanyak 37 siswa-siswi MTs Daarut Taqwa menjadi peserta pelatihan P3K dan PPGD Dasar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam rangkaian program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ipteks bagi masyarakat (IbM) Poltekkes Tasikmalaya. IbM dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus 2018. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan skor pengetahuan naik sebensar 29,19 poin diabdingkan sebelumnya. Secara statistic (uji paired-t) terdapat perbedaan rata-rata skor pengetahuan sebelum dan setelah pelatihan P3K dan PPGD Dasar, dengan taraf signifikansi ρ = 0,000 (ρ < 0,05). Kesiapsiagaan bencana merupakan proses membentuk individu dari aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan dalam menghadapi ancaman bencana, meliputi tindakan pencegahan dan penanggulangan bencana yang dihadapi. Gegana MTs Daarut Taqwa diharapkan menjadi kader siaga bencana di sekolah/pesantren, keluarga dan masyarakat sekitarnya. Kemitraan antara MTs Daarut Taqwa dengan Puskesmas Tamansari dan Perguruan tinggi kesehatan perlu ditingkatkan secara nyata.]]>

<![CDATA[Hasil Riset Kesehatan Dasar (RISKESDAS, 2007) menunjukkan penderita Diabetes Militus di Indonesia usia 65 sampai usia 74 tahun berjumlah 2,4 % dan usia 75 tahun keatas berjumlah 2,2%. Sementara itu di Kota Tasikmalaya dalam satu tahun terakhir ini terdapat 547 orang lansia usia 60 tahun keatas yang teridentifikasi mempunyai penyakit DM atau sekitar 0,7%. Tujuan penelitin ini untuk membuat penilaian terhadap gambaran kemampuan keluarga dalam merawat lansia diabetes mellitus tipe 2 sebelum dan sesudah therapi psikoedukasi keluargaJenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian analitik dengan pendekatan quasi eksperiman,. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah konsekutif sampling, yang terdiri dari 20 kelompok intervensi dan 20 kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotor pada kelompok intervensi yang mendapatkan terapi Psikoedukasi keluargayaitu kemampuan kognitif sebelum perlakukan 7,90 setelah perlakukan menjadi 10,70 sedangkan kemampuan psikomotor sebelum perlakuan 11,20 menjadi 15,75. Sementara kelompok yang tidak dilakukan terapi psikoedukasi keluarga tidak terdapat peningkatan kemampuan dalam merawat lansia dengan DM tipe 2. Berdasarkan hasil tersebutmaka terapi psikoedukasi keluarga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan keluarga dalam merawat klien lansia dengan Diabetes militus tipe 2.]]>

<![CDATA[SC surgery can help the mother give birth if the mother is unable to give birth pervaginam or normally. But physically, the mother will feel pain due to the tearing of tissues in the walls of the abdomen and uterus. Pain is the most common problem experienced by post partum SC mothers. This form of pain management can be done by early mobilization. The purpose of the study was to provide an overview of the implementation of early mobilization in reducing the scale of pain in post sectio caesarea mothers. This type of research design is descriptive with a case study approach to explore the pain response of post partum SC mothers who get early mobilization interventions. The study was conducted on two post partum sectio caesarea mothers. The results showed that both respondents mobilized well and experienced a decrease in the scale of pain after conducting early mobilization interventions. The high level of motivation is a factor that affects the implementation of early mobilization and affects the decrease in the scale of pain. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor in reducing the pain scale is the low patient's knowledge about the importance of pain management by conducting early mobilization. To improve services in providing effective nursing care, the health service is expected to increase knowledge, provide motivation and supervise the implementation of mobilization in post partum sectio caesarea mothers to accelerate the reduction of pain scale.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian untuk menegtahui Pengaruh kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) di RSUD Dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan alat uji regrese linier sederhana. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang didapatkan langsung melalui kuesioner/angket. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bekerja di ruang rawat inap, Pengambilan sampel menggunakansimple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 152 orang perawat. Dari hasil penelitian pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku Organizational Chitizenship Behavior (OCB) perawat di RSUD Dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya terdapat pengaruh posistif, dimana semakin baik kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan, akan mengakibatkan meningkatnya terhadap perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) perawat di RSUD Dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya. <![CDATA[Introduction: Adolescence is one of the potentials to become a much better generation, it is very important to provide knowledge to adolescents about deviant behavior such as drugs, sexual intercourse that can lead to transmission of HIV-AIDS. The spread of the HIV/AIDS virus occurs due to a lack of knowledge among adolescents, as well as inappropriate community behavior. Health education aims to increase awareness of the disease and prevent the transmission of HIV/AIDS. E-Book is an educational media in the form of digital books that can be opened through a computer or gadget. Objective: This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of E-Book media on adolescents' knowledge about HIV/AIDS at SMAN 1 Tasikmalaya. Methods: This research design uses quantitative methods with pre-experiment with one group pretest posttest design. With Simple Random Sampling technique totaling 67 respondents. Data analysis was carried out by univariate and bivariate methods, namely Skewnes and kurtosis tests with a significant level between -2 and +2. Results: The results showed that the level of knowledge before and after health education using E-Book media increased with an average of 58.64 to 72.64. Data analysis shows a p value of 0.000 <0.05, this indicates that the p value is smaller than α, so it is said that the research hypothesis is accepted. Conclusion: E-Book media is effective in increasing adolescent knowledge about HIV/AIDS.]]>

<![CDATA[Depresi adalah salah satu bentuk gangguan jiwa pada alam perasaan (afektif, mood) Pengetahuan keluarga mengenai depresi merupakan awal usaha dalam memberi iklim yang kondusif bagi anggota keluarganya. Keluarga selain dapat meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kesehatan jiwa anggota keluarganya juga dapat menjadi sumber masalah bagi anggota keluarga yang mengalami ketidak stabilan mental sebagai akibat minimnya pengetahun mengenai persoalan depresi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan keluarga tentang depresi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keluarga dengan anggota keluarga yang menderita depresi yang berkunjung ke Klinik Psikiatri RSUD dr. Soekardjo Tasikmalaya dengan jumlah kasus pada bulan November 2023 adalah 210 kunjungan, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling yang berjumlah 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pengertahuan keluarga tentang depresi dalam katagori cukup baik.]]>

<![CDATA[Non-communicable diseases (NCDs) are one of the leading causes of death in Indonesia, including in Tasikmalaya city, with an increasing prevalence. This study aims to analyze the capacity of health promotion interventions in the prevention and control of NCDs in Tasikmalaya city. The methodology used was a cross-sectional survey involving 31 health promotion program managers at puskesmas. Data were collected through a 2010 WHO capacity mapping instrument questionnaire, with eight domains of health promotion capacity. The results showed that the average capacity of health promotion interventions was at developmental level C, meaning that the program had begun to be implemented, but its impact could not yet be clearly assessed. There was a significant shortfall in the number of human resources trained specifically for NCD health promotion, as well as low budget allocations. The variation in respondents' ratings suggests the need for better evaluation and monitoring of the program's effectiveness. Based on these findings, the study recommends improving HR training, developing more targeted policies, increasing financing, and strengthening collaboration with various stakeholders. With these measures, it is hoped that efforts to prevent and control NCDs in Tasikmalaya City can be more effective and sustainable, thereby reducing the burden of disease in the community.]]>

<![CDATA[The process of community empowerment in this case mental health cadres who have a role in moving the community in following counseling on mental health is very important, considering that in the community there are many sources that can cause families to experience mental health risks or disorders in addition to maintaining their health conditions. Mental health cadres are expected to be able to provide knowledge to the public about the mental problems faced by them. Through this training activity, the basic skills possessed by cadres regarding early detection of mental health, education about mental health are increased. This will go hand in hand with the active participation of health care workers, in this case the Puskesmas nurses. The mental health cadre training was attended by 42 cadres at the Cigeureung Community Health Center. Based on the results of the pretest and post-test, the score increased by 16 points (9.2%), meaning that there was an increase in cadres' knowledge of mental health. <![CDATA[Sexual violence is currently increasing with the development of internet-based technology media access, technology products, and various applications and social media. The forms of sexual violence that often occur today are changing in digital form which is manifested in the language of communication in the routine of social interaction. This form of sexual violence is known as sexting. The term sexting refers to the sending and receiving of sexually explicit images through some form of virtual messaging, where a person sends messages or materials in the form of explicit images and videos electronically, especially through mobile phones, the internet and other electronic media. The growth in the number of teenage victims of online crime is very rapid, the number of internet users and many teenagers are irresponsible in using social media technology, especially in text. This can be seen from the survey results that eight out of ten teenagers say they have had sex by sexting. In the city of Tasikmalaya, complaints of student sexting are found every year to the Integrated Service Center for the Protection of Women and Children, so that effective services and handling are needed in preventing sexting and assisting victims of adolescent sexting. The activity was carried out in a series of community service science and technology for the community (IbM) Tasikmalaya Health Polytechnic. The activity will be carried out within 1 year.]]>
