Abstract

The purpose of this study was to see how the image of the group in one of the authors of acts of intimidation against intimidation of the pilot school in Jakarta. Process in the middle in this discussion group is a study of interaction between individuals within a group of attitudes and behavior of mutual influence each other as part of the group relations. This study focuses on the stages of team development model put forward by (Tuckman & Jensen). There are five basic stages of group formation, including the steps establishment stage (stage forming), (stage Storming), (stage Norm), (stage performing) and the final stage group (suspending phase) that exists in the interaction. Interconnected to form patterns that affect the process of group formation. By using a model of group development stage, it will be on explaining the various activities that occur at each stage of group formation, so it will be visible with a clear description of the stages of the process of forming groups of perpetrators of bullying in the school environment. Results of research conducted on the basis of qualitative approaches focus group discussions (FGD). The study involved a group of 10 individuals perpetrators of bullying as a subject of research. A selected group of subjects was based on the fact that they have committed acts of bullying behavior toward students class named "Ade Fauzan". Then the data were analyzed based on the theory and the results of interviews in the can. The results showed that in the process of group formation causes the perpetrators of bullying in the interaction of individuals who influence each other in groups. The results also show that the phenomenon of bullying in schools is because the system is very complex involving several aspects in it as cultural factors or traditions that have become regenerative in the school environment. Keyword:  Group Process Perpetrators of Bullying Process, Social psychology

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui motif dan kepuasan subscriber dalam menonton Channel ‘Kok Bisa’ Di YouTube. channel ‘Kok Bisa’ merupakan channel edukasi yang dengan Subscriber terbanyak di Indonesia untuk kategori edukasi di YouTube. Peneliti menggunakan teori Uses and Gratification dengan empat indikator, yaitu hiburan dan relaksasi, hubungan antar pribadi, mencari informasi, dan persahabatan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah online survei, dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji deskriptif, serta Crosstab untuk menghubungkan identitas responden dengan indikator-indikator motif dan kepuasan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motif dan kepuasan tertinggi adalah pada indikator Informasi. Sedangkan yang terendah adalah pada indikator Persahabatan.

Abstract

Ideally, a pastor’s child is a role model in religious life. However, a pastor’s child has some religious problems rooted in parental influence. This research aimed to determine whether each parenting style correlated with the religiosity of a pastor’s child. This research hypothesizes that there was a significant correlation between the perceptions of authoritarian parenting, authoritative parenting, permissive parenting, and uninvolved parenting with the religiosity of adolescent pastors’ children. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. As many as 172 Indonesian pastors’ children aged 13 to 17 years old participated in this study. The measuring instrument used were the Parenting Style measure and the Centrality of Religiosity (CRS). The research method is quantitative correlational research. The research results indicate no correlation between each type of parenting style and religiosity. As much as 76.7% of the pastors’ children were at the religious level, followed by 14% who were not religious and 9.3% were very religious. The research implied that the influence of religiosity in the life of the pastors’ children is not due to their fathers’ parenting styles. This study provides several practical implications. The pastor’s family (especially the father) can still apply authoritative parenting because it has positively impacted a child’s development and personality. The church needs to build an authentic faith community to support the development of healthy spirituality and religiosity for adolescent pastors' children.

Abstract

The rapid development of the internet has advanced several industries in Indonesia, including online transportation. The rise of online transportation has encouraged foreign companies to develop their businesses in Indonesia. Grab, one of Malaysian-based online transportation service providers, has become the market leader in Indonesia’s four-wheel transportation sector. Grab offers ease of mobility for users, especially Generation Z who grows along with technological developments. Based on the adoption of previous studies, this research aims to examine the effect of perceived service quality, perceived value, transaction convenience, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and sales promotion toward Generation Z's intention to reuse GrabCar’s service with customer satisfaction as the mediator. This research uses simple random sampling technique by distributing online questionnaires to several cities in Indonesia, namely: Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and Bandung. The data obtained are further processed by using multiple linear regression with path analysis and Bootstrapping techniques to check the mediation effect. The findings show that customer satisfaction only mediates the influence of four predictors: perceived service quality, perceived value, perceived usefulness, and sales promotion toward reuse intention, while transaction convenience and perceived ease of use failed to pass the required conditions for developing mediation effect. Keywords: Reuse Intention, Customer Satisfaction, GrabCar, Generation Z

Abstract

Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara efikasi diri karier dengan kematangan karier pada remaja di daerah Kota Tangerang. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 626 remaja usia 14 sampai 19 tahun yang sedang menjalankan pendidikan SMA di Kota Tangerang. Metode penelitianyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil uji hipotesis antara efikasi diri karier dengan kematagan karier pada remaja di daerah Kota Tangerang menunjukkan r = 0,456 dengan p < 0,01. Hal tersebut memiliki arti bahwa ada hubungan antara efikasi diri karier dengan kematangan karier pada remaja di daerah Kota Tangerang. Koefisien korelasi yang positif menunjukkan bahwa hubunganantara kedua variabel searah, yang memiliki arti semakin tinggi efikasi diri karier, maka semakin tinggi pula kematangan karier pada remaja di daerah Kota tangerang.Kata kunci: efikasi diri karier, kematangan karier, remaja

Abstract

Dalam era dinamis dunia kerja saat ini, fenomena job hopping di mana individu beralih pekerjaan secara berulang dalam rentang waktu yang relatif singkat, menjadi semakin umum terutama di kalangan dewasa awal. Dalam konteks ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara hardiness dan adaptabilitas karier pada dewasa awal. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 407 orang dalam rentang usia 25-40 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Career Adapt-Abilities Scale Short-Form (CAAS-SF) dan Dispositional Resilience Scale (DRS-15) yang telah diadaptasi ke dalam Bahasa Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengukur tingkat korelasi hardiness dan adaptabilitas karier. Hasil analisis korelasi spearman’s rho menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara hardiness dengan adaptabilitas karier (r= 0.233, p<.001), menunjukkan bahwa individu dengan tingkat hardiness yang lebih tinggi cenderung memiliki tingkat career adaptability yang lebih baik.

Abstract

The increasingly competitive dynamics of the global labor market, driven by globalization and digitalization, require university graduates to develop high adaptability to face career challenges. This study aims to examine the relationship between career adaptability and perceived future employability among university students in Jakarta. The study employed a quantitative correlational approach with purposive sampling, involving 390 students aged 18–29 from various universities in Jakarta. The instruments used were the Career Adapt-Ability Scale-Short Form (CAAS-SF) and the Perceived Future Employability Scale (PFES). The validity test results showed that CAAS-SF items had coefficients ranging from 0.419 to 0.751 and PFES from 0.501 to 0.789, all above the acceptable threshold of r > 0.30. Reliability analysis showed high internal consistency (CAAS-SF: ? = 0.874; PFES: ? = 0.947). Spearman correlation analysis revealed a significant positive relationship between career adaptability and perceived future employability (r = 0.691; p < 0.001). These findings suggest that the higher the level of career adaptability among students, the more positive their perceptions of future employment prospects. ABSTRAKDinamika dunia kerja yang semakin kompleks akibat globalisasi dan digitalisasi menuntut lulusan perguruan tinggi memiliki kesiapan tinggi dalam menghadapi tantangan karier. Salah satu kompetensi penting yang perlu dimiliki mahasiswa adalah kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dalam karier atau career adaptability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji hubungan antara career adaptability dengan perceived future employability pada mahasiswa di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan teknik purposive sampling dan melibatkan 390 mahasiswa berusia 18–29 tahun. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Career Adapt-Ability Scale-Short Form (CAAS-SF) dan Perceived Future Employability Scale (PFES). Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa item-item pada CAAS-SF memiliki nilai koefisien antara 0,419 hingga 0,751 dan PFES antara 0,501 hingga 0,789, dengan reliabilitas tinggi (CAAS-SF: ? = 0,874; PFES: ? = 0,947). Hasil uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara career adaptability dan perceived future employability (r = 0,691; p < 0,001).
