Abstract

Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan antara efikasi diri karier dengan kematangan karier pada remaja di daerah Kota Tangerang. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 626 remaja usia 14 sampai 19 tahun yang sedang menjalankan pendidikan SMA di Kota Tangerang. Metode penelitianyang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil uji hipotesis antara efikasi diri karier dengan kematagan karier pada remaja di daerah Kota Tangerang menunjukkan r = 0,456 dengan p < 0,01. Hal tersebut memiliki arti bahwa ada hubungan antara efikasi diri karier dengan kematangan karier pada remaja di daerah Kota Tangerang. Koefisien korelasi yang positif menunjukkan bahwa hubunganantara kedua variabel searah, yang memiliki arti semakin tinggi efikasi diri karier, maka semakin tinggi pula kematangan karier pada remaja di daerah Kota tangerang.Kata kunci: efikasi diri karier, kematangan karier, remaja

Abstract

Innovative employee behaviour in a company is due to employees who always develop their ideas at work as a positive reflection for other employees to produce good performance so that company goals can be achieved. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance appraisal, positive feedback from leaders, and job autonomy on innovative behaviour. This study used Structural Equation Modeling analysis using a sample of 160 employees in the personnel, marketing, finance and accounting divisions at a three-wheel cement distributor. Data were analyzed using Lisrel software. The results showed that innovative behaviour could be influenced by performance appraisals, positive feedback from leaders, and job autonomy. Therefore, this study has several important managerial implications for superiors, whether adequate performance appraisal, positive feedback given by the leader, or given job autonomy will increase the innovative behaviour of employees. It is suggested that organizations need to pay attention to work autonomy which is an essential factor in improving employee appraisal. Researchers can further replicate the model in different contexts to verify its model's applicability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence indicator supermarket attribute (the atmosphere, the location, facilities, service salesman, merchandise) and hedonic shopping motives together on customer loyalty through a utilitarian shopping motives variables. How to create customer loyalty is high with attention to the motive of shopping from a consumer who wants to shop at Giant supermarket Ekspress. Where this research using an analysis tool Partial Least Square.  Supermarket attribute positive effect on Motive Shopping Ultilitiran. This is evidenced by the results of the original value estimete LS sample amounted to 0,311 with significance below 5% showed with 3,646 tstatistik greater than t-table value of 1.962. LS estimete original sample value is equal to 0227 with significantly below 5% as indicated by the value of the T-statistic greater than 2742 t-table value of 1.962. The value of the original sample positive estimate indicates that hedonic shopping motives positive effect on Motive Shopping Ultilitiran LS estimete original sample value is equal to 0557 with significantly below 5% as indicated by the value of the T-statistic greater than 8336 t-table value of 1.962. The value of the original sample positive estimate indicates that the motive of shopping ultilitiran positive effect on customer loyalty. Estimete original sample value is equal to 0173 with significantly below 5% as indicated by the value of the T-statistic greater than 3,162 t-table value of 1.962. The value of the original sample positive estimate indicates that the attribute Supermarket positive effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This type of research is Associative Quantitative which aims to determine the influence of assignment method and motivation variables on improving student learning outcomes, both partially and simultaneously. The population of this study were all class The results of this research show that the assignment method has a significant effect on student learning outcomes. The test used obtained the analysis results of R = 0.717 and F hit (F change) = 29.673 with p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. The learning motivation variable partially has a significant effect on learning outcomes with the analysis results R = 0.855 and F hit (F change) = 75.909 with p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the assignment method and learning motivation influence the learning outcomes of class The percentage of influence is 75.2%. These results also explain that the higher the assignment method and learning motivation, the greater the student learning outcomes and vice versa.

Abstract

This study aimed to (1) describe Employee Performance, Transformational Leadership Style, and Work Ethic; (2) analyze the influence of Transformational Leadership Style and Work Ethic on Employee Performance, both partially and simultaneously. The population in this study consisted of 45 employees of CV Raja Jaya Motor Maumere. Using Slovin's formula, the sample for this research included 30 employees. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods and inferential statistics, specifically multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing was c onducted using the F-test and t-test. The descriptive analysis results showed that the Employee Performance variable was categorized as good, the Transformational Leadership Style variable was also categorized as good, and the Work Ethic variable was categorized as good. The t-test results indicated that, partially, the Transformational Leadership Style variable had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Additionally, the Teamwork variable also had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The F-test results showed that, simultaneously, the Transformational Leadership Style and Teamwork variables significantly influenced Employee Performance. The determination analysis revealed that the two independent variables in this study were able to explain 37.2% of the variation in Employee Performance at CV Raja Jaya Motor Maumere.
