Abstract

Pelatihan Penulisan Surat Menyurat Elektronik Era 4.0 Dikalangan Siswa-Siswi SMKN 9 Kota Bandar Lampung bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan penulisan surat menyurat elektronik Siswa-Siswi di Jurusan Jaringan Komputer di SMK Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung. Metode yang dilakukan terdiri dari tiga tahapan: 1) Analisis situasi dilakukan melalui penelusuran penelitian dan kajian tema yang berkaitan. 2) Intervensi Objek: dengan ceramah -tema ceramah: a) Mental model dan personal mastery; b) Shared vision, team learning; dan c) Komunikasi efektif-, focus group discussion, dan pendampingan. 3) Evaluasi dan Refleksi. Secara kuantitatif nilai rata-rata peserta sebelum dilaksanakan kegiatan adalah 67,5 dan mengalami kenaikan menjadi 83,8 setelah dilaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan. Kenaikan rata-rata sebesar 16,3 poin.

Abstract

The Sky Arch is one of the new tourist attractions in the city of Bandar Lampung. This can be seen from the public's curiosity to come to visit Lengkung Langit. The achievement of Lengkung Langit in attracting public visits when it opened, was recorded as only 1,000 to 2,000 on weekend holidays. This study wants to know how the marketing of the digitalization of the promotional strategies carried out by the manager of the Lengkung Langit tourist spot. This study uses the Villa Gardenia tourist spot as a comparison. The data in this study were obtained by conducting interviews with the manager of Lengkung Langit and a little with Villa Gardenia. Observation and documentation are carried out for field proof. The visitors who were interviewed were only to cross-check the data from the interview with the manager. The results of this study indicate that the promotional strategy carried out by Lengkung Langit is in accordance with the marketing mix concept, by combining the 4 elements of P, namely product, price, place and promotions. Promotion using social media and digital media according to the demands of the times has been carried out by the management and owner of Lengkung Langit.

Abstract

Fast 10 Finger Typing is a blind typing method which means we only value what we are going to type and use our instincts without looking at the keyboard. This technique is used to optimize the function of the fingers and the eyes do not get tired easily because they focus on the typed writing. This technique has an arrangement of placing the fingers so that all fingers can function in typing. This 10 finger typing exercise will apply a fast typing method, namely by using the typing master method.This service activity aims to help users to be able to type quickly. The typing master method, also known as training, is a good way of teaching to instill certain habits. Also as a means to maintain good habits. In addition, this method is also good for obtaining dexterity, accuracy, opportunity and skills. The typing master method in the current era is very helpful in the typing skills needed by a secretary or administrative employee, in the business or office world, such as hospitality, travel, limited liability companies. , Firms and government agencies such as education.Fast typing competition training with the application of typing master for students of SMKN 9 Bandar Lampung, to be able to further improve their mastery and skills in fast typing.

Abstract

The target audience for this service is students in SMKs, and more specifically SMKN 9 Bandar Lampung, who would benefit from learning how to use the MYOB accounting software. Specifically, the issue is how to instruct students in the use of reports and financial records utilising the Mind Your Own Business framework. The long-term objective of this endeavour is intricately linked to the issue of applying the Mind Your Own Business application method, which provides students, teachers, and secretaries with a vast field of possibility and influences the enhancement of their performance, particularly in the engagement of financial reports for trading and service companies. Training and refining one's training in the MYOB accounting application are the first steps towards becoming an expert in the use of that programme. This event resulted to the publication of a research article in the "Dharma Pengabdian Journal" by Yogyakarta "Veteran" National Development University, as well as recordings documenting the event and profiles of its participants at the Lampung University Service Seminar. Methodology includes engaging discussions, lectures, and MYOB accounting software-based tasks. To better and aid in the record keeping of a company's financial transactions, MYOB accounting programme training was provided to students at SMK, most specifically SMKN 9 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Score and Digital banking Literacy on Financial Performance, with Corporate Risk Taking serving as a mediating variable within the Indonesian banking sector. The research methodology employs a quantitative approach, with samples purposively picked from financial sector businesses listed on the IDX between 2020 and 2024. Data analysis included multiple linear regression approaches, and the mediation effect was assessed using the Baron & Kenny method alongside the Sobel test, processed via SPSS 25 software. The study's findings demonstrate that ESG Score and Digital Financial Literacy significantly enhance the company's Financial Performance. Corporate Risk-Taking is demonstrated to somewhat mediate the association between ESG Score and Financial Performance, and totally mediate the association between Digital Financial Literacy and Financial Performance. This discovery underscores the necessity of incorporating sustainability elements and digital financial literacy into corporate strategy to enhance financial performance via effective risk management. This study enhances financial management literature by amalgamating ESG and digital transformation viewpoints within the framework of corporate risk-taking. The study's added value is the utilisation of Corporate Risk-Taking as a mediating mechanism that elucidates the impact of ESG Score and Digital Financial Literacy on the Financial Performance of financial sector organisations in the digital age.

Abstract

Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital marketing siswa SMK Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung sebagai bekal kewirausahaan di era digital. Perubahan pesat dalam dunia bisnis yang didorong oleh teknologi digital memerlukan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai pemasaran digital, terutama bagi siswa yang dipersiapkan untuk terjun ke dunia kerja. Berdasarkan analisis kebutuhan, ditemukan bahwa pemahaman siswa mengenai konsep dasar digital marketing, SEO, dan periklanan digital masih rendah. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan intensif dilakukan dengan materi content creation, social media marketing, SEO, dan digital advertising menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project-based learning). Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam semua aspek kompetensi yang diuji. Pemahaman siswa mengenai digital marketing meningkat secara substansial, diikuti dengan kemampuan dalam membuat konten digital yang relevan dan mengoperasikan berbagai platform digital marketing seperti Instagram Business, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, dan lainnya. Sebanyak 85% siswa berhasil menghasilkan konten digital berkualitas dan dapat mengoperasikan minimal lima platform digital secara mandiri. Selain itu, program ini berhasil mendorong pengembangan mindset kewirausahaan digital, dengan 65% peserta menyatakan minat berwirausaha yang meningkat. Keberhasilan program ini tidak hanya terlihat dari peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga dari terbentuknya 12 prototype bisnis digital yang memiliki potensi keberlanjutan tinggi. Program ini diharapkan dapat menjadi model untuk pengembangan kompetensi digital marketing di SMK lainnya dan membantu siswa siap menghadapi dunia kerja di era digital.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of quantum trading algorithm implementation on the dynamics of LQ45 stock price volatility on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The main objective of the study is to analyze changes in volatility patterns that occur after the implementation of quantum trading, as well as evaluate its effectiveness in predicting price movements. The research uses an experimental quantitative approach with tick-by-tick data of LQ45 stocks during the period 2020-2024. The applied methodology combines quantum feature mapping and quantum kernel estimation for algorithm development, as well as GARCH and realized volatility models for volatility measurement. The results showed that the implementation of the quantum trading algorithm significantly affected the market microstructure, with a decrease in volatility of 18.5% in the post-implementation period. The quantum algorithm exhibits 87.3% predictive accuracy in identifying price movements, far surpassing conventional methods. The findings have important implications for regulators in developing a regulatory framework for algorithmic trading, as well as for market participants in optimizing investment strategies. The research makes a significant contribution through the development of a hybrid model that integrates quantum computing with conventional volatility analysis, opening a new paradigm in the study of the microstructure of the Indonesian capital market.

Abstract

Abstract : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ESG-Based Financial Reporting dan Intellectual Capital Disclosure terhadap Stock Price Synchronicity pada perusahaan teknologi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Fenomena transformasi digital dan meningkatnya kesadaran investor terhadap aspek keberlanjutan mendorong pentingnya pengungkapan informasi non-finansial yang komprehensif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data panel periode 2020-2024. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling pada perusahaan teknologi yang terdaftar di BEI. Pengukuran ESG mengadopsi framework GRI Standards, sementara IC Disclosure menggunakan ICD-In. Stock Price Synchronicity diukur menggunakan model R² dari regresi return saham. Analisis menggunakan regresi data panel dengan mempertimbangkan variabel kontrol firm size, leverage, market-to-book ratio, trading volume, dan analyst coverage. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ESG-Based Financial Reporting dan Intellectual Capital Disclosure secara parsial berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Stock Price Synchronicity. Interaksi kedua variabel tersebut memperkuat pengaruh negatif terhadap sinkronisitas harga saham. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pengungkapan ESG dan IC dapat menurunkan co-movement harga saham dengan pasar, mencerminkan incorporasi informasi spesifik perusahaan yang lebih baik dalam pembentukan harga saham. Keywords: ESG Reporting, Intellectual Capital, Stock Price Synchronicity

Abstract

Developing the competence of vocational students in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is a critical need to face industrial transformation 4.0. This research aims to implement a training kegiatan pelatihan on Computer Vision and Internet of Things (IoT) based on Edge Computing at SMK Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung. The kegiatan pelatihan was implemented for 6 months involving 30 students of class XII. Computer Vision is a technology that enables computers to understand and process visual information from images or videos, such as object, face, or motion recognition. Edge Computing-based Internet of Things (IoT) refers to a network of interconnected devices that process data locally (at the edge of the network) to reduce latency and cloud load. The implementation method used a mixed method approach through the stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The training focused on developing practical skills using low-cost microcontroller devices for AI implementation in industry. The results showed a significant increase in student competence, with an average post-test score increase of 82% compared to the pre-test. A total of 85% of participants successfully developed AI implementation projects that are applicable to industry. The main challenges in implementation included limited infrastructure and variations in participants' basic skills. The kegiatan pelatihan produced a learning module that can be replicated in similar institutions, as well as an edge computing implementation model for AI learning at the vocational secondary level. The research contributes to the development of affordable practical AI learning methods for vocational education institutions.   Abstrak Pengembangan kompetensi siswa SMK dalam bidang Artificial Intelligence (AI) menjadi kebutuhan kritis menghadapi transformasi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengimplementasikan kegiatan pelatihan pelatihan Computer Vision dan Internet of Things (IoT) berbasis Edge Computing di SMK Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 6 bulan dengan melibatkan 30 siswa kelas XII. Computer Vision adalah teknologi yang memungkinkan komputer untuk memahami dan memproses informasi visual dari gambar atau video, seperti pengenalan objek, wajah, atau gerakan. Internet of Things (IoT) berbasis Edge Computing mengacu pada jaringan perangkat yang saling terhubung dan memproses data secara lokal (di tepi jaringan) untuk mengurangi latensi dan beban cloud. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan mixed method melalui tahapan persiapan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Pelatihan berfokus pada pengembangan kemampuan praktis menggunakan perangkat mikrokontroler berbiaya rendah untuk implementasi AI dalam industri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi siswa, dengan rata-rata kenaikan nilai post-test sebesar 82% dibanding pre-test. Sebanyak 85% peserta berhasil mengembangkan proyek implementasi AI yang aplikatif untuk industri. Tantangan utama dalam pelaksanaan meliputi keterbatasan infrastruktur dan variasi kemampuan dasar peserta. Kegiatan pelatihan ini menghasilkan modul pembelajaran yang dapat direplikasi di institusi sejenis, serta model implementasi edge computing untuk pembelajaran AI di tingkat menengah kejuruan. Penelitian memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan metode pembelajaran AI praktis yang terjangkau untuk institusi pendidikan kejuruan.
