Abstract

Abstract.  PT. Bhumi Sriwijaya Perdana Coal (PT. BSPC) is a company engaged in coal mining located in Beji Mulyo Village, Tungkal Jaya District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra Province. PT. BSPC is a company that owns a Mining Business Permit (IUP) with an IUP area of 6.866 Ha, reserves of 39.401.487 tons of coal with a stripping ratio of 1:2.7. PT. BSPC plans to build a hauling road and procure equipment. This study aims to examine the feasibility of investing in the procurement of loaders and haulers, as well as alternative equipment procurement that is profitable for the company.The investment feasibility in the procurement of equipment with direct purchase alternatives using the NPV, IRR and Payback Period. The alternative is to buy directly with an NPV value of IDR 47.549.034.507, an IRR of 51% and a long return on investment of 1,8 years.Based on the sensitivity analysis that the researchers did, it was found that the BEP value for the direct purchase alternative was IDR 33.011.Keywords: Productivity, Loader, Hauler, Match Factor

Abstract

PT. PT Sumbar Kalsium Pratama memiliki target produksi sebesar 105.000 ton/tahun atau 8750 ton/bulan. Namun realisasi yang dicapai saat ini masih di bawah target yang ditetapkan. Dimana produktivitas Excavator Caterpillar 320 D sebesar 30.475,25 ton/bulan dan tiga alat angkut berupa Toyota Dyna 130 HT, Mitsubishi Colt FE SHD, dan Mitsubishi Colt Diesel PS 100 adalah sebesar 4.423.942 ton/bulan atau hanya sekitar 51% dari target bulanan yang telah ditetapkan PT Sumbar Calcium Pratama yaitu sebesar 8.750 ton/bulan. Dalam melakukan pengadaan alat gali-muat dan alat angkut, perusahaan memiliki dua pilihan yaitu membeli atau menyewa. Pada penelitian ini, pemilihan antara opsi membeli atau menyewa alat gali-muat dan alat angkut dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis Present Worth Cost (PWC) dengan metode Future Worth Cost (FWC), Net Present Value (NPV), dan Annual Equivalent (AE). Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh nilai PWC sewa sebesar Rp 37.527.605.897, FWC sewa sebesar Rp 104.318.125.042, NPV sewa sebesar Rp 58.912.689.317 dapat dikatakan layak, dan AE sewa sebesar Rp 10.546.372.890 dapat dikatakan layak dengan PBP sewa 1 tahun 2 bulan.

Abstract

In cement production, raw materials are needed which consist of primary raw materials, namely limestone with a percentage of 85%, and clay with a percentage of 13%, apart from that, secondary raw materials are also needed as correction materials which come from tuff, silica and gypsum with a total percentage. namely 2%. The large demand for limestone requires PT X to carry out its own mining with the assistance of contractors. One of the contractors carrying out this mining is PT Y in block 8. Mining carried out by PT Y in block eight has a target of 74,000 tons in October. From observations in the field, there was an obstacle, namely the incompatibility of equipment which affected production achievements in October. From the analysis that has been carried out, a match factor of 1.275 was obtained so that the means of transport were reduced from 6 means of transport to 5 means of transport. From productivity calculations, the results obtained are that if you use 1 digging tool and 6 transport tools, the production that can be done in one day is 2,823.08 tons, whereas if you use 5 transport tools, the production that can be produced in one day is 2,900.704 tons. The total cost of ownership and operational costs if using 1 digging and loading equipment and 6 transportation equipment per year is IDR 4,580,431,703.68. Meanwhile, if you use 1 digging and loading equipment and 5 transportation equipment, the total annual ownership and operational costs that must be incurred are IDR 4,246,980,096.24. Using 1 dig-loading tool and 5 transport tools is much more profitable than using 1 dig-loading tool and 6 transport tools.

Abstract

PT. Dasrat Sarana Arang Sejati is engaged in coal mining. To increase coal production, it is necessary to maximize effective working time and calculate mining operational costs. The aim of this research is to obtain coal production/month if maximizing effective working time and calculating the cost of coal production as well as profit or loss using the Full Costing method with the research object namely the PT D-12 hole. Dasrat Sarana Sejati Charcoal. The results of research and coal production calculations if maximizing effective working time is 432 tons/month, mining operational costs for January-March 2023 will be IDR. 189.432.800 cost of coal production/ton in January-March 2023 amounting to IDR 236.998/ton and profits obtained from PT's D-12 pit. Abstract

Tidak efisiennya penggunaan alat gali dan angkut di PT Allied Indo Coal Jaya menyebabkan kinerja alat bongkar muat tidak optimal sehingga realisasi produktivitas pada Maret 2023 hanya sebesar 61.870,72 bcm/bulan sedangkan target perusahaan sebesar 110.000 bcm/bulan. Kajian manajemen produksi dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode Quality Control Cycle (QCC). Metode ini memungkinkan dilakukannya peninjauan terhadap optimalisasi kinerja alat gali muat dan kendala yang dialami selama proses produksi. Penelitian diawali dengan melakukan perhitungan ulang kondisi awal dengan memperhatikan peralatan penambangan yang digunakan yaitu excavator CAT 330D2 L dan DT HINO 500 FM 260 JD. Produktivitas aktual 2 unit excavator CAT 330D2 L mencapai 62.381,28 bcm/bulan dan DT HINO FM 260 JD mencapai 58.027,58 bcm/bulan dengan jumlah DT sebanyak 8 unit, match factor alat berat mencapai 0,97. Setelah dilakukan evaluasi pada Diagram Tulang Ikan, diketahui terdapat permasalahan besar yaitu faktor lingkungan, peralatan, material dan tenaga kerja yang mempengaruhi waktu kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produktivitas meningkat dengan peralatan 2 unit excavator CAT 330D2 L sebesar 110.461,46 bcm/bulan dan produksi 8 unit DT meningkat sebesar 106.962.578 bcm.

Abstract

Coal is one of the leading commodities in Indonesian mining, especially in the Sumatra and Kalimantan areas where coal reserves in these areas are very abundant. With the abundance of mining materials, especially coal, the mining industry is growing rapidly and making the mining industry a contributor to state income. In the mining industry, it is very common to find rocks that are quite hard or relatively hard which cannot be dug directly. To deal with this problem, dispersal of excavated materials is carried out using the blasting method. Scattering is not only for excavated materials but also for the covering layer of excavated materials. PT. Bhumi Rantau Energi itself uses conventional blasting and airdeck methods to dismantle the overburden. Many factors can influence blasting results, starting from geometric errors, not optimal powder factors, and so on. The less than optimal fragmentation results from the blasting carried out by PT. Bhumi Rantau Energi meant that the production target of 954,218 BCM was not achieved, but only around 674,121 BCM was achieved or only around 70%. The powder factor produced from conventional blasting is 0.14 kg/bcm while airdeck blasting produces a pf of 0.09 kg/bcm. Working time for conventional blasting is an average of 43 minutes and 71 minutes for airdeck blasting.

Abstract

Mining activities are one of the activities that have high risks at every stage of their operational activities, so every potential hazard and risk that exists must be controlled to prevent accidents from occurring. This research aims to identify, assess, and control hazards and risks at every stage of mining activities at PT Golden Great Borneo. This research uses a semi-quantitative method, where hazard and risk assessment is carried out with a matrix of parameters of likelihood, exposure, and consequence. From the results of the research, the highest occupational safety risk in loading activities is that the distance between units is too close which can result in units crashing/nudging other units, the highest risk in hauling activities is thick dust so that visibility is less than 40 meters, and the highest risk in dumping activities is that the supervisor is in a blind spot area. Kegiatan penambangan merupakan salah satu kegiatan yang memiliki risiko tinggi pada setiap tahapan kegiatan operasional nya, sehingga setiap potensi bahaya dan risiko yang ada harus dikendalikan untuk mencegah terjadi nya kecelakaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi, penilaian, dan pengendalian bahaya dan risiko pada setiap tahapan kegiatan penambangan di PT. Golden Great Borneo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif, dimana penilaian bahaya dan risiko dilakukan dengan matrik parameter tingkat kemungkinan, paparan, dan konsekuensi. Dari hasil penelitian risiko keselamatan kerja tertinggi pada kegiatan loading adalah jarak antar unit terlalu dekat yang dapat mengakibatkan unit menabrak/menyenggol unit lain, risiko tertinggi pada kegiatan hauling debu yang tebal sehingga jarak pandang kurang dari 40 meter, dan risiko tertinggi pada kegiatan dumping adalah pengawas berada pada area blind spot.

Abstract

A slope is a sloping part of the ground surface that connects the higher areas with the lower areas. Slope stability relies heavily on rock mass characteristics, including the Rock Mass Rating (RMR) and Geological Strength Index (GSI) classifications, which are used to evaluate rock quality and slope stability. This research was conducted at the mine CV. Putra Idola which is located in Teluk Kabung Tengah Village, Bungus Teluk Kabung District, Padang City and Nagari Siguntur, XI Koto Tarusan District, Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province. The goal is to determine RMR and GSI values and identify potential slope instability. The methods used include geotechnical mapping with a 15.2-meter long scanline technique to identify burly structures as well as laboratory testing to obtain the physical and mechanical properties of rocks. The data obtained were analyzed to calculate the RMR and GSI values of different types of rocks at the research site. The results showed that the GSI values on the three slopes studied ranged from 53 to 75, while the RMR values ranged from 57 to 75. Based on this classification, the Fresh Andesite and Hornfels rocks are included in the "Good" category, while the Weathered Andesite rocks are included in the "Medium" (Fair) category. The results of this study provide important information for the mining industry in efforts to mitigate landslide risk and design safer slope designs. In addition, this study also emphasizes the importance of rock mass classification analysis in the evaluation of slope stability in open pit mining activities.
