Abstract

This research aims to determine patterns of interpersonal communication between teachers and students with problems, factors that hinder interpersonal communication with students with problems, and the results of interpersonal communication with students with problems. This research methodology is qualitative. The principal, deputy principal for student affairs, supervising teachers, and parents of students at PAUD Aisyiyah Kranji were informants in this research, and communication between parents and teachers in fostering problematic students was the research topic. Based on the research results, interpersonal communication between guidance and counseling teachers and problematic students at PAUD Aisyiyah Kranji was carried out through direct face-to-face meetings and using WhatsApp media, and was proven to be effective in its implementation. Factors that become obstacles to interpersonal communication with guidance and counseling teachers in dealing with problematic students at PAUD Aisyiyah Kranji are students' lack of openness and lack of communication with their school environment. Interpersonal communication between guidance and counseling teachers and students is carried out through direct communication.

Abstract

Latar Belakang – Pengendalian persediaan bahan baku resin yang dilakukan CV Surya Agung Enterprise masih menggunakan metode tradisional, sehingga pada beberapa periode masih terjadi kelebihan bahan baku dan tingginya biaya persediaan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan kebijakan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku resin yang dilakukan perusahaan, maka peneliti menggunakan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) agar meminimumkan biaya persediaan dan menjaga kestabilan bahan baku resin. Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perbandingan kebijakan pengendalian persediaan bahan baku yang dilakukan perusahaan dengan penggunaan metode EOQ (Economic Order Quantity). Desain / Metodologi / Pendekatan – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perhitungan dengan metode EOQ sebesar 1.990 kg dengan frekuensi pembelian sebanyak 8 kali, dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan sebesar 1.173 kg dengan frekuensi pembelian 14 kali. Dengan metode EOQ dapat memimumkan biaya persediaan. Perhitungan safety stock sebesar 2.782 kg dan reorder point 2.918 kg, dibandingkan perusahaan tidak menentukan persediaan pengaman dan titik pemesanan kembali. Namun, perusahaan harus memperhatikan kuantitas permintaan, jika stabil maka perhitungan safety stock dan reorder point dapat dilakukan. Hasil perhitungan total inventory cost sebesar Rp. 1.989.138, dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan sebesar Rp. 2.300.576. Hasil perhitungan dan analisis dengan menggunakan metode EOQ menunjukkan dapat meminimumkan total biaya persediaan jika dibandingkan dengan kebijakan perusahaan. Implikasi Penelitian – Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi di masa yang akan datang, dengan memperhatikan bahan baku yang akan diteliti. Apakah bahan baku tersebut mudah mengalami penyusutan atau tidak. Batasan Penelitian – Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan pada kualitas bahan baku resin yang cepat mengalami penyusutan/penggumpalan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze UD's business development strategy. Jayanti through the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. UD. Jayanti is a Micro and Small Industry (IMK) which operates in the field of household equipment production, experiencing problems with shortages of raw material stock for cake brush strings, direct selling promotions, and sales through agents and not through customers. The method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and recording. The focus of this research is on three elements of BMC, namely Customer Segment, Customer Relationship, and Key Partner. Customer Segment Analysis is to group customers based on characteristics and behavior which focuses on UD problems. Jayanti sells directly through non-customer agents. Customer Relationship is a company interaction strategy with customers to build mutually beneficial relationships which focus on UD problems. Jayanti promotes direct selling, and Key Partner Elements, namely parties who collaborate with the company who focus on UD problems. Jayanti is short of stock of raw materials for cake brush strings. UD. Jayanti also implements business development strategies, namely product strategy, price strategy, location strategy and promotion strategy. The research results show that the product strategy, namely UD. Jayanti produces various household appliances that must remain relevant by understanding consumer characteristics and preferences which can increase customer satisfaction. Pricing strategy by implementing flexible prices, for example by providing discounts for large purchases or loyalty programs for regular customers. The location strategy is UD. Jayanti needs to ensure that products are easily accessible to customers by utilizing online platforms for sales. Promotional strategies, namely collaboration with influencers or local media, can help introduce products to a wider audience.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the business model of the Jamu Karya Subur Shop using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach. Toko Jamu Karya Subur is a micro and small industry operating in the field of traditional herbal medicine, which has been operating since 2002. This research is motivated by the challenges faced by Toko Jamu Karya Subur, such as limited reach of information to customers and low competitiveness in the digital era. The research method used is qualitative phenomenological, which aims to understand the subjective experiences of owners and customers. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Research subjects consisted of shop owners, franchise partners and customers. The research results show that the Jamu Karya Subur Shop has great potential to develop, but there needs to be innovation in marketing strategy and product development. The analysis results show that key elements in BMC, such as key partners, channels and customer relationships, are the main focus in developing business models. Toko Jamu Karya Subur's key partners include suppliers of herbal raw materials and distribution partners who can help expand the marketing network. The channels currently used are still limited to word of mouth promotion, so it is necessary to develop digital marketing channels to reach wider customers. Apart from that, customer relationships need to be improved through better service and the use of social media as a means of communication with customers. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of the Jamu Karya Subur Shop business model and provides recommendations for other micro and small businesses to pay attention to innovation and marketing strategies in facing competition in the digital era. By implementing BMC, it is hoped that Jamu Karya Subur Shop can increase its competitiveness and expand the market, so that it can continue to contribute to the local economy.

Abstract

Business re-planning is an effort to reorganize a business that has been run with structured governance. MSME actors cannot be separated from various business challenges and obstacles that can affect the growth rate of their business. Business practices for micro entrepreneurs are mostly operated without careful planning. Meanwhile, the business world is growing widely and competition is high. Some MSMEs combine business needs with family interests and result in achieving business visions. Business governance, such as: marketing, finance and products by MSMEs is still conventional, so business re-planning is needed to support business sustainability and especially drive the local economy. Community service in Sidayu District was initiated to instill a modern business mindset. The stages of community service begin with coordination, socialization. The target of this community service is aimed at MSMEs in Gresik Regency so that they can improve their understanding of the importance of business re-planning and improve more adaptive business governance skills. Training for MSMEs is not only about theoretical business insights but also a forum for them to consult on business. The follow-up to business training is to provide business mentoring. The implementation aims to accompany MSMEs in making business changes for the better. The community service went smoothly with high enthusiasm from the training participants.

Abstract

Kyai is a very interesting figure in Islam. His charisma is huge in the eyes of the public. Kyai influence in almost all fields. The magnitude of this influence makes many political actors, structural officials, businessmen and Muslims who are in the social environment of the kyai. So often, state officials approach the kyai for the sake of harmonization of the government's development policies. It is from here that the kyai get feedback in the form of resources that can be transformed into the internal of the Islamic boarding schools as initial capital for the development of the pesantren. To make it happen, the kyai do it with a political communication approach to all the ranks under him. This study was directed at the Sunan Drajat Islamic Boarding School, Lamongan, East Java by analyzing and describing field findings. Research subjects were selected based on purposive testing. Kyai who are the subject of this research are those who are actively involved in developing pesantren. The consequences of this study show that political communication carried out by kyai can synergize leadership policies in each institution and is able to accelerate the development of Islamic boarding schools in a better direction. This shows that the existence of kyai cannot be separated from efforts to develop Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of the company’s digital marketing activities. The results show that the application of digital technology has had a significant impact on expanding market reach, increasing the effectiveness of promotions, and enabling the company to obtain real-time, accurate, and measurable marketing data. One example is the A/B testing of Facebook Ads, where a campaign targeting the Balikpapan area achieved a higher audience reach compared to a campaign targeting Samarinda. The conclusion of this study states that the use of digital technology in marketing at CV. Alwi Jaya is effective in increasing brand visibility and reducing promotional costs. The data-driven strategy implemented helps the company make more objective marketing decisions and adapt to the digitalization developments in the modern era.

Abstract

This community service is intended to introduce marketing and entrepreneurship values in the form of mentoring to female students in vocational schools which are expected to foster creativity and create positive attitudes in life. Community service methods include: socialization and lectures. Marketing training teaches students how to carry out marketing activities. Meanwhile, understanding entrepreneurship teaches students to interpret the business process and changing the value of an object or material into benefits. Socialization by introducing methods, tools for marketing. The development of the digital world provides opportunities to take advantage of available opportunities by using digital devices. Female students' understanding of marketing values in the digital era supports teaching and learning activities and students become responsive to environmental changes and are able to utilize digital devices for useful information. Entrepreneurial values teach students to do innovative things. Apart from technological developments in implementing marketing values and entrepreneurial practices, through lectures on how to wisely use digital media. Guidance to students regarding positive activities, such as product marketing and creativity upholds an entrepreneurial culture in schools.

Abstract

Islam is a religion that calls on its people to carry out da'wah, one of the da'wah carried out by the Letto band group is da'wah using music, at first glance the band's work is only limited to works about human romance with humans but if examined the song contains many da'wah messages, therefore. This research aims to: Knowing the results of the Analysis of the Song "Before Light" using Ferdinand de Saussure's Structural Semiotics Theory, as well as to find out the da'wah message contained. This research uses qualitative research. Researchers, using a structural semiotics analysis research approach according to Ferdinand de Saussure's theory, to dissect the meaning of the song "Sebelum Cahaya" by the band Letto. This structuralist semiotics thinks using symbols or signs as its starting point. Symbols or signs here are defined as writings or texts that have meaning. Based on the results of the analysis in the song Sebelum Cahaya. From the whole series, researchers get the results, 1) In this study, researchers used Ferdinan de Saussure's theory which has several concepts including parole and langue, signifier and signified, syntagmatic and paradigmatics. Parole and signifier are both in the form of the whole song lyrics before the light from beginning to end. Langue contains meanings in this study, among others, humans who are confused about pursuing dreams to ask God for help to guide them so they don't lose their way. The signifier describes a man who remembers his dreams and ideals that lead to not knowing the direction and purpose of his life. Syntagmatic there are 3 stanzas that are interconnected, the first stanza is a man who has lost his way, the second stanza is man's relationship with Allah, the third stanza is man as an object who asks for help from Allah. Paragdigmatics in this case there is a relationship between the words remembered and forgotten, accompanying, and leaving, as well as strength and weakness. 2) The type of da'wah message contained in the song Sebelum Cahaya contains da'wah messages: aqidah message discusses a human being who does dhikr from a form of faith in God, his morals message discusses a human being who tries istiqomah to carry out the teachings of Islam, his sharia message discusses a human being who loses direction but God will always accompany and invite his people to go to a better path.
