Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic brings new challenges as well as new threats to the sustainability of the business of women entrepreneurs (womenpreneurs). Health protocols affect the business processes, sales and income of womenpreneurs. Meanwhile, womenpreneur skills are limited and require additional business skills to support resilience and adaptation in the new normal era. The purpose of this community service is to contribute to womenpreneurs by sharing knowledge and experiences. Participatory assistance to partners by involving the role of academies, practitioners, womenpreneurs from students and SMEs was a form of service method. The socialization and education materials delivered were about new normal business innovation behavior and product legality. The final result of the service shows that partners get business inspiration along with new knowledge and experience to support their business progress. The activity of sharing knowledge in community service implicitly implies the importance of the synergy of business actors, practitioners and womenpreneurs, both from SMEs and students to support business sustainability.

Abstract

Mitra Ngopi O is a business that operates in the cafe sector and provides unique expresso coffee-type drinks as well as a great ambience and free Wi-Fi. This community service activity involved encouraging teamwork from academics, students, business actors, and parties related to the widespread LGBT phenomenon ravaging the community. It also included enlightening the students and investigating the possible legal repercussions for the LGBT perpetrators. The results showed increased knowledge of the phenomenon for the participants.

Abstract

Pelajar merupakan generasi terdidik harapan masa depan bangsa, miniatur bangsa Indonesia 20-30 tahun mendatang dan bertanggungjawab atas masa depan dirinya dan negaranya. Demi mewujudkan itu semua, dibutuhkan penguatan dari berbagai sektor untuk mengarahkan pelajar menuju Generasi Emas Indonesia. Generasi muda/pelajar merupakan suatu harta yang sangat berharga yang dimiliki oleh suatu Negara, tidak terkecuali bagi Negara Republik Indonesia. Jika kita melihat sejarah kemerdekaan Indonesia, tidak bisa lepas dari peranan generasi muda dalam membantu lahirnya kemerdekaan Negara yang penuh dengan pelbagai macam suku, bahasa daerah, adat-istiadat, dan lainnya. Oleh karena itu generasi muda saat ini jangan sampai terlibat dalam kenakalan yang dapat merugikan para generasi muda dan remaja. Salah satu kenakalan pada remaja yang sangat membahayakan dan mengancam kehidupan remaja di kemudian hari bahkan mengancam orang-orang disekelilingnya adalah penyalahgunaan narkoba. Dengan demikian perlu peningkatan peran para pelajar untuk ikut pencegahan penyalahgunaan Narkotika.

Abstract

The law enforcement problems in many countries, especially in Indonesia, are central problems. The number of criminal cases is increasing in Indonesia, especially the increasing number of violence commit by LGBT people. Many factors influence LGBT crimes. A set of regulations is not enough to support the strict law enforcement officers. It also needs strict sanctions. In the Criminal Code concerning sanctions, the criminal act imposed on the perpetrators has been highlighted in Indonesia in terms of the process of seeking a sense of justice, which is a link that cannot be separated. It began when the laws and regulations were made, as well as the implementation and application. LGBT stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender. It also refers to one’s sexual orientation, whether individuals are attracted to the same or different sexes/genders. LGBT mainly occur in big cities. It occurs due to lifestyle behaviors, a wrong circle of friends, or genetic factors inherited from birth. Trauma due to violence and the label of the wrong sexual orientation make their character dominant to commit violence. The Criminal Code in Indonesia, especially Article 292 of the Criminal Code, which has been used as a reference in giving sanctions to LGBT perpetrators, has not provided justice for the victims. This Article only contains limitations. Obscene acts are not enough to ensnare the perpetrators. The objective of this study was to ensure that LGBT perpetrators who commit violent crimes against victims can be punished according to criminal law in Indonesia.Keywords: Criminalization, LGBT, Law Enforcement.

Abstract

Narcotics crime in Indonesia is a problem that until now has never ended. One of the problems is the increasing number of drug abusers. In our country, narcotics users / narcotics addicts can already be said to be criminals. In the Narcotics Law no. 35 of 2009 it is explained that what is meant by narcotics abusers are people who use narcotics without rights or against the law. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. Narcotics crime is seen as a form of crime that has serious consequences for the future of this nation, especially the younger generation.There is an ambiguity problem in the Narcotics Law, and the problem is that Article 112 of the Narcotics Law Article 112 of the Narcotics Law contains the phrase "owning, storing, controlling" narcotics. Therefore, narcotics abusers are more appropriately charged with Article 127 of the Narcotics Law. The method used in this writing uses the normative method which examines the problems of legislation. Which aims to: and explore the application of the phrase Article and the meaning contained therein.

Abstract

Children are a gift given by God Almighty, which we must protect and take care of because every child also has the right to live.  The rise of cases of sexual harassment by adults against minors both in the school environment and in the public environment shows the lack of protection for children, and causes physical and psychological impacts that are directly felt by children as victims of sexual abuse.  Sexual harassment of minors must be addressed with real action, and prevented as early as possible.  Prevention can be done through sex education, not only from parents but also from other parties including schools.  Protection measures. Children must be started as early as possible, so that later they can participate optimally for the development of the nation and the State, for that someone who commits his actions must be held accountable and punished according to what was done

Abstract

The rapid development of industry triggers a reality that each region must have independence. Therefore, efforts to improve welfare continue to be made. One of the activities that can be carried out by entrepreneurship and producing a product is that later the product can be resold and can be imaged to get its legal protection. School support can also support the realization of a business that will run later. But the reality on the ground as experienced by high school 2 NU, Gresik Subdistrict with processed products in the form of food and soft drinks which are managed by the Adik-Adik who are in School, There are weaknesses and imperfections and implementation In the field of entrepreneurship they are engaged in, that is, there is no protection or understanding that the processed products are managed they can be registered and obtain a form of protection and patented. Motivation and skill, tenacity will be strong enough to build on human resources if their processed products in KI to achieve a sense of security and comfort and to realize a form of protection for entrepreneurs. adapt their processed products. Community service activities that involve a team of lecturers and students using the lecture method and discussion can improve the ability of business managers. The overall service activities can be said to be quite good with indicators of the success of mastery of the material on the concept of entrepreneurship and digital marketing.

Abstract

The increasing number of cases of child trafficking shows that the level of crime or crime, especially in cases of trafficking in children, has an unstable number and cannot be suppressed at all in the past 6 (six years) 2005-2010). This has an impact on victims of trafficking, especially in children who experience prolonged stress, health problems, and infectious diseases caused by these children in per trade. Efforts to increase protection for victims of trafficking, especially in children, can conducted through supervision and control of the ways parents and families take care of their children through guidance and direction of religious lectures where parents and families have a big stake in protecting their own children.

Abstract

Kekuasaan Kehakiman merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam struktur ketatanegaraan yang menjadi bagian dari sistem Hukum suatu negara. Dalam konsep Negara hukum termasuk pula konsep Rechtstaat, maupun the rule of law serta nomokrasi islam. kekuasaan kehakiman menjadi tiang penyangga suatu negara hukum bekerja. dalam negara hukum kekuasaan kehakiman dituntut dituntut harus bebas atau merdeka dari pengaruh siapapun terpisah dari kekuasaan legislatif dan yudikatif. Pada dasarnya, pidana pengawasan yang diterapkan hakim kepada anak yang berhadapan dengan Hukum harus mencerminkan keadilan. kata pidana pada umumnya tidak lazim diberikan kepada anak. maka diharapkan pemberian sanksi pidana atau hukuman diganti dengan pemaknaan yang lebih baik yaitu dengan melakukan pengawasan, yang jauh lebih efektif diterapkan agar tidak menimbulkan stigmatisasi terhadap anak yang sedang berhadapan dengan hukum.

Abstract

The granting of severe penalties for the perpetrators of narcotics crimes is very appropriate to stem and reward the perpetrators of narcotics crimes in accordance with the rules set by the State through existing laws, even with the most severe penalties, namely the Criminal Penalty. differing views on the execution of the death penalty, especially for perpetrators of drug offenses caused by multi-interpretation regulations. In addition, factors outside the law, such as community saturation of drug crimes that are not subject to strict punishment, religious background of society, and social conditions of society are other aspects that greatly affect the community and law enforcers differently in seeing the death penalty for perpetrators drug crimes in Indonesia. In formulating regulations, a punishment tool should include two things, namely: First, must accommodate the aspirations of the people who demand revenge as a balance on the basis of the wrongdoing of the perpetrator. Second, it must include the purpose of punishment in the form of maintaining community solidarity, punishment must be directed at maintaining and maintaining community unity. In this context, when the Indonesian people want the application of the death penalty for drug offenders, their will cannot be banned.
