Karena banyaknya kejahatan yang menggunakan teknologi komputer. Maka dibutuhkan peraturan yang jelas. Meskipun dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 11 tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik sudah mengatur mengenai tindak pidana siber (cybercrime) dan di dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Acara Pidana sudah mengatur mengenai pembuktian tindak pidana akan tetapi peraturan tersebut masih lemah dan tidak efektif, kekosongan peraturan mengenai tata cara pembuktian tindak pidana siber yang menggunakan bukti elektronik menyulitkan aparat penegak hukum dalam melakukan pembuktian karena Undang-Undang saat ini tidak cukup sebagai acuan. Dan karena komputer adalah masalah yang sangat kompleks dan dibutuhkan keahlian khusus dalam menganalisa kasus tersebut untuk itu Penulis mengusulkan pengaturan terkait tata cara pembuktian tindak pidana siber. Kata Kunci : pembuktian, cybercrime Abstract Crime develops as technology advances. Because of the many crimes that use computer technology. It needs clear rules. Although in Law (Undang-undang) No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions has regulated the crime of cybercrime and in the Criminal Procedure Code already regulate the proving of criminal act but the regulation is still weak and ineffective, the void of the regulation on the procedure for the proof of criminal acts of cyber that uses electronic evidence makes it difficult for law enforcement officials to prove because the current law is not enough as a reference. And because the computer is a very complex problem and it takes a special skill in analyzing the case. Therefore the author proposes arrangements related to the procedure for the proof of cyber crime. Keyword: cybercrime, regulation

Abstract

Leadership plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational effectiveness, especially in times of change and when striving to boost employee performance. One widely adopted approach is transformational leadership, where leaders serve as a source of inspiration and motivation, encouraging employees to perform optimally through a clear vision and innovative strategies (Robbins & Judge, 2017). This study explores the benefits of transformational leadership in improving organizational performance, using a literature review method that examines various academic sources on the topic. The findings indicate that this leadership style enhances employee motivation, loyalty, and productivity. According to Bass & Riggio (2016), transformational leadership consists of four key components: idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. These elements contribute to a more creative and collaborative work environment, ultimately supporting organizational effectiveness. Furthermore, the study highlights that organizations implementing transformational leadership tend to be more adaptable to change and achieve higher levels of productivity (Yukl, 2020). Leaders who adopt this style not only set the organizational direction but also guide and support employees in achieving strategic goals. Thus, transformational leadership can be an effective strategy for enhancing competitiveness and ensuring organizational sustainability.

Abstract

An organization can achieve success if it is supported by good employee performance. The phenomenon behind this study is a decline in midwifery performance in the last three years. The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of workload on the performance of midwives at the XYZ Health Center. The number of informants in this study is 6 people who are concurrently in medical and administrative services (double job). The research method used in this study uses qualitative methods with data collection methods used, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The validity test of the data uses a triangulation process. The results of this study show that based on the informants' responses, the workload on midwives is in the high or inappropriate category, while performance is in the low category. This shows that workload has an impact on a person's performance.
