Abstract

One of the villages located in the Jaya Baru District of Banda Aceh City is the village of Punge Blang Cut which has five hamlets. Two of them are Tuan Dikandang and Tuan Dipakeh. Dusun Tuan Dikandang has 1 faqir community and 28 poor people. This faqir / poor community education is: no school 5 people, elementary school: 7 people, junior high school: 9 people, and high school: 8 people. Their jobs are housewives: 14 people, entrepreneurs: 3 people, not / haven't worked: 7 people, tire patchers: 1 person, 3 builders, and becak drivers: 1 person. Hamlet Tuan Dipakeh faqir community 3 people and 44 people poor. Their education is not in school: 1 person, elementary school: 2 people, junior high school: 14 people, high school: 25 people, D III: 2 people, and S1: 3 people. Their work is tricycles: 3 people, IRT: 6 people, entrepreneurs: 16 people, selling stalls: 4 people, making cakes: 3 people, unskilled laborers: 6 people, drivers: 3 people, not working: 3 people, and each - 1 person cut grass, sells fruit and a docker. Aloe Vera is one of the ten types of best-selling plants in the world that have the potential to be developed as medicinal plants and industrial raw materials that can be used both in the world of beauty and food that has many benefits. The purpose of this Community Service is to make training and cultivation of Aloe Vera and process it into healthy, nutritious food and many benefits, as well as business opportunities in order to improve the economy of the people in the two hamlets. The method of conducting training in processing Aloe Vera is an explanation by demonstration / practice of discussion and question and answer as well as how to cultivate Aloe Vera. All participants were distributed modules, tools and materials needed. The training activities are guided by resource persons who are competent in their bidag. The target to be achieved is 30 mothers / fathers who are skilled in cultivating Aloe Vera, and 30 mothers / fathers who are skilled in processing Aloe Vera into delicious, nutritious and rich food.

Abstract

This study raises the issue about the employment of indirect speech acts of Indonesian language education students at FKIP Serambi Mekkah University. The purpose of this study was to determine the indirect speech acts of Indonesian language education students FKIP Serambi Mekkah University. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study are indirect speech acts of Indonesian language education students, FKIP, Serambi Mekkah University. The subjects in this study were all Indonesian language students. Data collection was carried out by using listening techniques which included tapping techniques, free speaking listening techniques, conversational free listening techniques, recording techniques, and notetaking techniques. The data analysis technique was carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, interpreting the meaning of the data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study found that the utterances spoken by Indonesian language education students at FKIP Serambi Mekkah University contained indirect speech acts. In general, the indirect speech acts used by Indonesian students are news sentences which have the intention of commanding the speech partner to do something, then requesting sentences and news sentences that function to ask the speech partner to give something. Speakers use indirect speech acts when interacting so that the speech conveyed seems more polite and not pushy. Keywords : Pragmatics, Indirect Speech Act, Student Speech

Abstract

Durian is one type of fruit with a pungent aroma but delicious taste. Unfortunately, the high consumption of durian is in line with the increase in durian seed waste that is just wasted. Though durian seeds contain high nutrients. This article reports on durian seed processing activities in Suka Ramai Village, Baiturrahman District, Banda Aceh City. Suka Ramai Village with the previous number of poor people was 143 residents, then due to the Covid-19 pandemic it increased to 327 residents. Therefore, this activity is aimed at boosting the community's economy. The activity is carried out in 3 days. The training provided was about processing durian seeds into delicious, nutritious, and rich food for 3 days with a different menu every day. This PKM is carried out in 2 stages, namely, the first stage is processing durian seeds into flour and useful products. The second stage is packaging and marketing of Durian Seed products that have been processed into useful food. The conclusion of this product-based community service activity has succeeded in transferring knowledge and skills to women in Sukaramai Village, Baiturrahman District, Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

Streambox cafe merupakan salah satu usaha dibidang makanan yang banyak diminati dikalangan mahasiswa. Streambox cafe menjual beraneka ragam olahan mie dengan berbagai jenis, ciri khas dari makanan streambox cafe adalah mie instan yang disajikan berlevel sesuai dengan selera pelanggan dan dipasarkan melalui sosial media go-food. Tujuan Penelitan untuk mengetahui (1) Program manajemen pemasaran pada usaha mie berlevel melalui sosial media go-food pada streambox cafe (2) Implementasi manajemen pemasaran pada usaha mie berlevel melalui sosial media go-food pada streambox cafe (3) Evaluasi manajemen pemasaran mie berlevel melalui sosial media go-food pada streambox cafe (4) Tindak Lanjut usaha mie berlevel. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Manager, 4 orang karyawan dan 10 orang konsumen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa streambox cafe sudah membuat program perencanaan pemasaran dimulai dari merencanakan modal, tempat usaha, jenis menu makanan, karyawan serta target pemasaran. implementasi program sudah di impelementasikan dengan menggunakan pemasaran sosial media go-food dan pemasaran marketing mix yang terdiri dari kulaitas produk, fitur produk dan desain produk namun masih kurang dalam desain makanan, Evaluasi sudah dilakukan yaitu evaluasi kasir, karyawan dapur waitres dan keuangan. Evaluasi yang dilakukan yaitu evaluasi jenis menu makanan, target pemasaran dan evaluasi keuangan setiap bulannya dan tindak lanjut yang dilakukan yaitu menambahkan desain pada makanan sosial media go-food, pelayanan terhadap pelanggan serta kebersihan didalam menyajikan makanan. Kesimpulan Perencanaan sudah direncanakan dengan baik mulai dari perencanaan modal, tempat usaha, jenis makanan karyawan serta target pemasaran. Impelementasi sudah diterapkan dengan baik namun masih ada kekurangan pada bagian desain makanan. Evaluasi sudah dilaksanakan setiap satu bulan sekali dan tindak lanjut yang dilakukan dengan menambakan desain makanan pada sosial media go-food. Diharapkan kepada streambox cafe untuk menambahkan desain makanan pada produk yang dipasarkan di sosial media go-food.Kata Kunci : Strategi, Manjemen Pemasaran, Go-food, Streambox Cafe
