Abstract

The use of online discussion is an alternative mode of learning during the pandemic. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online discussion forums on the learning outcomes of the students at PGSD FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala, especially in the Lesson Planning course. This study used a pre-experimental research method with a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research was conducted in the Even Semester of the 2020/2021 Academic Year. 17 students participated in the study. Through hypothesis testing using a paired sample t-test with a significance level of 5%, it was found that there was a significant difference between students’ learning outcome before and after the use of online discussion. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the use of online discussion forums on students’ learning outcomes at PGSD FKIP Universitas Syiah Kuala.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan pada guru kelas IV A dan IV B SD Negeri Kajhu Aceh Besar bahwa guru memiliki kendala dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran matematika pada materi Bangun Datar dan Pengukuran Sudut. Dalam penelitian ini rumusan masalahnya adalah apa sajakah kendala guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran matematika materi Bangun Datar dan Pengukuran Sudut dan apa sajakah upaya guru dalam mengatasi kendala dalam pembelajaran matematika materi Bangun Datar dan Pengukuran Sudut di kelas IV SD Negeri Kajhu Aceh Besar. Pen·deka·tan yang dilakukan da·la·m pe·neli·tia·n ini adlah pe·nde·kata·n ku·ali·tati·f dan jen·is pe·neli·tian des·krip·tif. Dan upaya yang harus dilakukan anakguru untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah dengan memberikan motivasi dan memastikan kesiapan siswa untuk belajar matematika. Abstract

In thematic lessons, many students still have low learning outcomes in Sub-theme 1 (Humans and the Environment) which is in theme 8 (The Environment of Our Friends). This study aims to describe the role of peers in student learning outcomes on theme 8 sub-theme 1 in class V SD Negeri 01 Pilot Meulaboh. The approach used in this research is qualitative, and descriptive type. All of the fifth-grade students were 25 students, as the subject of this study with details of 10 males and 15 females. Data were collected through observation in order to see a picture of what was found in the field, interviews for the data obtained were more accurate and tests were used to obtain student learning outcomes. All data collected which will be processed through the data analysis stage is 1 data reduction, 1 data presentation, and 1 conclusion drawing from all 1 data. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the role of peers on the results of lessons by students has been very helpful in learning activities. Based on observations, interviews and peer test questions play a role in the learning outcomes of students in the classroom, the more interactions with peers related to learning in the classroom that students do not understand, and also support from peers regarding the results of learning activities carried out in groups, the results students' learning will be better, based on the results of the study it is known that by applying Vygotsky's concept of the Zone of Proximal Development when tasks that are too difficult are mastered by students alone but can be learned with the help of peers who are more capable

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the teacher's ability to implement the STAD type cooperative learning model on the theme of 7 sub-themes 2 PB 2 in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 62 Banda Aceh. The approach in this study is a qualitative approach using a descriptive type of research. The subjects in this study were 3 fourth-grade teachers. Data collection techniques using observation techniques, and interviews. All data from observations and interviews were processed using the data analysis stages, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the teacher's ability to implement the STAD type cooperative learning model has 7 sub-themes 2 PB 2 in grade IV SD Negeri 62 Banda Aceh which is included in the very capable category, this is indicated by the value range of 85% - 100%. students are actively involved in the learning process both in groups and individually. The conclusion of this study is that teachers at SD Negeri 62 Banda Aceh have been able to apply the STAD type of cooperative learning model according to the steps contained in the learning model.

Abstract

Peningkatan inovatif berkembang selangkah demi selangkah menyuguhkan berbagai banyak fitur aplikasi yang menarik. Banyaknya jenis-jenis media sosial yang disuguhkan memberi ketertarikan tersendiri bagi penggunanya tidak hanya kalangan dewasa saja tetapi anak usia sekolah dasar juga tertarik untuk menggunakan sosial media tersebut, banyaknya postingan pada sosial media dapat mempengaruhi karakter dari seseorang karena terikut dari tontonan yang mereka lihat. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengaruh hiburan virtual terhadap kepribadian mahasiswa kelas V SD Negeri Cot Preh Aceh Besar.Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi subjektif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriftif. Subjek pengamatan ini adalah siswa kelas 5. Metode pengumpulan informasi ilmuwan menggunakan prosedur persepsi dan wawancara yang ditangani dengan tahapan penyelidikan informasi, khususnya penurunan informasi, penayangan informasi, dan pengecekan informasi.Mengingat konsekuensi penanganan informasi menunjukkan bahwa efek dari pemanfaatan hiburan virtual terhadap karakter anak di kawasan sekolah sangat berpengaruh. Hal ini ditemukan peneliti melalui observasi dan wawancara yang mana anak sering menunjukkan perilaku yang tidak disiplin seperti tidak menaati peraturan yang sudah ditetapkan, tidak menjalankan kegiatan keagamaan dengan baik, sering menuduh teman, dan juga sering mencontek karya milik orang lain. Dampak dari penggunaan media sosial ini juga membuat anak bermalas-malasan dalam mengerjakan tugas sekolah. Selanjutnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa hiburan berbasis web menimbulkan berbagai dampak baik itu yang bersifat posif ataupun negatif tergantung dari para penggunanya. Dalam hal ini pendidik dan orang tua diharapkan dapat memberikan bimbingan dan pemahaman tentang efek penggunaan media sosial. Setelah diberikannya arahan dan pemahaman anak dapat melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran  sesuai dengan karakter yang diinginkan.

Abstract

Basically, all humans have creative talents in themselves, but each student has different abilities from one another so how to be developed and facilitated so that the potential can develop properly. This study aims to describe the ability of students to develop creativity in fine arts learning through graphic art works with splashing techniques in grade II SD Negeri 30 Sabang. The approach taken is qualitative with a descriptive type of research. The subjects in this study were class II students totaling 21 people. Data collection is carried out by observation techniques and performance tests (the assessment results of the performance test are obtained from the assessment of the products produced). All collected data will be processed with data analysis stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the average score obtained by grade II students is 72.42 this is based on the assessment criteria for color composition aspects reaching 85% with good categories, creativity aspects reaching 75% with sufficient categories, neatness aspects of works reaching 60% with less categories and beauty aspects reaching 75% with sufficient categories. So that it is known that there are 6 students who are very good with a percentage of 29%, 3 students who are well-capable with a percentage of 14%, 3 students who are quite capable with a percentage of 14% and there are 9 students who are less capable with a percentage of 43%, and it can be concluded that grade II students at SD Negeri 30 Sabang already have a fairly good ability in developing creativity through artwork graphics using splashing techniques.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain how slow students in fifth grade at SD Negeri 53 Banda Aceh may make use of effective learning material that is tailored to their individual learning styles. This study employs a qualitative, descriptive methodology. Slow learners at the Vc level were the focus of this research; the sample included 4 students (2 male and 2 female). Observation and in-depth interviews are used for data collecting. The analysis phase involves the processing of all data obtained so far, including data reduction, data display, and the development of conclusions based on the data. Learning media and the learning styles of slow learners have a positive impact on the learning process, according to the findings of studies on the topic. Using learning material that is suited for slow learner pupils would make the teaching process simpler for the instructor, as data analysis shows that there are outcomes for each learning type among slow learners.

Abstract

In the learning process There are numerous students in school make noise and do not hear the teacher's explanation. Lack of enthusiasm of students and students are not enthusiastic in participating in learning. This is due to the lack of student learning motivation. Teachers can use a variety of methods to motivate students to work hard, including offering by using rewards. This study desire to determine the process of giving rewards in increasing motivation for learning in the subject of fraction addition and subtraction in class V SD Negeri Lamsayuen Aceh Besar. The type of descriptive qualitative research used  article is the approach. This article's subordinate is a teacher of class V and 6 students of class V. Information collection techniques are carried out by observation and interviews. All collected data is processed by data analysis stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions from all data. Using the data from this study it is known that the provision of rewards can increase student motivation. Those who are already motivated become more active in paying attention to the teacher's explanations in learning activities, look more enthusiastic, more enthusiastic, participate actively and ask questions to the teacher. Rewards are given in the form of (1) praise, (2) respect, (3) prizes, (4) tokens of appreciation. The results of giving rewards have been going well.Kata Kunci: Reward, Motivasi Belajar, Penjumlahan dan Pengurangan.

Abstract

Everything that is used as a tool to help students reinforce new information or skills acquired is called teaching aids. These props can help the learning process. The formulation of the problem in this research is how is the use of visual aids that can increase the creativity of students in class V discussing the human respiratory system at SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh? The aim of the research is to find out the use of visual aids to increase the creativity of fifth grade students, especially the material on the human respiratory system at SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. The approach chosen as the research approach is a qualitative descriptive type. The research was conducted in class V SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. The research subjects were 20 students of class V with details of 7 boys and 13 girls. The techniques in collecting data are by means of observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data was analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The data collected was in the form of student creativity in making teaching aids and their use in the human respiratory system material. As a result of the research, it shows that the use of visual aids to increase students' creativity on the human respiratory system material has improved well. this is evidenced by the value of student creativity, that is, at a very good level, 8 students are obtained, at a good level, 3 students are obtained, at a sufficient level, 7 students, and 2 students need guidance. Therefore, it was concluded that the use of teaching aids was proven to be able to increase the creativity of fifth grade students on the human respiratory system material at SD Negeri 5 Banda Aceh in the good category. Keywords :  Props, Creativity, Human Respiratory System.
