Abstract

Technology has proven itself as a powerful tool to ease human work in many ways, including food ordering technology. GoFood is a popular and innovative food ordering application that has brought convenience and comfort to users in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the technology acceptance of the Gofood food ordering application using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). TAM is a framework used to understand the factors that influence the acceptance and use of technology. In the context of food ordering apps, user acceptance of the app is critical to the success and growth of the business. This research method involves collecting data through online surveys among Gofood application users. Respondents were asked to assess relevant factors in the TAM, including perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, as well as attitudes toward use and behavioral intention to use. ), and test the correlation between constructs using Pearson correlation. The results of the analysis show that these findings indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of the GoFood application contribute to attitudes toward use and interest in utilizing and using the application. .

Abstract

Despite the numerous benefits offered by digitalization, many MSMEs in Malaysia still rely on manual accounting methods. This reliance on manual processes results in inefficiencies, errors, and time-consuming tasks. By leveraging digital tools and technologies, MSMEs can streamline their accounting operations, improve accuracy, and make informed business decisions. This study will investigate the specific challenges and opportunities associated with digitalizing accounting processes in MSMEs, including factors such as cost, technological literacy, and data security. Through a comprehensive analysis, this community service program will propose practical recommendations to facilitate the adoption of digital accounting solutions and empower MSMEs to thrive in the digital age.

Abstract

Coffee shop di Kota Semarang telah berkembang menjadi pusat sosial yang hidup dengan menyediakan berbagai jenis kopi spesial dan campuran unik yang sesuai dengan selera penduduk lokal dan wisatawan. Coffee Shop selain bertindak sebagai tempat menjual kopi juga berperan menyatukan estetika modern dengan pesona tradisional. Kondisi ini membuat tempat yang nyaman bagi pengunjung untuk menikmati kopi favorit mereka di tengah keramaian kota. Semua pelanggan memiliki preferensi unik. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen adalah harga, lokasi coffee shop, suasana, dan fasilitasnya. Karena banyaknya coffee shop di kota Semarang, memilih yang sesuai dengan preferensi bukanlah hal yang mudah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan rekomendasi coffee shop yang sesuai dengan preferensi pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat chatbot yang berfungsi sebagai sumber rujukan awal untuk membantu pelanggan memilih coffee shop. Chatbot yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berbasis framework Rasa. Data coffee shop dikumpulkan dari Google Maps dan dari kreator konten media sosial seperti Instagram dan TikTok yang memiliki jumlah follower minimal 4000 followers. Hasil pengujian blackbox dan pengujian User Acceptance Test (UAT) menunjukkan bahwa chatbot yang dibangun dapat membantu dengan memberikan rekomendasi dan informasi tentang coffee shop di Semarang.

Abstract

Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dan pelatihan kepada kader kesehatan dan masyarakat di Kelurahan Tambakaji, Kecamatan Ngaliyan, dalam pembuatan Google Form. Google Form digunakan sebagai media evaluasi kesehatan balita, yang membantu mempermudah pengumpulan data kesehatan balita secara digital. Pendekatan ini diharapkan meningkatkan efektivitas pencatatan data kesehatan dan mempercepat analisis informasi yang mendukung pemantauan kesehatan balita di wilayah tersebut. Melalui pelatihan ini, peserta belajar membuat formulir digital untuk memantau indikator kesehatan balita seperti status gizi, riwayat imunisasi, dan perkembangan fisik. Dengan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan, masyarakat setempat diharapkan lebih terampil dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk pemantauan kesehatan yang terstruktur dan tepat waktu, sehingga dapat menunjang peningkatan kesehatan balita secara lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The increasing population and economic growth in major Indonesian cities drive demand for motor vehicles, particularly those of the Toyota brand. However, the fluctuating sales of Toyota from 2011 to 2023 complicate sales planning. This study aims to compare the performance of ARIMA and LSTM forecasting models in predicting Toyota car sales in Indonesia. The data used were obtained from the Association of Indonesian Automotive Industries (GAIKINDO). The results show that the LSTM model performs better than the ARIMA model in forecasting sales. The LSTM model yields lower prediction error values, as indicated by an RMSE of 5,198.40 and a MAPE of 15%, compared to ARIMA, which has an RMSE of 7,769.82 and a MAPE of 16%. Although the MAE of ARIMA is slightly better, at 4501.91, LSTM can minimize large prediction errors, which is evidenced by the significantly lower RMSE compared to ARIMA. The 1% difference in MAPE indicates that LSTM has a smaller percentage of prediction errors. These findings provide important implications for automotive companies in formulating more effective sales strategies. The LSTM model can be a valuable tool for anticipating market trends and making more accurate business decisions.

Abstract

In the business world, creativity is crucial to drive the growth of a business and provide it with a unique value compared to others. One form of creativity is the utilization of a website to expand the reach of product sales. This indirectly affects traditional fruit seedling businesses that rely on conventional methods to promote and sell their products. Moreover, the manual recording of sales and product data poses a risk of losing important information that may be needed at any given time. To address these issues, a website will be developed using the Laravel framework, one of the PHP programming languages. The data retrieval process will employ qualitative methods, while the system development will follow a prototype methodology. By utilizing the prototype methodology, the system development process will run smoothly and achieve the desired outcome, resulting in the creation of the desired application. With this web-based application in place, the fruit seedling business will be able to expand its reach while effectively managing critical data in an organized and secure manner.

Abstract

Three- star party outfit reimbursement is one of the party outfit reimbursement places located in the Ngaliyan area, West Semarang. The party outfit reimbursement offers a variety of outfit, similar as tables, chairpersons, canopies, and much further. Not only party outfit, but there are also marriage packages offered. Those still use the homemade system via WhatsApp contact or coming directly to the proprietor's house. Thus it'll impact The period during which the consumer receives schedules, pricing information, and facilities provided by the owner. To solve these problems we must evolve a web-based service system party outfit reimbursement, which aims to help bridge the proprietor if there are any incoming orders to avoid lapping with the schedule and get data snappily. The system erected uses Bootstrap, the CodeIgniter frame, and a MySQL database as data storehouse for the rental reports. And they're using the Waterfall model in making the design inflow and using black box testing. Creating a web- grounded service system for three- star party outfit reimbursement is anticipated to maximize presto and accurate service in propagating provide a wide range of easy-to-understand information for consumers order party outfit.

Abstract

In early 2020, the world was faced with the Covid-19 pandemic. The biggest impact of the pandemic was felt by the education sector, which prompted the government to develop an online learning program. This online learning will certainly affect student learning patterns. This study aims to determine changes in learning patterns that occurred before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research involved students of Stikubank University Semarang, Faculty of Information Technology and Industry class of 2019. The data obtained was analyzed statistically descriptive quantitatively including calculations of mean, median, standard deviation, validity tests, reliability tests, and graphs using R language. Based on the results of validity tests and reliability test, all indicators are valid and reliable. The results of the descriptive analysis of the indicator tests show that learning patterns decreased between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The indicator for planning learning activities has changed to the sub-indicator bringing reference books. The indicators for participating in learning activities also changed in the sub-indicator present before lectures. The indicators for making schedules and study notes also underwent changes in the sub-indicators for making notes/summaries of material which decreased significantly. The indicator for taking the exam also experienced a change in the sub-indicator for studying with friends. While the learning evaluation indicators also experienced changes in the sub-indicators working on practice questions.

Abstract

This research will discuss issues related to how to evaluate the usability and Sentiment Analysis aspects of the New Sakpole application system, how to determine the level of user satisfaction in using the New Sakpole mobile application and to determine sentiment analysis based on the results of analysis using the SUMI and NLP tools. The research objective is based on the formulation of existing problems to provide usability aspect values for the development of the New Sakpole mobile application and generate recommendations for improvement and determine the level of positive and negative sentiment analysis by using the New Sakpole Application as a medium for paying Motor Vehicle Tax. The test uses the Software Usability Measurement Inventory (SUMI) tool, the New Sakpole mobile application system, which is very helpful and can provide value to the community in the online vehicle tax payment process. This can be seen and obtained from a scale of helpfulness and efficiency resulting from a maximum score of 100 with an average score of 101 and 86.2. The results of the test using the SUMI tool, all average aspects get above average results, so the level of usability that occurs is that the use of New Sakpole has worked and is running well. The test uses Scikit-Learn Natural Language Processing (NLP) that the results of processing the review dataset on the New Sakpole Application from the Google Play Store with a total of 4704 reviews and a sampling of 500 reviews, that the response or reviews of the community using the New Sakpole application are negative even though for Acuracy word (words) that conveyed a review of 80.90%. From the results of the sample data test that index 0 is negative so that the words "good, very enlightening" can be concluded with Sentiment is 1 (POSITIVE)".
