Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the writing of this final project report is to motivate society of the existance of Ar-Risalah boarding school, which is located Air Dingin RT 01, RW 09, Kelurahan Balai Gadang, Kec. Koto Tangah, Padang. The use of billboard as the main media, is because it is effective as a promotion media. Abstract

Teachers in Padang City Elementary Schools, especially in the Gugus V Elementary School, Padang Timur District, experienced problems in improving the quality of learning in the Culture and Arts and Crafts, thus affecting the achievement of student learning outcomes. One of the efforts in improving the quality of learning, teachers need to improve their learning by implementing CAR. In general, the East Padang Elementary School Group V teacher has not been able to do a CAR to improve their learning. Teachers are not implemented by CAR, because generally they do not master CAR and innovative learning strategies / models that can be used as a solution in improving learning. The solution offered to solve this problem is to provide training activities to teachers about innovative learning strategies and the implementation of CAR. The results of this activity are 1) 84.62% of teachers have mastered the learning strategies of arts and culture and crafts well, 2) 80.76% of teachers have mastered the implementation of CAR well, both theory and practice. Thus it can be concluded that generally teachers in elementary schools have mastered SBdP learning strategies and the implementation of CAR. For this reason, elementary school teachers are expected to be able to improve learning, especially learning in the Culture and Arts and Crafts, so that learning outcomes can be improved.

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this research is to test the relationship of student perception about: (1) the giving of reinforcement from teacher with the students’ study result of fine art, (2) the parents’ attention with the students’ study result of fine art, (3) the giving of reinforcement from teacher and the parents’ attention with the students’ study result of fine art. The source of data of this research was the students as the sample of the research. The data collected by using the observation and questionnaire technique. The result of the research were (1) there is the significant relationship between reinforcement from teacher to students’ result of study of art with the rate of significant 0,000 < α = 0,05, (2) there is the significant relationship between the parents’ attention to the students’ result of study of art with the rate of significant 0,000 < α = 0,05, and (3) there is the significant relationship between reinforcement from teacher and the parents’ attention to students’ result of study of art. Abstract

Abstract The aim of this final project is to explore the face expression and visualize some kind those ekspression in the sureal way. Face expression is the way to express the feeling, everything that you felt in your heart will be reflect automatically in your face. The view of face exploratian will be shown in the painting with the title : 1), “Eksplorasi” 2), “Bomb Waktu” 3), “Meleleh” 4), “Clown” 5), “Ganti topeng” 6),  “Histeris” 7),  “Bosan” 8),  “Uuugghhh…” 9),  “Terbuai Dalam Hijau” dan   10), “Solusi”. Further more, the writter will give priority to snapshot about face expression of human such as, anger, smile, cry, affraid, pain, and camouflage the feeling and it will show in sureal painting with confront the expression way and explore the possibility of thing without remove the real characteristic of face expression. Abstract

The purpose of making this final work is to visualize homeless children in contemporary painting. This is a form of the author's anxiety towards homeless children about how the activities of small children have tried to find food for themselves. In essence, young children should be in a decent position for their life. But in the field there are many cases of homeless children who work, because there is no family that provides enough for their needs. The creation method for the final work is carried out in stages, namely the preparation stage by seeking information, elaboration by analyzing problems, synthesizing establishing ideas, realizing concepts by creating works of contemporary painting and finishing by holding exhibitions. Ten works of painting with a size of 100 cm x 120 cm in acrylic on canvas based on the theme "social phenomena" in accordance with a predetermined idea about the activities of homeless children were developed through ten titles "consistent", recalculating", "carrying a burden", “for mother's sake”, “must be strong”, “want to play”, “my wheelbarrow and my uniform”, “thank you Allah”, “my sister is crying hungry”, hope.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the increase in student learning outcomes in the material for drawing comics using powtoon learning media in class VIII.5 students of MTsN 3 Padang. The type of research used in this research is classroom action research (CAR). This research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle having two meetings. Methods and data collection tools in this study are in the form of observation, tests, and documentation. Data analysis in this study was by t-test using SPSS version 26. The results obtained in this study indicate that using powtoon learning media can improve learning outcomes in arts and culture in comic drawing materials for class VIII.5 MTsN 3 Padang. In the pre-cycle the average value obtained was 73.28 and then continued by carrying out cycle II the average student learning outcomes increased by 86.21. Thus it can be concluded that the use of powtoon learning media can improve the learning outcomes of drawing comics for class VIII.5 students of MTsN 3 Padang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis praktik pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di pesantren-pesantren Kabupaten Lombok Barat, dengan fokus pada kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, tantangan yang dihadapi, serta inovasi yang diterapkan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pesantren di Lombok Barat menerapkan kurikulum yang memadukan nilai-nilai tradisional Islam dengan kurikulum nasional, meskipun tantangan seperti keterbatasan fasilitas dan kompetensi pengajar masih menghambat penerapan metode pembelajaran modern. Metode pembelajaran tradisional seperti sorogan dan bandongan tetap dominan, namun ada upaya adopsi teknologi digital dalam beberapa pesantren. Inovasi ini, meskipun terbatas, telah meningkatkan keterlibatan santri dan relevansi pembelajaran. Selain itu, pesantren terbukti efektif dalam membentuk karakter santri yang berakhlak mulia dan siap menghadapi tantangan global. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, pesantren perlu berinvestasi lebih dalam pengembangan fasilitas, pelatihan guru, serta integrasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran, sehingga dapat terus memainkan peran penting dalam pendidikan Islam di era globalisasi.

Abstract

Abstract: The high number of market demand for needs makes businesses increase, but many of them do not fully understand Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions. This study aims to find out and analyze the application of Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions of traders in the Pagesangan Market, Mataram. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The techniques used in collecting research data are using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study state that the application of Islamic business ethics in buying and selling transactions at traders at the Pagesangan Market in Mataram. The results of this study show that traders in the Pagesangan traditional market do not fully understand Islamic business ethics. So that the application of Islamic business ethics to traders in buying and selling transactions in the traditional market of Pagesangan, Mataram City, has not been optimally applied to the five principles of Islamic business ethics. There are still traders who do not apply the principle of responsiveness (responsibility) and the principle of benovelenece (ihsan). Although the five principles of Islamic business ethics have not been fully implemented, there are still traders who apply some of the five principles of Islamic business ethics. This is proven that there are still traders who are kind and friendly when explaining the condition of their merchandise and giving freedom to buyers to bid on their merchandise. However, it is necessary to maximize the application of Islamic business ethics so that no party feels disadvantaged in transactions.Abstrak: Tingginya jumlah permintaan pasar terhadap kebutuhan membuat usaha semakin meningkat, tetapi banyak dari mereka tidak sepenuhnya paham tentang etika bisnis islam dalam Transaksi jual beli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis terkait Penerapan etika bisnis Islam dalam transaksi jual beli pedagang di Pasar Pagesangan Mataram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deksriptif. Teknik yang Digunakan dalam pengumpulan data penelitian yaitu menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan Dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa penerapan etika bisnis Islam dalam Transaksi jual beli pada pedagang di Pasar Pagesangan Mataram. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pedagang di pasar tradisional Pagesangan belum sepenuhnya paham mengenai etika bisnis Islam. Sehingga penerapan etika bisnis Islam pada pedagang dalam transaksi jual beli di pasar tradisional Pagesangan Kota Mataram belum diterapkan dengan optimal kelima prinsip etika bisnis Islam. Masih ada pedagang yang tidak menerapkan prinsip responbilty (tanggunjawab) dan prinsip benovelenece (ihsan). Walaupun kelima prinsip etika bisnis Islam belum terlaksana semua tetapi, masih ada pedagang yang menerapkan beberapa diantara kelima prinsip etika bisnis Islam. Hal ini terbukti masih ada pedagang yang bersikap baik dan ramah ketika menjelaskan bagaimana kondisi barang dagangannya serta memberikan kebebasan kepada pembeli untuk menawar barang dagangannya. Namun perlunya memaksimalkan penerapan etika bisnis Islam agar tidak ada pihak yang merasa dirugikan dalam bertransaksi.

Abstract

Panti Asuhan merupakan salah satu wadah perlindungan serta pembinaan bagi anak-anak yatim, piatu dan yatim piatu serta anak terlantar. Wadah ini bersifat independen yang bernaung dibawah suatu yayasan yang salah satunya adalah Aisyiyah. Yayasan Aisyiyah ini menyediakan fasilitas untuk putra dan putri dengan sarana yang sudah memadai seperti asrama putra dan putri, tempat ibadah, olah raga dan dilengkapi dengan struktur kepegurusan yang tertata dengan baik.Permasalahan yang terjadi sebahagian besar anak-anak panti asuhan belum memiliki keterampilan yang memadai disebabkan minimnya distribusi dana yayasan untuk kegiatan pelatihan. Akibatnya mereka belum dapat hidup mandiri apabila nantinya tidak lagi dalam tanggungan pihak yayasan. Namun sebaliknya, jika mereka dibekali dengan keterampilan, konsekuensinya keterampilan yang diperoleh dapat  dijadikan sumber mata pencaharian, bahkan dapat membuka usaha sendiri serta membuka lapangan pekerjaan bagi orang lain.Pelatihan keterampilan cetak saring yang dikemas dalam Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) telah memberikan hasil yang sangat berarti dan signifikan bagi peserta dan pihak Yayasan Aisyiyah dengan indikator 1) terjadi peningkatan wawasan dan  pengetahuan anak-anak panti asuhan putra tentang keterampilan cetak saring, 2) peserta telah mampu membuat karya cetakan dengan berbagai desain yang menarik serta siap pakai dan siap jual seperti: plakat, lencana, kartu undangan serta benda cenderamata/souvenir dengan beragam bentuk dan warna. Hasil pelatihan ini sudah sesuai dengan salah satu target luaran pelatihan.
