Abstract

Building design is one of the right ways of the building which get the hope of the comfortable building, radiant building and it’ ll have get peaced on it, The right step begins in the design. of the building. Meunasah Al – Istiqamah, is a place of worship for the people’s residents of Dusun 3 Suak Ribee. Which Earthquake-prone areas, in the implementation of development are highly recommended to refer to building standardization, especially SNI. 1726-2013 and The reinforced concrete standardization refers to SNI 2847:2013. The method of implementing community service activities (PKM) is carried out for 3 (three) months. This PkM wants to be fostered in the process of building Meunasah Al Istiqamah accordance with of the community hopeness and the outcomes of building construction according to the required standards. Provide understanding to the community and workers with work methods in accordance with technical specifications for buildings, referring to existing standards, assisting communities in accommodating the amount of development costs in accordance with the specified design. The desired output for the surrounding community is the occurrence of a community culture to build according to technical specifications, planning the construction of public facilities exactly according to the plan. The results obtained are that the design has been carried out by producing both 2D and 3D design drawings with the concept of the comfortable buildings

Abstract

The wind energy as an alternative in the use of renewable energy has the potential to increase income for the capital, where the potential for wind in the area of Meulaboh, west Aceh, which is 11 km/h, on average can be used for electrical energy needs specially for low wind turbine power, This is research is designing and manufacturing wind turbine propellers. Wind type Lenz cupped type, the number of propellers as much as 3 (three) pieces. The design method is carried out by using Sketch Up software, the final result is in the form of a 3-D image and in the manufacturing process method is making the wind turbine propeller with the method hand lay up for the materials using are fiberglass as a matrix and resin as a reinforcement or known as composite materials. And to obtain the results, a test was carried out in the form of a propeller ability test in driving a generator. With the generator output was 100 W. The test was carried out at the location of Teuku Umar University in an integrated building, precisely on the rooftop with a height of build ± 50m. On the sea level. The results obtained after testing the wind speed amounted to 18.4 mph. average during testing 3 (three) days, and the average results of the propeller turbine rotation of 39.8 rpm. Key words: wind energy, energy alternative, composite materials, hand lay up, wind speed, propeller turbine rotation

Abstract

Penelitian tentang pembuatan alat ukur resistivitas yang berbasis mikro kontroler arduino dengan menggunakan dua sensor yaitu  ACS 712 5A dan sensor tegangan, alat telah berhasil di kalibrasi dengan resisitivitymeter OYO 2115A MCoHM sebagai reverensi.kedua alat digunakan    mengukur resistor sebesar 10 Ohm antara P1 , P2dan antara C1 dan C2 dipasang resistor geser (Rheostat)sebesar 500 Ohm, dilanjutkan dengan analisis data untuk menentukan standart deviasi resistivitymeter.Hasilnilai standart deviasi dari pengukuran  OYO sebesar10.135±0.002 dan resistivitymeter yang dibuat sebesar 9.49±0.023, selain itu dibandingkan dengan resistivitymeter naniura NRD 300 HFstandart deviasinya 14.7±2.69, dilakukan juga pengujian di lapangan dengan tiga konvigurasi Schlumberger dengan panjang AB/2 74 meter,konvigurasi Wenner dengan a = 5 meter dan 10 meter, dilanjutkan konvigurasiDipole-dipole dengan a = 5 meter. Data hasil pengukuran baik menunjukan tren yang sama mendekati resistivitymeter OYO, pada konvigurasi Schlumberger hasilnya sangat baik.

Abstract

Village Babul Makmur, districts Simeulue Barat, district Simeulue is one of the expansion villages. The community already has adequate health knowledge, but the villagers Babul Makmur this has not paid attention to the problem of nutritional intake due to lack of knowledge and economic problems. Therefore, Moringa leaf as a plant resource that is quite easy and often found in this region can be one of the raw material for innovative producers in an effort to prevent stunting and fulfill nutrition for pregnant women and children.Moringa leaves are processed into Moringa noodles which are made from Moringa leaves which contain high nutrients, especially protein and calcium. The partners of this activity are the village community Babul Makmur.The processing of Moringa noodle innovation products is carried out through several methods, namely (1) production training; (2) assistance in making Moringa Noodles made from Moringa leaves until Moringa leaf Noodles are produced; (3) distribution of Moringa leaf noodles to the community, especially mothers and children.In general, this activity is quite good in helping the problems faced by the village community Babul makmur, namely to fulfill nutritional intake so as to avoid stunting problems. Abstract

Perangkat komputer dalam berbagai bidang pada masa sekarang tidak dapat dihindari lagi dari setiap aktiftas dalam bidang surat menyurat dan lain lain. Terlebih pada dunia kerja, maka sudah searusna pemanfaatan komputer menjadi satu hal yang sangat krusial. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan adalah untuk memberikan pembekalan pengetahuan kepada para pegawai dan perangkat gampong Cot Lampise dalam rangka pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan pengetahuan dasar tentang aplikasi Microsoft Office dengan sederhana namun tepat guna. Pelatihan ini akan menyajikan pengenalan berbagai fungsi dan cara kerja bagaimana mengoperasikan sistem operasi Windows sebagaimana yang terinstal dalam perangkat komputer yang tersedia dan program aplikasi Microsoft Office Word 2010, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2010 dan Microsoft Office Excel 20010. Software-software ini merupakan program yang paling umum digunakan oleh setiap instansi pemerintah maupun swasta. Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini adalah metode ceramah penyuluhan dan praktek Pelatihan Pengoperasian Mixrosoft Office dengan dilengkapi alat bantu LCD Proyektor. evaluasi diperoleh hasil dan manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi sebagai pengembangan ilmu yang dapat diterapkan dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan lancar, karena berbagai pendukung terutama partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan lokakarya ini.

Abstract

Pengembangan usaha tani di desa menjadi hal yang penting dilakukan demikian halnya dengan kegiatan pertanian yang ada di Desa buter. Sektor pertanian maupun perkebunan seringkali diarahkan untuk mendorong sektor industri lainnya untuk menyediakan bahan baku. Dengan adanya hubungan antara sektor pertanian dengan sektor industri diharapkan dapat mendukung adanya nilai tambah produk serta terciptanya lapangan pekerjaan yang lebih luas. Pelatihan pengolahan cabai menjadi chili oil dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberdayakan para petani untuk mengembangkan potensi penjualan cabai menjadi produk yang bernilai jual lebih tinggi. Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah metode ceramah penyuluhan dan praktek pelatihan edukasi pengolahan hasil panen raya cabe menta menjadi produk turunan yang bernilai ekonomis terhadap masyarakat Desa Buter di Kecamatan Ketol, Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Edukasi pembuatan Chili Oil (Minyak Cabai) di mulai dari pembuatan sampel Chili Oil (Minyak Cabai) dengan memerlukan alat dan bahan.

Abstract

PT Agro Sinergi Nusantara (ASN), one of the industries engaged in the Palm Oil Mill (PKS) industry, is located in Teunom, Aceh Jaya Regency. The Ripple Mill machine is one of the important machines used in Palm Head Mills which functions as a separator or splitter of kernel kernels and palm shells by utilizing centrifugal force to produce Palm Kernel Oil. From the initial analysis, it is known that the use of Ripple Mill machines in the industry today often experiences donwtime or damage. The purpose of this study is to analyze the damage of the Ripple Mill machine at PT ASN's Palm Oil Mill using the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method and Fishbone diagram. The results of the study obtained damage to the Ripple Mill machine in the identification of 5 (five) malfunctions or failure modes that occurred. using the FMEA method, it is known that the most dominant Ripple Mill machine failure mode occurs is the fracture of rotor bar components due to the entry of hard objects with the Risk Priority Number (RPN) which is 384 and using the fishbone diagram method, it is known that there are (four) influencing factors, namely human, machine, environmental and method factors.

Abstract

PT Agro Sinergi Nusantara PKS Aceh Seujahtera is a company engaged in the plantation and processing of oil palm fruit, where the production is in the form of crude palm oil (CPO), palm kernel and fiber. This factory has 2 horizontal type sterilizers with a capacity of 40 tons each. One machine that has a vital role in the production process is the screw press. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the company, it was found that the screw press machine was often damaged in the production process, as a result the production process was stopped and production results were not optimal, besides that the company would also experience losses. The purpose of this research is to measure the performance of the Screw Press Machine at PT Agro Sinergi Nusantara by calculating OEE through 3 main factors, namely Availability Ratio, Performance Effeciency Ratio, and Quality Ratio and determining corrective actions that can improve the performance of the Screw Press machine. The results of the performance analysis on the screw press machine obtained an Availability Ratio value of 84.52%, Performance Effeciency Ratio of 86.68%, Quality Ratio of 100%, and OEE of 73.37%. Based on a comparison with the Word Class Ideal Standard, only the Quality Ratio value meets the standard while the Availability Ratio, Performance Effeciency Ratio, and OEE have not met, meaning that the overall performance of the Screw Press Machine has decreased and has not met the Word Class Ideal Standard and it is necessary to improve the performance of the machine. Recommendations for improvements that can be made to improve the performance of the screw press machine again are to carry out routine maintenance on machine components so that damage can be prevented before severe damage occurs and cause longer downtime, conduct training for workers so that they can develop themselves and know more about the machine and the responsibilities that must be carried out, reinforce the implementation of routine and scheduled maintenance (preventive maintenance), and increase supervision during the FFB sorting process.

Abstract

Mapping underground river karst areas in the karst mountains Cianjur, West Java, has been done using electromagnetic methods and Geoelectricity Dipole-dipole. Karst constituent formation region of West Java area is limestone, clay stone, limestone fractured, hard and dense limestone, and limestone containing no water (rigid). The aim of this research is to search for the existence of underground rivers using electromagnetic and geoelectric wave surveys. VLF method consists of 13 line with a length of 750 m and a 10 m spacing. Based on the results of data processing VLF method is known that the equivalent current density (ECD) demonstrated high conductive rocks. While Geoelectricity method consists of 10 line, the arrangement is a parallel between the distance of the line with a space of 20 m andlength between 300 m.VLF data interpretation results indicate anomalous equivalent current density (ECD) with high scores range from 180-300% indicated fractured limestones are occupied by water, while the resistivity anomaly from 0.45 to 7.40 Ω.m indicated as weathered limestone layers accumulated dengn clay stone, resistivity values 186-701 Ω.m, fractured limestones indicated that fills with water. With sizes ranging 5-15 m cavity, each line with nearly the same distance at a depth of approximately 15-105 m, there is a large cavity-cavity interconnected.

Abstract

The geoelectric-resistivity method with Schlumberger configuration is commonly used for groundwater exploration. This method helps identify changes in the resistivity of rock layers beneath the Earth's surface by flowing direct current (DC). In this research, geoelectric-resistivity was used to search for the existence of groundwater aquifers in water crisis areas with peat soil structures. In addition, this research aims to determine the depth of the aquifer layer based on resistivity values below the surface and  to identify variations in resistivity values below the surface. The method used in this research was the Schlumberger configuration resistivity geoelectric method with 4 measurement points, each with  a stretch length of 500 m . The research results show that the subsurface resistivity value in the Parit Haji Muksin II area is 2.69 Ohm m to 264 Ohm m. The unconfined aquifer at the research location was found at point 1 and point 2 at a depth of 3.94 m to 35.5 m, while the confined aquifer was found at points 3 and 4 at a depth of 13.6 m to 61.8 m. This study indicates the presence of potential groundwater resources in tropical peatlands, highlighting the necessity for further comprehensive research to ensure their sustainable utilization in the future.
