Abstract

PT. Gramita Eka Saroja, which is engaged in providing construction services in Meulaboh, West Aceh Regency, has heavy equipment that requires initial investment and a significant operating cost. Technically the existing equipment can still be operated and be able to produce, but it is economically unprofitable. In the case of the issues raised by this study, it is closely related to the estimated cost of owning an excavator heavy equipment so that the company can overcome the problems related to the use of the tool by determining the depreciation and economic value of the tool.. Based on the explanation, the problem and the objective of this research are how much the cost of owning costs must be calculated as long as the equipment is operated from new (purchase) in 2007 to 2018 with the economic life of the excavator heavy equipment is 11 years of use, if it is considered depreciating based on the straight-line method and the depreciation method decreases every year. Based on the calculation of depreciation per year by the straight-line method of Rp. 38,636,364 per year, with working hours Rp. 100,000 per hour / year. In the method of a balanced reduction in depreciation in 2007 Rp. 100,413,223 and in 2018 amounting to Rp. 20,059,008, while the total value of the year produced Rp. 95,764,463 with a 2007 book value of Rp. 187,471,826 and in 2018 amounting to Rp. 8,705,860 with a book value (residual value per year) Rp. 100,413,223. Bank, insurance and tax interest rates are Rp. 18,953 per hour.?

Abstract

 The scheduling method that is often used in project planning in a deterministic way is the CPM method, the PERT method. However, in reality, uncertainty is often found in project completion, in accordance with the characteristics of a construction project that has a high level of risk. One of the methods used to determine the estimated project time is the monte carlo simulation method. The monte carlo simulation is a statistical sampling technique used to estimate solutions to quantitative problems. The research was conducted on the construction project of the Public Service Center (PSC) building in Krueng Sabee District, Aceh Jaya Regency. The purpose of this study is to determine the probabilistic method of scheduling and to explain the application of the monte carlo method for scheduling. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of interviews and project implementation time schedule (curve S). Based on the monte carlo simulation that has carried out the distribution of completion on a public service center building construction project, the minimum value of the total project duration is 86.40 days, the maximum value of the total project duration is 105 days, and the mean value is 96 days. So the project can be completed within 96 days of the 100 plan days. So it can be concluded that the project is completed 4 days faster than the 100 day plan. Based on the above explanation, the Monte Carlo simulation is not significant enough to reduce the project duration, so that more significant work can be added or overtime. Keywords— Scheduling, Probabilistic, Simulation, Monte Carlo

Abstract

ABSTRAKRuas jalan Meulaboh – Tapak Tuan pada Sta 0+115 (diambil dari titik Sta 0+000  Simpang Empat Jeuram) merupakan tipe jalan dua arah dan terbagi (menggunakan median dan median terbuka). Sehingga, untuk mengakomodir pergerakan lalu lintas dari wilayah Timur dan Barat Kota Jeuram, ruas jalan tersebut memiliki beberapa titik bukaan median yang memungkinkan kendaraan merubah arah perjalanan berupa gerakan putar balik arah atau di istilahkan sebagai gerakan u-turn. Dengan persoalan tersebut di atas, maka permasalahan yang diangkat dan juga yang menjadi tujuan dari penelitian analisis kajian putar balik arah (u-turn) pada bukaan median terhadap kemacetan ruas jalan adalah seberapa besar volume arus lalu lintas, kapasitas jalan, waktu tempuh dan tingkat pelayanan jalan (level of service) yang terjadi. Batasan penelitian dibatasi hanya pada ruas jalan Meulaboh – Tapak Tuan di Sta 0+115 yang berada di Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya sepanjang ± 460 meter tepatnya pada Simpang Peukan Jeuram depan SMP Negeri 2 Kuala. Pengamatan dilakukan selama 3 hari terdiri dari 2 pos pengamatan, setiap pos ditempatkan 3 orang operator/personil pengambilan data. Metode yang digunakan MKJI 1997 [1]. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan, volume lalu lintas tertinggi terjadi pada hari Minggu 4.165 smp/jam sebelum terjalinnya kendaraan, setelah terjalin maupun tidak terjalin 4.139 smp/jam dengan rasio jalinan 0.67 smp/jam. Kapasitas jalan 4.485 smp/jam dari arah Meulaboh-Tapak Tuan dan dari arah Tapak Tuan-Meulaboh 4.650 smp/jam dengan waktu tempuh rata-rata antara 18 detik sampai 23 detik dengan kecepatan tempuh antara 19 km/jam sampai dengan 20 km/jam. Skala interval tingkat pelayanan jalan, dikategorikan posisi E yakni kondisi volume arus lalu lintas mendekati atau berada pada kapasitas, arus tidak stabil, kecepatan terkadang terhenti.

Abstract

weight is very important in a construction work. The advantage of using heavy equipment is that it can get the job done faster. The use of heavy equipment that is not right will cause losses in terms of time, technical, and cost. For this purpose the feasibility of investing in heavy equipment is very necessary. A precise and complete analysis of operating costs for the heavy equipment will help the company to make decisions, especially in financial terms. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility of heavy equipment investment in the road construction industry. analysis of heavy equipment operating costs, and knowing good machine handling. Cost analysis on heavy equipment, is expected to provide benefits that can be feasible to invest in heavy equipment in the construction services industry. This research was carried out on the Project for Improvement of the Alun-Alun Suka Makmue Road-Phase II Eastern Ring Road, located in the Regency Nagan Raya. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, namely research that tries to tell a solution to problems based on data that will be obtained in the field. The results show that excavator and motor grader heavy equipment has not yet returned capital, while for heavy equipment vibrator rollers and water tankers have returned capital. Abstract

Parking problems are very important to study more deeply, because almost all activities in the open space require parking facilities. The required parking space must be adequately available. On street parking is parking that takes place along the road. This has a negative impact on the smooth flow of traffic, because it causes a reduction in the width of the road being traversed. The aim of the study was to determine the characteristics of motorized parking and the shape of parking angle patterns by considering the occurrence of side barriers. The research was carried out on the Singgah Mata I Road in Kuta Padang Village, West Aceh Regency, for 3 days Monday, Thursday and Sunday from 07.00-09.00 WIB, 11.00-13.00 WIB until 15.00-17.00 WIB. The data needed in the primary data research by direct survey in the research location, including side barriers survey, parking vehicle and road geometric. Data on the number of parking vehicles were analyzed to obtain parking characteristics, parking angle and side barriers. The highest peak fluctuations occur at 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with evidenced parking capacity and HV vehicle parking time as much as 321 pcu/hour going on Monday, while the LV, MC and MT vehicles have the highest fluctuations on Sunday, which is detailed (LV 1519 pcu/hour) , (MC 600 pcu/hour) and (MT 311 pcu/hour). Based on this, the parking area of the vehicle's average daily peak volume is LV 1084 pcu/hour, HV 225 pcu/hour, MC 412 pcu/hour and for MT vehicles is 217 pcu/hour, able to accommodate the available parking volume, every point-point of the research location with parking index value <100%, which means that demand can still be fulfilled / still able to accommodate every vehicle parked with a parking angle of 300. The highest peak of side barriers occurs on Sunday 529 occurrence of side barriers which are evidenced by the condition of the commercial area with the second activity high side of the road. Keywords: on street parking, characteristics, parking impact.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPerkerasan jalan di Indonesia umumnya  menggunakan perkerasan lentur yang bahan utamanya aspal.Untuk meningkatkan ketahanan aspal salah satunya yaitu menggunakan aspal yang di substitusi dengan kresek.Penambahan kresek kedalam campuran aspal dipercaya dapat meningkatkan keawetan dari aspal tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan aspal jenis retona blend 55 dengan penambahan kresek. Kresek merupakan salah satu barang bekas yang dapat digunakan kedalam campuran aspal retona blend 55.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh karakteristik marshall pada campuran aspal AC-BC dengan penambahan kreseksebesar6%; 7,5% dan9%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapat nilai kadar aspal optimum adalah 5,5%untuk variasi 6%, 4,6 untuk variasi 7,5% dan 6,25% untuk variasi 9%.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variasi  memenuhi syarat spesifikasi karakteristik parameter marshall, dengan hasil yang didapat yaitu pada stabilitas rendaman 30 menit variasi 6% sebesar 1704,8kg, variasi 7,5% sebesar 1746,5 kg dan variasi 9% sebesar 1466,5 kg. Sedangkan untuk stabilitas rendaman 24 jam variasi 6% sebesar 1640,7 kg, variasi 7,5% sebesar 1765,2 kg dan variasi 9% sebesar 1406,8 kg. Pengujian durabilitas dari ketiga variasi memenuhi persyaratan.Nilai durabilitas pada variasi 6%sebesar 96,2%, untuk variasi 7,5% sebesar 91,9% dan untuk variasi 9% sebesar 95,9. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa campuran aspal yang di substitusikan dengan kresek mampu menerima beban lalu lintas berat dan memiliki daya lekat yang baik dan sifat kresek tersebut tahan terhadap gerusan air sehingga tidak mudah terjadi lubang pada jalan.

Abstract

The Meulaboh City Government under the leadership of the Regent H. T. Alaidinsyah (in the period of 2012 - 2017) has a high concern on the use of bicycles as an alternative transportation tool that is cheapand environmentally friendly because it can help reduce congestion, air pollution, and have a positive impact on the health of its riders. The application of special bicycle lanes can be applied but often private vehicles, motorbikes and rickshaws stop blocking the bicycle lane. The use of bicycle lanes for parking vehicles should not be allowed, so cyclists are forced to use dangerous sidewalks or public roads. The problems raised and also become the purpose of research are how much influence the performance of bicycle lanes specifically on the lane of motorized vehicles and the level of effectiveness of their use in the city of Meulaboh. The research boundary was at the data collection location on Tgk Chik Ditiro Street, Pocut Baren, Teuku Umar and Sudirman Street, which is in Johan Pahlawan Subdistrict, West Aceh District (Meulaboh), with a length of 1635 meters of bicycle lanes. The calculation uses the BLOS (Bicycle Level Of Service) method. Based on the results of the research on the Tgk Chik Ditiro road rating of BLOS 3.7 and Teuku Umar road, the rank rating of 4.3 is based on the BLOS < 4.5 value limitation rating, categorized as rank D with the BLOS description of the two road environments that are not feasible for cyclists. Jalan Pocut Baren value generated 3.1 < 3.5 set by BLOS, stated rating C with the  description  of the  environment  on the  road  segment  is  good  enough  for  cyclists.  Whereas  for Sudirman road the rating of 1.8 < 2.5 which was set by BLOS, was stated as rank B with the description of the environment on the road section was good for bicycles.

Abstract

School building infrastructure needs maintenance and thi is not only carried out by the government but also involve community. The purpose of this study was to determine the existing condition of the school building and the efforts of community participation in building maintenance. This research was conducted at the SD 16 Meulaboh. Methods of data collection by field observations, interviews and distributing questionnaires to the school community (the community around the school, students, teachers, and school administrators). Data processing used a Likert scale, then classifying it into three categories, the first is the low with a score below 46, the medium scores between 46 - 76, and the high is more than 76. Meanwhile, the results of interviews and observations were analyzed using descriptive methods. The results of the study on the existing condition of the school building in a slightly damaged condition where the damage occurred only to non-structural components, namely floor coverings, infill walls, as well as doors and windows. The results were divided into two groups, namely residents and students, citizen participation in the medium category reached 7 people (12.07%) while high participation reached 51 people (87.93%). Student participation in the medium category reached 4 people (10.00%), while high participation reached 36 people (90.00%). This shows that the community of SD Negeri 16 Meulaboh has a high participation in the routine maintenance of the school building.

Abstract

Simpang Empat Jeuram Nagan Raya sering disebutkan oleh masyarakat setempat ”Simpang Peut” merupakan jalur utama jalan arteri kota melayani pergerakan lalu lintas antar kabupaten atau antar provinsi, yang berada di Kecamatan Kuala Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Simpang tersebut memiliki empat lengan, melayani arus 4 lajur jalan utama bermedian dan 2 lajur jalan minor menghubungkan jalur arah perkantoran, perumahan penduduk, perdagangan dan sebagai jalur menuju ke pusat kota. Permasalahan diangkat dan juga menjadi tujuan penelitian bagaimana kinerja persimpangan terhadap volume lalu lintas terjadi di empat lengan dan membedakan selisih perhitungan sekarang terhadap penelitian terdahulu. Batasan pembahasan yakni lokasi penelitian di Simpang Empat Jeuram, kinerja simpang berdasarkan metode HCM 1993, hambatan samping dan tidak memperkirakan penelitian terdahulu. Berdasarkan hasil, volume arus yang terjadi 3.310 smp/jam dengan komposisi arus kendaraan 2.789 smp/jam. Kapasitas 4.009 smp/jam berada diatas volume yang ada dikategorikan tidak macet atau tidak jenuh. Hambatan samping 1.328 kejadian dikategorikan daerah niaga dan aktivitas pasar sisi jalan sangat tinggi. Derajat kejenuhan 0.70 < DS (DS < 0.80 - 0.90) dengan rata-rata delay 7.95 detik/smp dan panjang antrian 40% - 20% dengan tingkat pelayanan D dimana arus tidak stabil dan kadang harus memperlambat kecepatan 43 km/jam. Terkait penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan hasil signifikan, karena peningkatan kendaraan terus meningkat 75% dalam kurun waktu 3 tahun terakhir.
