Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Boyolali. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji mediasi menggunakan Sobel Test, melibatkan 78 pegawai sebagai responden melalui teknik sensus sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sementara stres kerja berpengaruh negatif. Selain itu, kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan terhadap kinerja, tetapi tidak memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penyesuaian karakteristik pekerjaan serta pengelolaan stres dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung kinerja optimal pegawai, dengan kepuasan kerja memainkan peran penting sebagai penghubung dalam proses tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi, kemampuan kerja, dan kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan di Batik Laweyan Surakarta. Komunikasi yang efektif, kemampuan kerja yang mumpuni, dan kerjasama tim yang solid merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, khususnya dalam industri batik yang membutuhkan sinergi antar individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan Batik Laweyan Surakarta dengan pengalaman kerja antara 1 hingga 10 tahun. Variabel penelitian meliputi komunikasi (X1), kemampuan kerja (X2), kerjasama tim (X3), dan efektivitas kerja karyawan (Y). Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan dengan kontribusi sebesar 32,6%. Kemampuan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif sebesar 25,2%, sedangkan kerjasama tim memberikan pengaruh terbesar, yaitu sebesar 39,4%. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun komunikasi yang efektif, meningkatkan kemampuan kerja, serta memperkuat kerjasama tim untuk mencapai efektivitas kerja yang optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan Batik Laweyan Surakarta untuk mengembangkan strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia, seperti pelatihan komunikasi, peningkatan keterampilan kerja, dan program pembangunan tim. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan keberlanjutan usaha dalam industri batik

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the study of teacher performance for strengthening the sustainability of vocational schools at SMK Negeri 1 Mojosongo Boyolali in 2024. This research method is quantitative. In this study the population used was teachers at SMK N 1 Mojosongo Boyolali totaling 146 teachers. The number of samples in this study was selected based on the Simple Random Sampling technique and calculated by the Slovin formula and obtained a sample of 107 teachers. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) using the help of SMARTPLS Software. PLS-SEM analysis consists of two Outer model and Inner model. The results showed that self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on teacher performance. First, high self-efficacy increases teachers' confidence in their abilities, which has a direct impact on improving performance. Second, self-efficacy also contributes to motivation, where teachers who feel capable tend to be more motivated to teach well. Furthermore, high motivation has a positive effect on teacher performance, facilitating better achievement of teaching goals. Finally, self-efficacy influences teacher performance through work motivation, suggesting that increased self-efficacy can result in stronger motivation, which in turn improves their performance. This confirms the importance of developing self-efficacy in the educational context to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and job stress on performance in employees of PT Inka Multi Solusi (IMS) Madiun. This research method uses a quantitative approach. This research uses primary data sources. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees who worked at PT.IMS Madiun, totaling 2540 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with certain criteria. Based on Malhotra's calculation, the sample used was 82 respondents. The data analysis methods used in this study are validity, reliability, and research instrument tests. SPSS software was used to analyze the research data. The results of this study are that job satisfaction, job stress can affect employee performance. Job satisfaction, job stress simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance. If job satisfaction increases by 1 unit, employee performance is expected to increase by 0.557. In addition, it is known that the regression coefficient for the work stress variable is 0.206, which is positive. This indicates that when job stress increases by 1 unit, employee performance also tends to increase by 0.206.

Abstract

This study aims to examine The Influence of Advertising and Korean Idol Brand Ambassadors on Consumer Purchase Intention Mediated by Brand Image in Samsung Products. A quantitative approach was employed using a simple random sampling technique involving teenagers in the Solo Raya region as respondents. Primary data were collected through an online questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) via SmartPLS 3.0. The independent variables are advertising and brand ambassador, the mediating variable is brand image, and the dependent variable is purchase intention. The results indicate that advertising and Korean idol brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention, both directly and indirectly through brand image. Engaging and informative advertisements build a strong brand image, while the presence of Korean idols as brand ambassadors enhances emotional appeal, strengthening Samsung's brand image. Brand image plays a crucial mediating role, reinforcing the influence of advertising and brand ambassadors on consumers’ purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of training, financial compensation, and work environment on employee productivity at RSUD dr. Soediran Mangun Sumarso Wonogiri. The sample consists of 94 respondents selected using purposive sampling with the criterion of employees who have worked for at least one year. Data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale, and analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results show that training, financial compensation, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Training improves skills and professionalism, financial compensation affects employee well-being and job satisfaction, and a supportive work environment is crucial for task effectiveness. This study has limitations in terms of the variables studied and the use of online questionnaires, which may affect data accuracy. Future research is recommended to include additional variables and use interview or direct observation methods to obtain more accurate data.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Sales Promotion on Impulse Buying, with Emotions as a mediator among Shopee consumers in Surakarta. A quantitative descriptive method was used, collecting data through an online questionnaire. The sample was selected using a non-probability sampling technique with specific criteria: residing in Surakarta, at least 17 years old, and having previously shopped on Shopee. Data analysis included validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²). The findings reveal that Sales Promotion has a positive and significant impact on both Emotions and Impulse Buying, with Emotions acting as a mediator. Effective promotional strategies by Shopee enhance consumers’ positive emotions, leading to increased impulsive buying behavior and customer satisfaction. However, this study is limited by its narrow scope and the exclusion of other factors that may influence Impulse Buying. Future research should consider additional variables such as psychological conditions, environmental influences, product categories, as well as demographic and personality factors. Expanding the study area is also recommended to improve result validity and provide a broader understanding of consumer behavior in e-commerce.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of brand image and sales promotion on consumers’ purchase decisions at Matahari Department Store Pakuwon Mall Solo, with brand trust as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method and purposive sampling technique. Respondents were individuals aged 17 and above, residing in Solo City, and had experience shopping for clothing at the research site. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results reveal that brand image significantly affects purchase decisions, while sales promotion and brand trust do not have a significant influence. Furthermore, brand image and sales promotion positively influence brand trust. However, brand trust fails to mediate the relationship between both brand image and sales promotion with purchase decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak fleksibilitas kerja, kompensasi, dan tindakan disipliner ter­ha­dap kinerja pengemudi GOJEK di Kota Surakarta. Pem­be­na­ran untuk pemeriksaan ini muncul dari fungsi penting yang dimainkan oleh efektivitas mitra pengemudi dalam meni­ng­katkan keberhasilan operasional Gojek sebagai penyedia layanan transportasi berbasis aplikasi. Meng­gu­na­kan pende­ka­tan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melakukan survei yang melibatkan 100 pengemudi Gojek dengan teknik pengam­bi­lan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas pekerjaan memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan pada kinerja pengemudi, menunjukkan bahwa fleksibilitas kerja yang ditingkatkan dikaitkan dengan hasil kinerja yang lebih baik. Sebaliknya, variabel kompensasi menunjukkan efek negatif dan signifikan pada kinerja pengemudi, menunjukkan bahwa struktur kompensasi yang tidak memenuhi harapan dapat mengurangi motivasi dan kinerja pekerjaan secara keseluruhan. Sementara itu, pene­gakan tindakan disipliner menunjukkan efek positif dan sig­nifikan pada kinerja, menunjukkan bahwa penerapan huku­man yang konsisten dan adil dapat mendorong peningkatan disiplin dan akuntabilitas di antara pengemudi. Temuan ini menyoroti perlunya menerapkan strategi manajemen kerja yang seimbang yang menyelaraskan fleksibilitas, kom­pen­sasi transparan, dan kerangka kerja pengawasan berbasis penalti yang efektif.

Abstract

Studi ini mengevaluasi bagaimana praktik-praktik Human Resource Management (HRM) membentuk kinerja pegawai di PT Glory Industrial Sragen, dengan mempertimbangkan peran kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel perantara. Penelitian menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif berlandaskan paradigma positivistik, di mana data dihimpun melalui kuesioner berskala Likert yang diberikan kepada karyawan berusia 17–55 tahun dengan masa kerja minimal satu tahun, dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares SEM PLS mencakup analisis outer model, inner model, serta pengujian hubungan antarvariabel. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa praktik HRM secara konsisten memberikan efek positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan maupun kinerja pegawai, baik melalui jalur langsung maupun jalur tidak langsung. Kepuasan kerja juga terbukti bertindak sebagai mediator dalam hubungan tersebut. Pelaksanaan HRM yang suportif mulai dari program pelatihan yang relevan, pemberian penghargaan yang proporsional, mekanisme evaluasi yang objektif, hingga komunikasi internal yang efektif mampu meningkatkan rasa nyaman dalam bekerja dan pada akhirnya mendorong produktivitas. Secara keseluruhan, hasil ini menegaskan bahwa pengelolaan SDM yang berorientasi pada pengembangan serta kesejahteraan karyawan merupakan elemen krusial bagi peningkatan performa organisasi.
