Abstract

Adopsi teknologi baru di berbagai bidang dapat dilakukan dengan pendekatan self-service technologies (SSTs). Oleh karena itu, pemetaan (mapping) berbagai riset empiris tentang adopsi e-banking sangatlah penting. Penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai hasil riset empiris tentang adopsi e-banking. Untuk kasus sektor perbankan, adopsi e-banking merupakan salah satu alternatif untuk mendukung pelayanan. Kajian adopsi e-banking melalui model SSTs menjadi sangat penting, terutama terkait dengan fenomena selfservice di era e-service yang memungkinkan nasabah melakukan aktivitas secara mandiri. Di satu sisi, adopsi ebanking memberikan tambahan penghasilan bagi perbankan, namun di sisi lain adopsi e-banking juga sangat rentan terkait dengan aspek trust yang dirasakan oleh nasabah. Oleh karena itu, kajian tentang aspek trust dalam kasus adopsi e-banking sangatlah perlu untuk dicermati, yaitu tidak saja bagi upaya peningkatan kualitas layanan bagi nasabah, tetapi juga meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing dari pesaing dan juga aspek kepercayaan nasabah untuk tetap loyal menggunakan e-banking. Hasil dari kajian literatur menunjukan bahwa aspek trust menjadi salah satu aspek terpenting untuk mendukung intention to loyalty dari adopsi e-banking.

Abstract

This study aims at examining a basic and optimal strategy for strengthening an export-based UKM cluster at Serenan Klaten. This research sample is UKM bases on export in Serenan, Klaten. Reason of location choice in Serenan because Serenan has been specified to become one of UKM cluster to base on export by government. It used a qualitative approach with the identification of the export-based UKM’s characteristics. This included firm size, asset, planning, marketing, personnel, value of access to information and performance. In this research applied SWOT analysis to formulate strategy develops UKM in Serenan Klaten. There are seven strategies formulated to develop UKM in Serenan Klaten

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to identify risk factors that discourage consumers fromadopting e-banking services. Perceived risk is a key construct in consumer decision making, whereaswhether this is true in e-banking market is rarely researched. An exploration of this dynamicmarket is therefore critical to develop theoretical and practical implications. The investigationuses quantitative research methods. Primary data were collected by self-administered questionnairescontaining 200 respondents are analysed through structural equation modelling. Results indicatethat the concept of perceived risk has merit in explaining consumers’ decisions on whether to usee-banking.

Abstract

Globalization that requires efficiency and productivity in all aspects results variousconsequences, including demand to finish any work in a very limited time. It emerges several effects,whether individually or in teamwork. If this condition is not managed properly, it may turn upwork stress. Of course, it can be fatal and therefore, proper management of working load is neededto minimize that condition.

Abstract

Electronic service (e-service) via a web channel is one of the options that many companies use to provide service and support to customers. E-service is becoming increasingly important not only in determining the success or failure of electronic commerce, but also in providing consumers with a superior experience with respect to the interactive flow of information. The purpose of this paper is to review research and is to gather conceptual perspectives on the role and nature of e-service, and the e-service experience. Recent advances in technology have created a surge in technology-based self-service or e-service, and there is an increasing recognition of its role in differentiation and customer interfaces. In order to understand e-service experiences it is necessary to go beyond studies of e-service quality dimensions and to also take into account the inherent characteristics of e-service delivery and the factors that differentiate one service experience from another. The paper reviews the factors that impact on the nature of the e-service experience, taking a wider perspective than that adopted by many researcher on e-service when they focus on the identification of the dimensions of e-service quality. In order to manage the e-service experience it is important to develop a clear articulation of the nature, boundaries, components and elements of specific e-service experiences, and to further investigate the interaction between these factors and service quality dimensions.

Abstract

Industrial waste is one of serious problems in the industrialization era. Hence the waste management must be addressed early during the production process. It means that waste treatment process should be performed from upstream to downstream. This study aims to establish an optimization model of waste management with quantitative analysis that is conducted through focus group discussions and in-depth interview that combine voice of producer and voice of costumer. The result shows there are many aspects related to waste from tahu industry in Kartasura, then it makes the optimization of the waste to be very important. The result of this study is not able to solve all the problems, then there are limitations and further researches, and advice is needed for this study.

Abstract

Revolusi dan evolusi perkembangan teknologi informasi dan sistem informasi memicu transformasi dalam semua bidang dan hal ini kemudian menimbulkan fenomena tentang e-lifestyle yaitu mulai dari e-mail, e-banking, e-shopping, e-book, e-wallets, e-learning, e-news, e-commerce, e-trading, e-election, e-business, e-market, e-service dan e-cards. Di satu sisi, e-lifestyle memberikan banyak kemudahan tapi di sisi lain ini menimbulkan ancaman terutama dikaitkan dengan jaminan keamanan di semua transaksi yang terkait e-lifestyle. Terkait ini, jika aspek keamanan tidak mendapatkan prioritas perhatian dari semua pihak, maka akan terjadi fenomena: ‘don’t trust anyone, don’t trust anything’ dan kepercayaan akan menjadi “blind trust”. Hal ini tentu sangat dimungkinkan karena di cyber economy ada berbagai kasus yang mendasari misalnya ‘phising’ (kegiatan pengiriman e-mail palsu yang di dalamnya terkandung link ke sebuah situs web, yang bisa mengarahkan seseorang untuk menyerahkan identitas pribadi), atau ‘clickjacking’ (yaitu kode jahat yang tersembunyi di balik tombol klik di sebuah situs yang dikunjungi oleh seseorang). Aspek keamanan menjadi sangat penting karena fakta perkembangan e-lifestyle di Indonesia pada umumnya dan adopsi e-banking khususnya masih berada pada tahap pertumbuhan

Abstract

The e-banking adoption researches have been conducted with diversity in the approach models in which they found the model diversity so that these are casuistic. This fact becomes an interesting gap research. The purpose of this article is to provide an insight into the determinants of customers’ e-banking acceptance. The samples of the study numbered to 200 people analyzed with SEM. Results indicate that the concept of trust and risk have merit in explaining consumers’ decisions on whether to use e-banking. These findings are also related to the theoretical, practical, managerial, and methodological implications and implication to further studies although this study is limited.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is one of essential factors that contributing for economic development. The role of women entrepreneur is pivotal in this regard. This study examined factors that influencing the success of women’s entrepreneur. This study used 231 respondents that located in Solo. The data gathered are analyzed by structural equation model. The result indicated that micro, macro, performance and capability positively influenced to the success of entrepreneur.
