The problem of this research was the low development of creativity on cognitive aspect through handicraft in children aged 5-6 years old. The purpose of the research was to find out the differences of playing activity before and after given the fun cooking activity and the influence of fun cooking activity play towards creativity development on cognitive aspect through handicraft on children 5-6 years old at Al-Hidayah Kindergarten, Way Seputih. The technique to take samples in this research was multistage random sampling. The research methodology was Pre- Experiment Design and the sample was 30 children. The data collected was using observation and documentation. The data analysis used was Simple Linier Regression and t-test. The result of this research shows that there was a difference of playing activity before and after given fun cooking playing activity and there was the influence of fun cooking playing activity towards creativity development on cognitive aspect through handicraft on children 5-6 years old.Masalah penelitian ini adalah rendahnya perkembangan kreativitas pada aspek kognitif melalui hasta karya pada anak usia 5-6 tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan aktivitas bermain sebelum dan sesudah diberikannya aktivitas bermain fun cooking dan pengaruh aktivitas bermain fun cooking terhadap perkembangan kreativitas pada aspek kognitif melalui hasta karya pada anak usia 5-6 tahun di TK Al-Hidayah Way Seputih. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik sampel acak bertingkat (Multistage Random Sampling). Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis Pre Experiment Design Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 30 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Regresi Linier Sederhana dan Uji t atau t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan aktivitas bermain sebelum dan sesudah diberikannya aktivitas bermain fun cooking dan adanya pengaruh aktivitas bermain fun cooking terhadap perkembangan kreativitas pada aspek kognitif melalui hasta karya pada anak usia 5-6 tahun.Kata Kunci: anak usia dini, perkembangan kreativitas, aspek kognitif, bermain fun cooking.

The era of globalization and digitalization, educational institutions face new challenges to improve competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the application of information and technology-based strategic management at MA Nurul Wahid Al Wahyuni Sumberan Besuk to identify strategies to improve performance and competitive position. A qualitative approach is used with a case study type. Data collection techniques used participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis with key informants of the principal, head of facilities, teachers, and students, while the data analysis used consisted of data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that despite budget and infrastructure limitations, strategic solutions such as educator training, open-source software utilization, and cloud-based service integration succeeded in improving decision-making effectiveness and operational efficiency. This provides new insights into technology adaptation strategies for educational institutions with limited resources and underscores the importance of continuous investment in infrastructure and digital iteration for continued competitiveness

The issue of digital branding is very relevant along with the development of innovative technology. Digital branding helps creative economy business actors to interact with customers to create loyalty. This creative economy business is called "Alya Florist" located on Jl. Wahab Chasbulloh, Tambakberas, Jombang which was founded by Romi Abdul Basith. The "Alya Florist" product offers flower buckets with a variety of colors and types of flowers, which can be adjusted to certain themes or events. The problem for novice creative business actors such as "Alya Florist" is the limited knowledge about the importance of digital branding for their business. The service team carried out initial observations at "Alya Florist" related to the obstacles faced by partners. Socialization of the importance of digital branding by presenting speakers from Digital Business lecturers. The implementation stage is mentoring, 1) Instagram content creation, 2) TikTok content creation, 3) Posting "Alya Florist" flower bucket products on a Face Book account. The results of socialization and mentoring are increased knowledge and skills in digital branding and increased performance of "Alya Florist" business owners as well as increased sales turnover of flower bucket products

Indonesia, a country located in the Pacific Ring of Fire, has a high level of vulnerability to earthquakes. This condition demands an increase in the capacity of civil engineering human resources to design safe and disaster-resistant buildings. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of project-based learning training with a focus on the application of SNI 1726:2019, structural modeling using ETABS/RSA, lateral load calculations, and the design of simple earthquake-resistant houses. The research method involved final-year civil engineering students and alumni who participated in a series of trainings, with evaluations through pre-tests, post-tests, and design assessments. The results showed an increase in competency in all aspects, especially the understanding of the SNI 1726:2019 standard and lateral load calculations. In addition, participants were able to produce simple house designs that meet the basic criteria for earthquake resistance, material efficiency, and structural stability. These findings indicate that applied training can bridge the gap between academic theory and practical skills needed in the workplace. This research contributes to strengthening the capacity of civil engineering in supporting resilient infrastructure development and has important implications for the integration of similar training into higher education curricula and community service programs.

Indonesia memiliki tingkat kerentanan tinggi terhadap gempa bumi karena posisinya di Cincin Api Pasifik. Kondisi ini menuntut urgensi perencanaan bangunan tahan gempa yang sesuai dengan SNI 1726:2019. Namun, implementasi standar tersebut masih menghadapi kendala berupa rendahnya kompetensi teknis alumni teknik sipil dan pelaku UMKM konstruksi dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak analisis struktur modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas teknis dan kewirausahaan peserta melalui pelatihan penggunaan Robot Structural Analysis Professional (RSAP) dan Extended Three-Dimensional Analysis of Building Systems (ETABS) yang dipadukan dengan pembekalan kewirausahaan konstruksi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam kerangka pengabdian masyarakat berbasis partisipatif, meliputi tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan berbasis praktik langsung, workshop kewirausahaan, pendampingan intensif, serta evaluasi melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan uji praktik. Pelatihan menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan peserta, di mana 70% mampu membuat model struktur dan menganalisis beban gempa secara mandiri. Selain itu, tersusun 20 proposal usaha jasa konsultansi, terbentuk 5 unit usaha baru berbasis perencanaan struktur tahan gempa, dan 72% alumni tetap memanfaatkan modul digital hingga tiga bulan setelah pelatihan. Pelatihan software struktur berbasis praktik langsung yang dikombinasikan dengan kewirausahaan terbukti efektif meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan kemandirian ekonomi peserta. Model ini berpotensi menjadi strategi berkelanjutan dalam mitigasi bencana serta penguatan ekosistem jasa konstruksi berbasis teknologi di Indonesia.
