Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru melalui In House Training. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan sekolah (PTS) dengan objek penelitian 12 guru sasaran MI Azzainiyah II Paiton Probolinggo. Rancangan penelitian tindakan ini menggunakan model Kurt Lewin dengan tahapan plan, action, observation, serta reflection. Sumber data penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru sasaran, dan observasi lapangan peneliti. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan observation, performance appraisal, serta documentation. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis kualitif dan kuantitaf. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata 64 dan persentase guru sasaran yang masuk kategori tuntas sebesar 60%. Sedangkan pada siklus II diperoleh rata-rata 65,83 serta presentase guru sasaran yang masuk kategori tuntas sebesar 83,33%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru madrasah ibtidaiyah melalui In House Training

Abstract

This research was conducted to present the principal's assertive behaviour in creating a superior school. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research site is Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nurul Mun’im Paiton Probolinggo. The results showed that the principal's proactive behaviour in creating an excellent school at Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nurul Munim Paiton Probolinggo was indicated by the behaviour of providing information; searching for information; giving an opinion; reflecting the message content; giving criticism or praise; accepting criticism or praise; Express feelings; and share feelings. In terms of capabilities, the head of Madrasah Ibtida'iyah Nurul Mun'im Paiton Probolinggo is proven in the form of an attitude of consistency and idealism in deciding and implementing policies; and a person who is honest and open to others so that he becomes a respected and authoritative person. Based on the research, the principal's assertive behaviour can create a superior school through the principal's proactive behaviour, which is romantic, consistent and respectful towards others.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of blended learning management in developing students' soft skills in the new normal era. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The location of this research is MI Raudlatul Jannah I Maron Probolinggo Data collection is done with primary and secondary data. Preliminary data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observation. At the same time, secondary data is obtained through documents and learning tools. The results showed that the application of blended learning management at MI Raudlatul Jannah I consisted of planning, implementing, and evaluating. The application of blended learning in the new normal era can develop students' soft skills in four aspects, namely discipline, honesty, attitude, and communicativeness.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the quality of education in Madrasah Diniyah Ar-rozaq through increasing community participation. The community here significantly influences the ongoing education process in an early institution environment. Schools can survive and develop to show the surrounding community a high awareness of the importance of diniyah education. This research was conducted using a qualitative case study method with the research location in Bucor Kulon Village. The results obtained are: community participation in Madrasah Diniyah Arrozaq is outstanding and quality. Madrasah Diniyah Ar-rozaq, when viewed at the level of input, process, and output, is also quite good. Then the role of community participation in improving the quality of this madrasah at least provides supervision in the form of criticism, suggestions, and input in determining the curriculum. All levels of society there want to send their children to madrasah diniyah because it is based on awareness of the importance of religious education in this era of globalization. They also participate in any activities.

Abstract

SMKS Taman Siswa 2 di Kota Probolinggo menghadapi tantangan serius terkait kedisiplinan siswa yang mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran. Melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan staf pengajar dan pengelola, terungkap bahwa sistem manajemen kedisiplinan yang masih manual lamban dalam menanggapi pelanggaran aturan sekolah. Keterlambatan ini menciptakan kesenjangan dalam penegakan aturan dan memperburuk dinamika sekolah. Perilaku siswa, seperti keterlambatan dan absensi, juga mempengaruhi pembelajaran. Kesadaran akan perlunya transformasi tercermin dari kesepakatan pengajar dan pengelola mengenai kebutuhan akan perubahan yang responsif dan efisien. Namun, kekurangan dalam sistem sanksi menciptakan ketidakjelasan konsekuensi pelanggaran, mengurangi efektivitas manajemen kedisiplinan. Analisis ini menekankan urgensi transformasi dalam manajemen kedisiplinan di SMKS Taman Siswa 2. Integrasi teknologi, khususnya melalui metode pengembangan Rapid Application Development (RAD), diharapkan dapat memberikan respons yang cepat dan akurat terhadap perilaku siswa, menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang kondusif, serta memperkuat kedisiplinan siswa secara menyeluruh. Penggunaan RAD dipilih karena siklus pengembangan yang singkat, fleksibilitas yang besar, pengalaman pengguna yang optimal, dan risiko kesalahan yang minim, menjadikannya solusi efektif untuk membawa transformasi dalam manajemen kedisiplinan di sekolah ini.

Abstract

Pengelola jurnal, baik nasional maupun internasionalmewajibkan penggunaan aplikasi Reference salah satunya adalah Zotero dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah. Namun, hasil observasi tim pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum terbiasa atau bahkan belum menguasai penggunaan Zotero dalam mendukung penulisan karya ilmiah, terutama bagi mereka yang sedang menyusun tugas akhir berupa jurnal ilmiah terakreditasi.Metode pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui ceramah, diskusi, dan pendampingan dalam beberapa tahapan, yaitu observasi, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Hasil pre-test sebelum pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta belum familiar dengan penggunaan Zotero. Namun, setelah dilakukan pelatihan, hasil post-test menunjukkan adanya perubahan yang signifikan. Peserta pelatihan telah menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan aplikasi Zotero setelah mendapatkan pendampingan yang intensif.Dari hasil ini, terlihat bahwa melalui pendekatan pengabdian yang mencakup tahapan observasi hingga evaluasi serta pendampingan yang terarah, dapat menghasilkan perubahan positif dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta terkait penggunaan aplikasi Zotero dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Hal ini merupakan langkah yang penting untuk membekali mahasiswa, terutama yang tengah menyelesaikan tugas akhir, dengan keterampilan yang relevan dan diperlukan di dalam dunia akademis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine children's interest in implementing or implementing the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing program during the Covid-19 Pandemic at the Al-Qur'anul Karim Study Center. This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, namely research that seeks to describe the events and events that took place at the time of the research by what they are. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that the Al-Qur'an Reading and Writing program by applying the Iqra (reading) method, can increase children's interest in Reading and Writing the Al-Qur'an, and writing the letters of the Al-Qur'an correctly and neatly. In addition, children can memorize several short letters, selected verses, and daily prayers, so they can read prayers well and get used to living in an Islamic atmosphere. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat anak dalam penerapan atau implementasi program Baca Tulis  Al-Qur’an selama Pandemi Covid-19 di Balai Pengajian Al-Qur’anul Karim. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskritif, yaitu penelitian yang berusaha  menggambarkan peristiwa maupun kejadian yang berlangsung pada saat penelitian sesuai dengan apa adanya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui program Baca Tulis Al-Qur'an dengan menerapkan metode Iqra (membaca) dapat meningkatkan minat anak dalam Baca Tulis Al-Qur’an, dan menulis huruf Al-Qur’an dengan benar dan rapi. Selain itu juga anak dapat hafal beberapa surat pendek, ayat pilihan, dan doa-doa sehari-hari, sehingga mampu melakukan bacaan sholat dengan baik dan terbiasa hidup dalam suasana Islami.
