Abstract

The problem of this research is the students who have negative attitude in autonomy at school. The problem is whether the group guidance for game simulation techniques can improve students positive attitude towards SMA Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung. The objective of the research is to improve students positive attitudes towards psychological well-being, especially the dimension of autonomy. The quasi eksperimen design untreated control group design with dependent pre-test and posttest was used in this method. The subject of the research were 10 experimental group and 10 control group. Data collection techniques use a autonomy scale. The results showed that attitudes towards the autonomy of students in schools could be improved through group guidance techniques for games simulation techniques, this was shown by the Mann Whitney test results. The results of statistical analysis showed value (Sig.) 0.000 0.05 the Ho was rejected by Ha accepted.Masalah penelitian ini adalah siswa yang memiliki sikap negatif terhadap autonomy di sekolah. Permasalahannya adalah “apakah layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik simulasi games dapat meningkatkan sikap positif siswa terhadap autonomy pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan sikap positif siswa terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis khususnya dimensi autonomy. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen desain untreated control group design with dependent pre-test and posttest. Subjek penelitian yaitu 10 orang kelompok eksperimen dan 10 orang kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala sikap kemandirian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap terhadap autonomy siswa di sekolah dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik simulasi games,  hal ini ditunjukkan hasil uji Mann Whitney. Abstract

The conclusion is that the attitude of students of students towards autonomy class XI can be increased using group simulation techniques for game simulation techniques in the experimental group in SMA Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2018/2019.Masalah penelitian ini adalah siswa yang memiliki sikap negatif terhadap autonomy di sekolah. Permasalahannya adalah “apakah layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik simulasi games dapat meningkatkan sikap positif siswa terhadap autonomy pada siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan sikap positif siswa terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis khususnya dimensi autonomy. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen desain untreated control group design with dependent pre-test and posttest. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan nilai (Sig.) 0,000 0,05, maka Ho ditolak Ha diterima, artinya bahwa terdapat peningkatan sikap siswa terhadap autonomy setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik simulasi games pada kelompok eksperimen di kelas XI SMAN 4 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Kesimpulannya adalah sikap siswa terhadap tujuan hidup pada kelas XI dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik simulasi games pada kelompok eksperimen di SMAN 4 Bandar Lampung Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan kelompok, bimbingan kelompok teknik simulasi game, autonomy

Abstract

The problem of this study is the high rate of academic stressorin the second year students of FKIP Unila. The aim of this study was to identify academic stressors in the second year students of FKIP Unila in the academic year 2019/2020. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The population of the study was 1.099 students and the research sample of 286 students was taken by a snowball sampling technique. Data collection techniques using online questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that the academic stressor of the second-year students of FKIP Unila in the academic year 2019/2020 was the most dominant academic stressor with the theme of assignments (number of the tasks was big, the difficulty level of task, limited time in doing task), facilities and infrastructure (class and learning media were limited), lecturing processes (the learning material and schedule were difficult), lecturers (behavior and learning method), and finance (difficulty in finance management).Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah stressor akademik mahasiswa tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi stressor akademik pada mahasiswa tahun kedua FKIP Unila tahun akademik 2019/2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 1.099 mahasiswa dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 286 mahasiswa diambil dengan teknik snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stressor akademik pada mahasiswa tahun kedua FKIP Unila tahun akademik 2019/2020 yang paling dominan adalah tugas (jumlah tugas banyak, tingkat kesulitan tugas, waktu pengerjaan tugas terbatas), sarana dan prasarana (ruang perkuliahan dan media pembelajaran terbatas), proses perkuliahan (jadwal dan materi perkuliahan semakin sulit), dosen (kepribadian dan gaya mengajar dosen), dan finansial (sulit mengatur keuangan).Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, stres akademik, stressor akademik

The problem is whether the group guidance for role playing techniques can improve students positive attitude towards SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung. The objective of the research is to improve students positive attitudes towards psychological well-being, especially the dimension of environmental mastery. The quasi eksperimen design untreated control group design with dependent pre-test and posttest was used in this method. The subject of the research were 10 experimental group and 10 control group. Data collection techniques use a environmental mastery scale. The results showed that attitudes towards the environmental mastery of students in schools could be improved through group guidance techniques for role playing techniques, this was shown by the Mann Whitney test results. Abstract

The purpose of the research is to increase a  positive attitude towards psychological well-being, especially the dimension of self acceptance. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental design of  untreated control group design with dependent pre-test and posttest.  The research subjects used an experimental group of 10 people and a control group of 10 people. Data collection techniques use a self-acceptance attitude scale. The results showed that attitudes towards student self acceptance in schools could be improved through role playing technique group guidance services, this was shown through the Mean Whitney Test results. The results of the statistical analysis showed that the value (Sig) was 0.000 0.05, so Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, meaning that there was an increase in students' attitudes towards self-acceptance after being given the role playing group guidance service in the experimental group. The conclusion is that attitudes towards self acceptance can be increased using the role playing group guidance services in the experimental group in SMA N 5 Bandar Lampung Academic Year 2017/2018.Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan sikap positif  terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis khususnya dimensi self acceptance. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen desain untreated control group design with dependent pre-test and posttest. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan nilai (Sig) 0,000 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya bahwa terdapat peningkatan sikap siswa terhadap self acceptance setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok teknik role playing pada kelompok eksperimen. The problem is “whether the group guidance for game simulation techniques can improve students positive attitude towards purpose in life. The objective of the research is to improve students positive attitudes towards psychological well-being, especially the dimension of purpose in life in class XI students of SMA Negeri 9 Bandar Lampung . The quasi eksperimen design untreated control group design with dependent pre-test and posttest was used in this method. The subject of the research were 10 experimental group and 10 control group. Data collection techniques use a purpose in life scale. The results showed that attitudes towards the purpose in life of students in schools could be improved through group guidance techniques for games simulation techniques, this was shown by the Mann Whitney test results. The results obtained showed value (Sig.) 0,000 0,05 the Ho was rejected by Ha accepted. Abstract

This study was aimed to identify the academic stressors by the fourth year students of FKIP of University of Lampung in academic year 2019/2020. Naturally, this research belongs to qualitative descriptive research. The subject were 283 students in the fourth year. The data was collected by questionnaire by giving an online survey to the respondents through google forms. The results of this study indicated that the most dominant academic stressors by the fourth year students of FKIP University of Lampung in academic year 2019/2020 is Thesis topics such as difficulty of finding research supporting journals, difficulty of processing data, difficulty obtaining research permssion. An the last is, the topic of Tasks such as a large number of tasks.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi stressor akademik pada mahasiswa tahun keempat di FKIP Universitas Lampung tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 283 mahasiswa tahun keempat. Metode pengumpulan data dengan kuisioner dengan cara menyebar survei online kepada responden melalui google form. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stressor akademik yang paling dominan pada mahasiswa tahun keempat FKIP Universitas Lampung tahun ajaran 2019/2020 yaitu topik Skripsi seperti kesulitan mencari jurnal pendukung penelitian, kesulitan mengolah data, sulit mendapat surat ijin penelitian. Kemudian topik Tugas seperti jumlah tugas yang banyak.Kata kunci:  bimbingan dan konseling, stres akademik, stressor

Abstract

The purpose of the research was to know increasement of personal growth through group guidance discussion technique theme of communication style. The method used in this study was quasi-experimental design of non equivalent control group design. The research subjects used an experimental group of 10 people and a control group of 10 people. Data collection techniques used a personal growth scale. The results showed that personal growth new college students could be improved through group guidance discussion technique theme of communication style, this was shown through the Mann Whitney Test results. The results of the statistical analysis showed that the value (Sig) was 0.000 0.05, so the conclusion is that personal growth can be increased using the group guidance discussion technique theme of communication style on New College Students Guidance and Counseling FKIP Lampung University 2018. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui peningkatan personal growth melalui bimbingan kelompok teknik diskusi tema gaya komunikasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi exsperiment desain non equivalent control group design. Abstract

Problem in this study was the low of personal growth. Research objectives is to improve  personal growth of new students in Guidance and Counseling FKIP Universitas Lampung. Design used in this study is a non-equivalent control group design. Research subjects were 20 people divided into two groups namely control group and experimental group. Research sample was obtained by voluntary sampling. Data collection techniques used was personal growth scale. The results of data analysis using the Mann Withney test obtained values (sig.) 0,000 0,005 so that it can be concluded, career group guidance discussion techniques with the theme of personality types can increase the personal growth of new students Guidance and Counseling FKIP Universitas Lampung.Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya personal growth. Tujuan penelitian meningkatkan personal growth pada mahasiswa baru Bimbingan Konseling FKIP Universitas Lampung. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-equivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 20 orang yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Sampel penelitian di peroleh dengan cara voluntary sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala personal growth. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji Mann Withney testdiperoleh nilai(sig.) 0,000 0,005 dapat di simpulkan, bimbingan kelompok karier teknik diskusi dengan tema tipe kepribadian dapat meningkatkan personal growth mahasiswa baru Bimbingan Konseling FKIP Universitas Lampung. Kata kunci: personal growth, bimbingan kelompok, tipe kepribadian

Abstract

This study aim to study the relationship between conformity of peers with bullying in students of SMA Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung.The research method used quantitative. The research sample was taken by 86 students taken by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used the scale of conformity of peers and scale of bullying. Data analysis technique used Product Moment conversion. The results showed that relationship conformity of peers and bullying with a ratio of r count = 0.608 rtable = 0.178 significance level p = 0.05 then. The conclusion of the results study relationship between conformity of peers and bullying.Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah perundungan (bullying). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konformitas teman sebaya dengan perilaku bullying pada siswa SMA Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 86 siswa diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala konformitas dan skala bullying. Hasil analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment dari hasil perhitungan didapat nilai korelasi rhitung= 0,608 rtabel= 0,178 taraf signifikasi p=0,05. Sesuai ketentuan dalam korelasi product moment jika rhitung rtabel maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Jadi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara konformitas teman sebaya dengan perilaku bullying.Kata kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, konformitas teman sebaya, perundungan
