Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur pengaruh kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi dan kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi instansi terkait dan bidang keilmuan lainnya. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 170 pegawai yang merupakan PNS. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin yang dikombinasikan dengan stratisfied sampling sehingga setiap kelas karyawan mendapatkan kesempatan yang sama untuk dijadikan objek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, kompetensi, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja tidak secara tidak langsung mempengaruhi kinerja melalui motivasi. Lebih lanjut ditemukan bahwa motivasi tidak dapat memediasi kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja. Pejabat hendaknya meningkatkan apresiasi terhadap prestasi karyawan, meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas pendidikan dan pelatihan, meningkatkan kolaborasi antara karyawan dan pimpinan, meningkatkan ketepatan waktu, dan membangun hubungan yang erat antara pimpinan dan karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect employee job satisfaction at PBEC Eye Hospital. The data of this study consisted of primary and secondary data, which were taken through a questionnaire to 81 employees of the PBEC Eye Hospital with a sample census. The variables used are psychological factors, social factors, physical factors, and financial factors as independent variables and job satisfaction as the dependent variable. The data obtained were processed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that psychological factors, social factors, and physical factors have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. And financial factors have no significant effect on employee job satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengeluaran pendidikan, kesehatan dan infrastruktur jalan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) tahun 2006 – 2019. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan teknik analisis kuadrat terkecil sederhana (Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Pengujian dilakukan terhadap hipotesis dan data kelayakan (asumsi klasik) menggunakan taraf signifikan 5%.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa belanja pendidikan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) Provinsi Riau, artinya belanja pendidikan dapat mendorong peningkatan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) Provinsi Riau, sektor kesehatan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) Provinsi Riau, artinya belanja kesehatan dapat mendorong peningkatan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia ( IPM) Provinsi Riau. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the educational achievements of children who receive assistance from the Hope Family Program in the Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency and to find out the factors that influence it. This research is a primary research that collects data using a research questionnaire. The total population of the study was all families receiving the family hope program assistance in the role of the role of the Indragiri Hulu Regency, namely as many as 446 families, then based on the Slovin formula with a level of 10%, the total sample size was 82 respondents in which the respondents were divided into families who have selected school children, namely the highest PKH recipient child education. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance has a significant positive effect on the educational achievement of children receiving the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The level of attendance of children has a significant positive effect on the educational achievement of children receiving the Hope Family Program (PKH) in the Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. Parents' income has a significant positive effect on the educational achievement of children receiving the Hope Family Program (PKH) in the Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. If the parents' income increases, it will increase the educational achievement of children who receive the Hope Family Program (PKH) in Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. And the level of parental education has a significant positive effect on the educational achievement of children receiving the Hope Family Program (PKH) in the Peranap District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.

Abstract

The Effect of Non-Physical Work Environment, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Employee Turnover Intention in the Production Department at PT. Mustika Agung Sawit Gemilang Kab. Indragiri Hulu Under the guidance of Prof. Dr. B. Isyandi, SE, MS and Dr. Machasin, M.Sc.This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Non-Physical Work Environment, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Employee Turnover Intention in the Production Department at PT. Mustika Agung Sawit Gemilang Kab. Indragiri Hulu. The method used in this research is quantitative. The types and sources of data in this study are primary data obtained from empirical research results through distributing questionnaires to employees who are sampled, the sample in this study is 120 people. The analysis technique used is the SPSS for windows program. The results of this study also show below: (1) Non-Physical Work Environment has a significant effect on Turnover Intention. (2) Job Stress has a significant effect on Turnover Intention. (3) Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Turnover Intention.
