Abstract

Sumber daya manusia adalah modal terpenting dari setiap organisasi atau perusahaan. Sumber Daya Manusia yang baik pada akhirnya akan menghasilkan prestasi atau kinerja karyawan yang baik pula. Kinerja karyawan yang baik maka akan berdampak nyata pada prestasi atau kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemimpinan situasional dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan budaya organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada PD. BPR Bahteramas di Sulawesi Tenggara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PD. BPR Bahteramas di 6 kabupaten/kota yaitu Kabupaten Konawe, Kabupaten Konawe Selatan, Kabupaten Bombana, Kabupaten Buton Utara, Kabupaten Muna dan Kota Bau-Bau. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 orang karyawan yang terdiri dari Direksi, Manajer/Pejabat Eksekutif, Staf Operasional dan Staf Pemasara. Penelitian ini menggunakan Analisis Jalur atau Path Analisis dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan situasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Budaya organisasi, namun tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Adapun pada jalur mediasi, kepemimpinan situasional dan kompetensi karyawan yang dimediasi budaya oganisasi tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PD. BPR Bahteramas di Sulawesi Tenggara. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan situasional, Kompetensi, Budaya organisasi, Kinerja karyawan

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan penyebab kekurangan stock maupun harga pangan melalui informasi harga panga strategis, dan bagaimana pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam mengetahui ketersediaan harga pangan. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ditetapkan di Kota Kendari pada dua pasar strategis sebagai obyek penelitian. Sampel pasar akan dipilih sebanyak 10 (sepuluh) jenis komoditi pangan strategis pedagang besar dan (sepuluh) komoditi pangan strategis pedagang pengecer yang diperdagangkan oleh 2 (dua) pedagang besar dan pengecer di pasar tradisional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Perkembangan harga yang terjadi pada beberapa komoditi pangan strategis selalu berfluktuasi dan memiliki perbedaan (dispritas) harga antar pasar, antar pedagang yang ada pada beberapa pasar di Kota Kendari; (2) Faktor yang mempengaruhi adanya kenaikan harga pangan strategis berturut-turut adalah (a). mekanisme pasar yang tidak menentu (b) kurangnya informasi harga pasar (c). harga dari pemasok atau distributor (d). persediaan stok barang yang tidak menentu (e) proses mata rantai distribusi barang dari produsen ke distributor, distributor ke pedagang dan pedagang besar ke konsumen; dan (3) Pentingya penggunaan dan pengembangan sistem informasi harga pangan strategis yang berbasis web atau berbasis aplikasi di setiap daerah Kota Kendari dalam rangka menjaga keseimbangan harga dan pengendalian tingkat inflasi daerah. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja terhadap pengembangan karir pegawai pada Bank Sultra Kendari. Responden penelitian berjumlah 89 orang yang seluruhnya merupakan pegawai tetap Bank Sultra. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Metode analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana dengan program aplikasi SPSS versi 2.1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir pegawai di Bank Sultra Kendari. Semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan karyawan maka akan semakin baik pula pengembangan karir, begitu juga dengan pelatihan yang diikuti karyawan yang berdampak signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir. Selain itu, proses pengembangan karir pegawai di Bank Sultra Kendari dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek loyalitas atau loyalitas pegawai kepada perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pendidikan karyawan dan pelatihan kerja harus menjadi salah satu pertimbangan utama untuk pengembangan karir karyawan dan tidak semata-mata didasarkan pada loyalitas karyawan terhadap organisasi. Kata Kunci: pendidikan dan pelatihan kerja; pengembangan karir Abstract This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of education and job training on employee career development at Bank Sultra Kendari. Research respondents were 89 people, all of whom were permanent employees of Bank Sultra. The process of collecting data using a questionnaire. The sampling method used proportional random sampling. The data analysis method used Simple Linear Regression Analysis with SPSS version 2.1 application program. The results showed that education and job training had a significant effect on employee career development at Bank Sultra Kendari. The higher the education level of employees, the better career development will be, as well as the training that is attended by employees which has a significant impact on career development. In addition, the employee career development process at Bank Sultra Kendari is carried out by considering aspects of employee loyalty or loyalty to the company. This study found that employee education and job training should be one of the main considerations for employee career development and not solely based on employee loyalty to the organization. Abstract

This study examines and proves whether there is an effect of Dividend Per Share (DPS) in moderating the relationship between Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return on Equity (ROE) on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. This type of research is associative research. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements. This data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis method, namely descriptive statistical method used to analyze data for more than two research variables. To test the regression with moderating variables using the Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA) Test. Hypothesis testing used is t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R2). This study produced four findings as stated in the research hypothesis. First, Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant effect on stock prices. Second, Return on Equity (ROE) has no significant effect on stock prices. Third, the interaction variable Earning Per Share (EPS) with Dividend Per Share (DPS) is a moderating variable, so that DPS can strengthen the relationship between Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices. Fourth, the interaction variable Return On Equity (ROE) with Dividend Per Share (DPS) cannot strengthen the relationship of Return On Equity (ROE) to stock prices.

Abstract

The training was conducted with the aim of increasing the capacity of knowledge, understanding, and analytical skills for members of small and medium industries, especially about efforts to increase human resources and industrial competitiveness. Method of implementation of Community Service (PKM) activities in the form of technical guidance. The speakers in this training are academics from the PKM STIE Enam Enam Kendari Team, and at the end of the activity will be given a handbook material. Community service activities at Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Kendari City have been carried out with positive results on the development program and the implementation of quality management and management of SME centers. In the implementation of these activities, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1). The low knowledge of SME about the importance of quality management; 2). The establishment of independent SME groups from various businesses both on the scale of small, medium and large enterprises will make it easier to obtain credit assistance and management coaching systems to increase production volumes; 3). Consultation and quality management coaching in Small and Medium Industries; 4). Application of quality management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of DPRD in planning and evaluating regional development performance in South Sulawesi Province. The method used in this study is qualitative descriptive method. The methods carried out in collecting data in this study are interviews and documentation. To test the validity of the data, in this study a triangulation method was used so that the data produced was valid data for research. Data analysis techniques are data analysis with several parts, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of data analysis show that the role of the DPRD in regional development planning in Kendari City is to compile and discuss the APBD budget, the preparation of local government work plans (RKPD) which functions as the implementation of development, MUSRENBANG starts from the Village, District and Regency levels. The role of the DPRD in evaluating the performance of regional development in Kendari City has been carried out in accordance with procedures, the findings and evaluation of the DPRD revealed that regional development in Kendari City has been in accordance with the target to be achieved in terms of economic growth and infrastructure development

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of leadership, work culture and competence on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau. The determination of the number of samples in this study is by using the census method, namely the number of samples taken from the entire population of 46 employees. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis using Microsoft Excel, and SPSS software. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) Leadership, work culture, and competence have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau; (2) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau; (3) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau; and (4) Work culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Southeast Sulawesi Provincial Welfare Bureau.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine and analyze: (1) The influence of work commitment on the performance of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (2) The influence of work commitment on the performance of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (3) The influence of work discipline on job satisfaction of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (4) The influence of work discipline on the performance of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (5) The influence of job satisfaction on the performance of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees. The population in this study were all 49 Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees with ASN status and were also used as respondents in this study using census techniques. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and inferential statistics, namely Partial Least Square (PLS). The research results state that: (1) Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (2) Work commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (4) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees; (5) Employee job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Bombana Regency Inspectorate employees

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahuidanmenganalisis (1) Promosi pariwisata dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di Kota Baubau; (2) Program Budaya masyarakat lokal di Kota Baubau dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan; dan (3) Dampak kunjungan wisatawan di Kota Baubau. Adapun informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak lima orang. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan yaitu Analysis Interactive Model dari Miles dan Huberman, yang membagi langkah-langkah dalam kegiatan analisis data dengan beberapa bagian yaitu pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi (conclutions). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Promosi pariwisata menggunakan advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, dan personal selling dapat meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di Kota Baubau; (2) Budaya masyarakat lokal yang dinilai dari alat-alat teknologi, sistem ekonomi, sistem keluarga, dan sistem kekuasaan politik dapat meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di Kota Baubau; dan (3) Kunjungan wisatawan yang dinilai dari peningkatan kedatangan pengunjung asing dan domestic, peningkatan pendapatan devisa dari sektor pariwisata, perluasan lapangan pekerjaan, peningkatan kontribusi sektor pariwisata terhadap PDB/PDRB dan peningkatan daya saing pariwisata di Kota Baubau berdampak baik untuk masyarakat Kota Baubau

Abstract

This research aims to provide evidence that leverage, managerial ownership, board of directors, and firm size affect earnings management. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study is all manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are 18 companies and disclose annual reports for 2017-2021. The data collection technique used in this study is more precisely using the purposive sampling technique so that the researcher will take 45 samples from the population. This study found that leverage, managerial ownership, and firm size positively and significantly affect earnings management. In contrast, the board of directors has a negative and insignificant effect on earnings management.
