Abstract

PT XYZ is one of the providers of fixed broadband development services spread throughout Indonesia. What often happens is the lack of material availability and the long pre-order process, thus hampering projects that have been agreed upon for completion. The a priori algorithm is one of the data mining algorithms in the association method, which is looking for relationships between interrelated items. This research uses the help of RStudio software. This prediction is expected to help to prepare material stock in the warehouse so as to prevent material vacancies in the warehouse. The results of this study are in the form of a rule that meets the minimum support value (a measure that shows how much dominance an item/item set is from the entire transaction) of 27.84%, minimum confident (a measure that shows the relationship between 2 items conditionally) of 27.84%. 84.48% and the lift ratio (a measure to see whether or not the association rules are formed) is > 1.

Abstract

The availability of blood stocks at the Indonesian Red Cross or Palang Merah Indonesia (PMI) is a must and absolute for institutions that organize the procurement and distribution of blood for medical purposes. The problem is that the blood stock in PMI Magelang City Branch is not ideally available in each blood type, especially blood type AB, which in recent years has been very minimal and difficult to obtain. The purpose of this study was to predict blood stock of type AB with software based on artificial neural networks backpropagation and Coherent tissues. Artificial Neural Network (JST) backpropagation is used to predict the stock supply of blood type AB. Meanwhile, Coherent is a network used to divide input patterns into groups. The application has a network structure consisting of 2 input neurons, 10 neurons in the hidden layer, and 1 and 1 neuron in the output layer. The total amount of data is 3 years (2015-2017), 2 years of data are used for training data, and 1 year of data is used for testing data. The engine predicts using a maximum iteration of 1,000 epochs, an expletive constant of 0.5, a momentum of 0.9, and a minimum error rate of 0.001. With variations in the value of the backpropagation component, a prediction of less than 140 bags per year is generated. Meanwhile, the resulting weight is predicted by the Coherent method and produces a prediction of the production of type AB blood stocks per month. Based on the results against 3 years of test data, the percentage of the system accuracy rate is 100%. The reduction of learning constants and the addition of training data systems may affect the accuracy of the system in making predictions.

Abstract

TKA-TPA di dalam proses belajar Iqro yang selama ini dilakukan adalah dengan interaksi secara langsung antara Siswa dengan Guru. Dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi informasi terutama di bidang Artificial Intelligence (AI) sangat memungkinkan untuk dibuat piranti pembantu untuk membantu proses pembelajaran. Pengabdian dilakukan untuk menguji siswa TKA-TPA dengan menggunakan aplikasi desktop Iqro dengan AI untuk pelafalan huruf hijaiyah. Siswa yang diuji memiliki jenis kelamin putra dan putri untuk menguji kemampuan aplikasi desktop Iqro dengan AI. Aplikasi ini akan menebak suara yang apakah benar atau salah setiap siswa dan dicatat untuk jumlah jawaban dengan nilai total yang terekap. Hasil dari pengujian menghasilkan terhadap 4 siswa aplikasi menghasilkan rata-rata 80% untuk menebak jumlah jawaban benar. Pada pengabdian ini dengan hasil 80% masih diperlukan proses peningkatan aplikasi agar bisa digunakan kemampuan untuk menebak dengan hasil yang labih baik dan akurat

Abstract

So far, the problem of gathering information at the Library and Archives Office of Magelang Regency is relatively low. To increase reading interest, policies are needed to determine reading interest. So the data used is book transaction data. This study aimed to classify people's reading interests according to the number of borrowed books at the Magelang Regency Library and Archives Service using the K-Means Clustering method and to find out which book categories are most in demand by the public at the Magelang Regency Library and Archives Service. One way to manage this data is to use data mining using the K-Means method. The results of this study are low reading interest, evidenced by using 2 clusters and the category of books that are most in-demand Literature with a high cluster strength value, namely with a Silhouette Coefficient value of 0.7354.

Abstract

Klinik Pratama Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang merupakan tempat pelayanan kesehatan untuk civitas akademika Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang. Setiap pelayanan kesehatan di Klinik Pratama, data pasien akan di catat dalam dokumen rekam medis secara konvensional. Namun pencatatan rekam medis secara konvensional memilik beberapa kendala diantaranya: 1) membutuhkan banyak ruang penyimpanan, 2) membutuhkan banyak waktu dalam mencari data, 3) data yang rentan rusak dan hilang, 4) serta kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan hasil pemeriksaan medis. Perlu adanya sebuah sistem yang dapat mempermudah pencarian data dan pembuatan laporan. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dan database MySql. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem rekam medis elektronik pada Klinik Pratama Universitas Muhammadiyah yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan penyimpanan data rekam medis, pencarian data pasien, serta backup data yang ada di Klinik Pratama.

Abstract

At this time smartphones sound familiar to the public. Smartphones are included in the auxiliary tools in the continuity of human life equipped with various features that have the same capabilities as computers, so it is no stranger to the ears of the community with it because it provides convenience for users. One of the features given to smartphones is the tathering feature, Tethering makes it easy for users to share internet connections in a way that is easy to use in every age group of society in general. This research uses an experimental method by analyzing two objects. Based on the test results, the test was carried out using the speed test application 10 times within 1 day and obtained an average on both objects that showed a comparison of the results obtained and showed the superiority of using a smartphone as a modem compared to a tethering smartphone. In this test, get the average value of the router download: 15.66 and upload: 18.207 then the average value of tethering download: 10,815 and upload: 16,271 from the beginning of the average network used download: 20.782 and upload: 20,51. With the average comparison above, it can be concluded that the use of a smartphone as a modem has a superior network sharing average using MBps as a measure.

Abstract

Currently, e-commerce has become a crucial necessity for society as it provides convenience and comfort in shopping. MizanStore, as an e-commerce platform, enables people to search for and purchase various products they need without leaving their homes. In this ever-evolving era, the use of mobile platforms is preferred over websites due to advantages such as easy accessibility and better user experience. Hence, a research study was conducted to design optimal user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) through the development of the MizanStore mobile application. The User Centered Design (UCD) methodology was implemented in this research, involving four main stages. These stages encompassed understanding the application's usability, conducting in-depth analysis of user needs, developing responsive design solutions, and evaluating through continuous testing. By employing this approach, existing issues were identified and addressed, resulting in a prototype design model that aligns with user expectations and desires. Testing was conducted with the participation of 10 users, utilizing the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire. The results indicated that MizanStore obtained an average SUS score of 90, demonstrating high user satisfaction and alignment between the application and their needs. These findings provide a solid foundation for further improvement and development of MizanStore. Consequently, MizanStore can continue to deliver an optimal shopping experience and better meet user needs.

Abstract

Development epoch in era globalization like current information systems utilizing computer technology which is very sophisticated and modern will facilitate data processing which can save time and cost. Result information obtained will facilitate data processing which can save or agencies that utilize artificial intelligence humans or is often called artificial intelligence (AI). Processing data and information fast and efficiently are important things which are needed by an agency, one is office hall village. Processing or archiving books C or Letter C this village still uses manual methods with recording or writing data at books archives villages and views reworked sequence number parcel book C or Letter C previous: to record numbers on owners of old land and owner new land. The way is certainly not efficient because it will require a lot of books and take a lot of time to record data on ownership of land. Objective of this study i.e. implement algorithm brute force to facilitate the search owners land previous on archive electronic. Method development on a system which is used in research is a brute force algorithm in searching for land data, string matching is a part of the string search process. The resulting land data is very dependent on the technique or algorithm carried out in matching the string. In this study, the algorithm used in string matching is brute force. This algorithm performs matching strings with shifts one by one patterns and adjusts them to text so that between Pattern and Text have patterns which are equal. Results analysis of studies This is in the form of trials trial matching strings-with algorithms brute force with studies case using search or search engine with programming language PHP to matching strings.

Abstract

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset Berbasis Web untuk Optimalisasi Pemanfaatan dan Pengelolaan Aset di Kamar Jenazah Rumah Sakit Dr. Soedjono merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pengelolaan aset di kamar jenazah rumah sakit. Permasalahan yang dikaji adalah terbatasnya pengelolaan aset kamar jenazah dan minimnya pengawasan terhadap aset yang ada. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis web yang dapat digunakan untuk memantau penggunaan aset kamar jenazah, melakukan peminjaman aset, serta mengelola inventarisasi dan perawatan aset. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan metode pengembanagn berorientasi objek dengan menggunakan teknologi PHP, MySQL, Bootstrap, dan lainnya. Selain itu, sistem ini juga memiliki fitur manajemen pengguna yang memungkinkan administrator untuk mengatur akses pengguna dan mengontrol tindakan yang dapat dilakukan oleh pengguna. Pembahasan dalam penelitian ini mencakup aspek teknis dan non-teknis dari sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis web. Aspek teknis meliputi perancangan database, antarmuka pengguna, serta implementasi dan pengujian sistem. Sedangkan aspek non-teknis mencakup analisis kebutuhan dan pengguna, pengembangan kebijakan dan prosedur, serta peningkatan kesadaran dan keterampilan pengguna. Ulasan singkat menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis web ini dapat memudahkan pengelolaan aset kamar jenazah dan meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan aset. Selain itu, sistem ini juga dapat meminimalisir risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan aset karena dilengkapi dengan sistem peminjaman dan pengawasan pengguna. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa penggunaan sistem informasi manajemen aset berbasis web dapat meningkatkan pengelolaan aset kamar jenazah di rumah sakit. Sistem ini dapat memantau penggunaan aset, memperbaiki efisiensi penggunaan aset, serta meminimalisir risiko kerusakan atau kehilangan aset. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sus yang telah dilakukan maka didapatkan nilai sebesar 71 dan dapat dikategorikan baik dan layak untuk dikembangkan Oleh karena itu, rumah sakit dapat mempertimbangkan untuk menerapkan sistem ini sebagai salah satu solusi dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan aset.

Abstract

Predicting student graduation is a crucial aspect to assess the quality and credibility of higher education institutions. Naive Bayes and K-NN algorithms have been recognised for their effectiveness in predicting graduation. However, most of these studies are limited to academic data. Meanwhile, the variables of thesis completion duration and thesis start time are rarely studied. This study aims to compare the performance of Naive Bayes Gaussian and K-NN algorithms in predicting student graduation using the CRISP-DM method. The data used in this research is the data of students of informatics study programme of Magelang muhammadiyah university. Unlike previous studies that only rely on academic data such as ipk, gender, age, marital status, employment status, and stress level. This research includes the duration of thesis completion and thesis start time as key variables. To compare the performance of Naive Bayes Gaussian and K-NN algorithms, this study adopted three data sharing scenarios: scenario 1 60% training data 40% testing data, scenario 2 70% training data 30% testing data, and scenario 3 80% training data 20% testing data. The results showed that the K-NN algorithm in scenario 2 showed the highest accuracy reaching 91% with precision, recall, and f1-score values of 83.5%, 87.5%, and 85.5%, respectively. On the other hand, Naive Bayes Gaussian reached a maximum accuracy of 88% in Scenario 1 with precision, recall, and f1-score reaching 93%, 77.5%, and 82%, respectively. The research findings show that the K-NN algorithm is superior in predicting student graduation compared to Naive Bayes Gaussian.
