Abstract

Balai Kesehatan Paru Masyarakat (BKPM) Magelang merupakan unit pelaksana teknis Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi, yang menangani pasien penderita paru. Dalam pemesanan obat kepada supplier masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga menimbulkan keterlambatan dan kesalahan dalam perhitungan stok obat yang mempengaruhi pelayanan obat kepada pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sms gateway sebagai sistem reminder pengawasan dan pemesanan stok obat. Sistem ini dirancang dengan menggunakan VB.Net, MySQL dan Gammu. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi dekstop pengawasan dan pemesanan stok obat yang dapat diterapkan pada apotek BKPM Magelang. Berdasarkan pada pengujian sistem diketahui bahwa sistem yang bekerja seusai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Sistem ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam mengelola dan mengawasi stok obat secara komputerisasi.

Abstract

Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) is a computer technology in the field of artificial intelligence that is able to understand complex data patterns. One of ANN's technological capabilities is being able to predict solutions based on training patterns provided during the system learning process. This study aims to apply the signature pattern by applying ANN using the Backpropagation method. Backpropagation method is one of the learning algorithms related to the preparation of weights based on the value of errors in learning. The image will be processed using the Backpropagation method which will be obtained by the introduction. The results introduce 50 signature data samples and 50 signature sample data. The test is carried out using 50 samples, where each sample will be requested once. From the results of the research that has been done it can be concluded that the results obtained from the parameters with a learning rate of 0.5, epoch 100, objectives 1e-5 and momentum 0.9 with the results of 68% system testing.

Abstract

Deadtime akan terjadi pada proses atau plant yang membutuhkan jeda waktu bagi sensor untuk mendeteksi terjadinya error, dan ini berpengaruh pada kecepatan kontroler untuk meresponnya. Jika deadtime yang terjadi lama atau berubah ubah, maka akan berpengaruh pada kesetabilan atau performa sistem kontrol secara keseluruhan. Metode kontrol PID (Proporsional-Integral-Derevatif) merupakan metode kontrol yang banyak diterapkan pada sistem kontrol yang memiliki deadtime ini. Untuk mendapatkan respon sistem yang baik atau setabil, pada kontroler ini diperlukan penalaan atau tuning untuk mendapatkan parameter pengontrolan yang tepat. Pada sistem kontrol dengan deadtime, penalaan harus dilakukan pada plant dengan menentukan parameter deadtime-nya lebih dahulu. Jika terjadi perubahan pada parameter deadtime diluar toleransi yang diijinkan, maka harus dilakukan penalaan ulang untuk mepertahankan kesetabilan sistem, dan ini membutuhkan waktu dan keahlian tertentu. Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) menawarkan metode pengontrolan yang berbeda. Dengan basis pengetahuan yang dimiliki, sistem kontrol fuzzy mampu menyesuaikan perubahan parameter akibat keidaklineran dan ketidakpastian sistem. Simulasi menggunakan matlab dilakukan pada penelitian ini untuk mengetahui unjuk kerja dari sistem kontrol FLC dan PID pada plant atau proses dengan deadtime. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dengan load atau disturbance yang diujikan, kontroler FLC mampu mempertahankan kesetabilan sistem untuk berbagai perubahan waktu tunda.Kata kunci: deadtime, FLC, kesetabilan, basis pengetahuan

Abstract

Public services issue becomes major issue in the provision of public services, especially at higher education as one of the public sector in the field of education. Innovation is needed sistematically in developing service system especially on employee of higher education with good governance principle. This development is depend on Pusat Data dan Sistem Informasi UMMagelang. However, the control and development control of the system is autonomously assigned to each institutional. So the system is not developed based on the business function that is executed or the required data entity, but limited to the spontaneity of short-term needs. it needs an in-depth relationship analysis between the development of information systems with business functions running as well as data entities required. This research using Zachman Framework which has advantages in the depth of analysis on the data architecture as modelling method. This research relate 3 variables such as business functions, data entities and applications that facilitate the identification of positions that need to be addressed immediately.

Abstract

Higher education in Indonesia is regulated by the government with the Higher Education Accreditation (APT). In APT 3.0, Higher Education is required to be able to present performance data in the form of a Higher Education Performance Report (LKPT) as a reference in making a Self-Evaluation Report (LED). However, it is necessary to have an in-depth analysis to determine the gaps in the data required by Higher Education according to the APT 3.0 standard. The process of integrating the samples refer to the Zachman Framework (ZF). The results of this simplification that the data is available in support of APT 3.0 approximately 79% of the total data both inside and outside the core business of Higher Education and is well managed in an integrated database. The remaining 21% of the data that are not available is spread across several information systems, especially SIMMawa, SIMHumas and Cooperation, and SIMAKU. This shows that the change in accreditation standards that have been in effect since April 2019 has created a significant data gap for Higher Education. This research also produced an alternative model of integrated data management that can be used as input for Information System developers in the Higher Education scope.

Abstract

Customer knowledge is a valuable asset, and gathering, managing, and sharing customer knowledge can be a useful competitive activity for organizations. Successful knowledge partnerships with essential and valuable customers can strengthen business performance and create an absolute competitive advantage that is difficult for competitors to emulate. In consumer knowledge management, companies often experience significant obstacles or constraints so that sometimes many companies prevent them from managing consumer knowledge. The company or organization depends on consumers who do not need to understand the industrial field of the company or organization. This paper discusses the comparison of the application of customer knowledge management in various industries. Research findings that all organizations must apply the three essential components of customer-related knowledge within the underlying conceptual framework. Three basic components of customer-related knowledge within a basic conceptual framework: knowledge for customers, knowledge of customers, and customer knowledge, cannot be eliminated. This proves the compatibility with previous studies. In fact, to succeed, they must be applied so that it is of value to the company. Implementation of the framework can present a great opportunity for the organization or company to make new products so that this will improve the performance of the company or organization and maintain the continuity of the company or organization.

Abstract

The latent demand to optimize costs and customer service has been fostered in the current economic situations, characterized by high competitiveness and disruption in supply chains, placing inventories as a vital sector with significant potential to implement improvements in firms. Inventory management that is done correctly has a favorable impact on logistics performance indexes. Warehousing operations account for around 15% of logistics expenditures in terms of dollars. This article employs a method based on the Partitioning Around Medoids algorithm that incorporates, in a novel way, the application of a strategy for locating the optimal picking point based on cluster classification, taking into account the qualitative and quantitative factors that have the greatest impact or priority on inventory management in the company. The results obtained with this model improve the routes of distributed materials based on the identification of their characteristics such as the frequency of collection and handling of materials, allowing for the reorganization and expansion of storage capacity of the various SKUs, moving from a classification by families to a cluster classification. This article shows a suggestion for a warehouse distribution design using data mining techniques, which uses indicators and key qualities for operational success for a case study in a corporation, as well as an approach to improve inventory management decision-making.

Abstract

We are investigating the evolution of four big US stock market indexes' regular returns after the 2000 technology crash and the 2007-2009 financial crisis. Our approach is based on topological data processing (TDA). To identify and measure topological phenomena occurring in multidimensional time series, we use persistence homology. We obtain time-dependent point cloud data sets using a sliding window, which we connect a topological space for. Our research indicates that a new method of econometric analysis is offered by TDA, which complements the traditional statistical tests. The tool may be used to predict early warning signs of market declines that are inevitable.

Abstract

Pimda 07 Tapak Suci Kabupaten Magelang tidak memiliki semua data siswa tapak suci disetiap cabang/unit latihan, hal ini dikarenakan pendataan siswa tapak suci dilakukan secara berulang pada pelaksanaan ujian kenaikan tingkat. Oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem untuk mengetahui data siswa tapak suci sesuai tingkatan maupun keseluruhan dari semua cabang/unit latihan yang ada di kabupaten magelang. Sistem ini dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL dan Framework CodeIgniter. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem pengolahan data siswa tapak suci yang tersentral pada sistem berbasis web sehingga Pimda 07 Tapak Suci Kabupaten Magelang dapat mengetahi keseluruhan data siswa tapak suci berdasarkan grafik dan membuat laporan dalam format (.xlsx). Pengujian  usability  dengan hasil 85.62   dan dikonversikan kedalam skala kualitatif didapat hasil sangat layak dan memenuhi aspek usability.

Abstract

Klinik Pratama Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang merupakan tempat pelayanan kesehatan untuk civitas akademika Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang. Setiap pelayanan kesehatan di Klinik Pratama, data pasien akan di catat dalam dokumen rekam medis secara konvensional. Namun pencatatan rekam medis secara konvensional memilik beberapa kendala diantaranya: 1) membutuhkan banyak ruang penyimpanan, 2) membutuhkan banyak waktu dalam mencari data, 3) data yang rentan rusak dan hilang, 4) serta kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan hasil pemeriksaan medis. Perlu adanya sebuah sistem yang dapat mempermudah pencarian data dan pembuatan laporan. Sistem yang dirancang menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dan database MySql. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem rekam medis elektronik pada Klinik Pratama Universitas Muhammadiyah yang bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan penyimpanan data rekam medis, pencarian data pasien, serta backup data yang ada di Klinik Pratama.
