Abstract

Abstrak Dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, guru dituntut untuk dapat terus menerus melakukan pembelajaran yang adaptif dan up to date yang didukung teknologi canggih. Teknologi canggih yang sering digunakan adalah Artificial Intellegence. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan diskusi tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dan kepala sekolah SD Negeri 13 Palembang belum pernah mendapatkan pengetahuan memanfaatkan AI untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran dalam hal pencarian materi dan bahan ajar, karenanya tim PKM dan mitra memutuskan untuk melakukan kegiatan pelatihan memanfaatkan AI dalam pembelajaran. Dalam pelaksanaannya dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan empat tahapan yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, evaluasi dan refleksi. Setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan dilakukan analisis dari proses evaluasi dan refleksi kegiatan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan rata-rata peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebesar 68,9%. Sedangkan hasil refleksi menjelaskan faktor pendukung dan kendala pelaksanaan. Adapun faktor pendukung yaitu adanya antusias peserta, dukungan kepala sekolah dan layanan internet yang lancar. Sedangkan faktor kendala antara lain adalah terdapat guru yang tidak membawa laptop, ada guru yang hampir pensiun dan merasa kurang membutuhkan pelatihan serta guru yang lupa akun email. Kata kunci: pembelajaran; materi; bahan ajar; metode PAR. Abstract In carrying out the learning process, teachers are required to be able to continuously carry out adaptive and up-to-date learning supported by advanced technology. The advanced technology that is often used is Artificial Intelligence. The community service team (PKM) and the principal of SD Negeri 13 Palembang conducted observations and had discussions. Based on their findings, they decided to conduct training activities that use AI in learning because they had no prior experience using it to support the learning process in terms of finding resources and teaching materials. Planning, action, evaluation, and reflection are the four stages of the Participatory Action Research (PAR) methods that were used in its execution. Following the completion of the task, an analysis of the assessment procedure and a contemplation of the task are conducted. According to the evaluation data, the typical training participant saw a 68.9% improvement in knowledge and abilities. In the meantime, the reflection's findings clarify the implementation's enabling elements and challenges. Enthusiastic participation, the principal's encouragement, and reliable internet access are the supporting aspects. In the meanwhile, teachers who forget their email accounts, are nearing retirement and believe they don't need training, and don't bring laptops are all restrictive factors. Keywords: learning; materials; teaching materials; PAR methods.

Abstract

This study analyzed sales trends and forecasted the sales of CV Sentosa's products, namely Ater 360 New (X1), Bon Bon (X2), Mini Peanut Crackers (X3), and Marie Susu Int (X4), during the period of January 2019 to August 2023. Monthly sales data were processed using exploratory data analysis (EDA) and linear regression to predict sales trends. The linear regression analysis results indicated that X2 and X3 experienced sales growth with a slope of m=0.01, representing an average increase of 0.01 units per month. Conversely, X4 showed a slight decline with m=−0.01, while X1 remained stable with m=−0.00, indicating minimal changes in sales volume. The accuracy evaluation of the predictions based on MAE, MSE, and RMSE showed that X2 had the best performance with MAE 0.14, MSE 0.03, and RMSE 0.19, followed by X1 and X3, which had similar prediction errors. Although X4 initially showed significant growth, its model exhibited higher prediction errors (MAE 0.17, MSE 0.04, RMSE 0.21). This study provides valuable insights for CV Sentosa's business strategies, highlighting X2 and X3 as promising products due to their consistent growth trends and accurate predictions. This research provides a strong foundation for CV Sentosa in formulating more effective marketing strategies and product development in the future

Abstract

The Online Licensing Service Information System (SIPPERI) implemented by DPMPTSP Palembang City aims to enhance efficiency, transparency, and accountability in public services. However, several challenges were reported by users, including unintuitive navigation, slow system responses, and inaccurate information. These challenges impact the level of user satisfaction with the service. This study uses the decision tree algorithm to evaluate user satisfaction based on data obtained through questionnaires with a Likert scale assessment involving 100 respondents. The analysis process uses the Python programming language. The dimensions analyzed include Efficiency (E), Trust (T), Reliability (R), Service (CS), Usability (U), Information Availability (I), and Interaction (SI). The analysis results show that the decision tree algorithm achieves an accuracy rate of 95%. The highest-scoring dimensions were recorded in the indicators Download Speed of Forms (R1: 392) and Accuracy of Instructions (E4: 392). Conversely, the lowest-scoring dimensions were Intuitive Navigation (E1: 300) and Information Availability (I1: 314). This study provides strategic recommendations for DPMPTSP Palembang City to improve dimensions with low scores to enhance user experience and strengthen public trust in e-government services.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology presents new opportunities in education, particularly in lesson planning. However, most vocational high school teachers in Palembang City, including those at SMK PGRI 2, still have limited knowledge and skills in utilizing AI. This problem is the background to the implementation of community service activities (PkM) with the aim of improving teacher competency in using Large Language Models (LLM) such as Gemini and ChatGPT to develop Lesson Implementation Plans (RPP). The methods used included needs surveys, interactive workshops, hands-on practice, and evaluation through post-tests and participant feedback. The results of the activity showed a significant increase, where teacher knowledge increased from 20% to 80% and the application of AI in lesson plans increased from 10% to 65%. The contribution of this activity lies in improving teachers' ability to utilize AI to develop lesson plans more effectively and providing a scientific basis for the application of LLM in lesson planning in vocational education. Keywords: artificial intelligence, lesson planning, vocational school teachers Abstrak: Perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence) menghadirkan peluang baru dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam perencanaan pembelajaran. Namun, sebagian besar guru SMK di Kota Palembang, termasuk di SMK PGRI 2, masih memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan pemanfaatan AI. Permasalahan ini melatarbelakangi dilaksanakannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dengan tujuan meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam menggunakan Large Language Models (LLM) seperti Gemini dan ChatGPT untuk menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP). Metode yang digunakan meliputi survei kebutuhan, workshop interaktif, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi melalui post-test dan umpan balik peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan, di mana pengetahuan guru meningkat dari 20% menjadi 80% dan penerapan AI dalam RPP naik dari 10% menjadi 65%. Kontribusi kegiatan ini terletak pada peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan AI untuk menyusun RPP secara lebih efektif serta penyediaan dasar ilmiah bagi penerapan LLM dalam perencanaan pembelajaran di pendidikan vokasi. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong transformasi digital di sektor perbankan, salah satunya melalui layanan mobile banking. BCA Mobile merupakan aplikasi mobile banking yang banyak digunakan masyarakat Indonesia, termasuk kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna aplikasi BCA Mobile menggunakan metode End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Metode EUCS mengukur kepuasan pengguna berdasarkan lima dimensi utama, yaitu content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner tertutup berbasis skala Likert lima poin kepada 400 responden mahasiswa aktif pengguna aplikasi BCA Mobile di lingkungan Universitas Indo Global Mandiri Palembang. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan 5%. Data dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics melalui uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis statistik deskriptif, serta uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan seluruh item pernyataan dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukkan bahwa kelima variabel independen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai signifikansi < 0,001. Hasil uji parsial (Uji t) menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel, yaitu content, accuracy, format, ease of use, dan timeliness, secara individual berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) sebesar 0,651 menunjukkan bahwa 65,1% variasi kepuasan pengguna dapat dijelaskan oleh kelima variabel tersebut. Variabel yang paling dominan memengaruhi kepuasan pengguna adalah accuracy, yang mencerminkan bahwa ketepatan informasi dan keandalan sistem menjadi faktor utama kepuasan pengguna. Secara keseluruhan, aplikasi BCA Mobile dinilai telah mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna secara efektif dari sisi kualitas informasi, tampilan, kemudahan penggunaan, dan ketepatan waktu layanan.
