This study investigates the effect of economic growth, education expenditures, and health expenditures on human development index (HDI) in Jambi Province. This study used panel data of 11 district/cities from 2012 to 2019. The analytical approach was quantitative by applying panel data regression models. The findings of the study indicated that the economic growth, education expenditure, and health expenditure had a significant and positive influence on the human development index. The implication of the model in this study shows that the efforts made by the Jambi provincial government are effective and optimal in allocating education and health spending to encourage increased human capital as measured by a high human development index. This is input in structural reforms in the education and health sectors to ensure that skilled human resources are developed in areas critical to economic development.

This study aims to determine tax revenues and capital expenditures before and during the COVID-19 pandemic on Indonesia's economic growth. The secondary data from 1980 to 2019 was collected through Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The analysis used in this study is to use the ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag) method. The survey results indicate that tax revenues and capital expenditures in the short and long term have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia, which follows the hypothesis of this study. Even tax revenues and capital expenditures have a significant positive impact on fiscal policy to help overcome the pandemic's economic impact. The resulting coefficient value is 0.6705. So that in the long term, an increase in tax revenue of 1 percent will increase economic growth by 0.6705 percent. Furthermore, the long-term capital expenditure variable also has a positive and statistically significant effect, with the resulting coefficient of 0.1743. an increase in capital expenditure of 1 percent will increase economic growth by 0.1743 percent.

This study aims to analyze the impact of cashless payments on Indonesia’s economy, before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The economic growth in this study is calculated through GDP at constant price and the cashless payment in this study are represented by transactions through debit card, credit card, and e-money. The data used in this study uses secondary data in the form of time series data from January 2018 to December 2022. The data was obtained from the Central Bank of Indonesia (BI) statistic data and Statistics Indonesia (BPS). The analytical method used in this study is the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL). Based on the results of estimations indicate that in the short run as well as in the long run, debit card and credit card have an insignificant impact on economic growth, while e-money has a positive and significant impact. Cashless payment has a significant positive impact on economic growth, before and during COVID-19 pandemic, however during the pandemic, the impact of cashless payment on economic growth was bigger. As a result, the current cashless policy should be modified to create an efficient payment system while also considering the impact of using cashless payment instruments during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Development planning is a stage of activities organized by the village government by involving the community in the utilization and allocation of village resources in order to improve the quality of human life. The direction of village development must be oriented towards increasing the welfare of the village community and based on the applicable laws and regulations. The preparation of development planning documents must contain the aspirations of the village community and be in accordance with village conditions. The problem that occurs in Ulak Kembahang II Village is that they still do not understand the importance of preparing the RKPDes (Village Government Work Plan) and APBDes (Village Budget) due to limited information, level of knowledge, and skills in compiling these documents. Therefore, the purpose of this community service activity is to carry out mentoring and training for village officials and elements of the village community in order to increase knowledge and skills in the process of preparing the RKPDes and APBDes documents and be able to compile these documents independently and actively participate in accordance with laws and regulations applicable. The results of the evaluation of this community service activity showed an increase in understanding and knowledge about the mechanism for preparing the RKPDes and APBDes documents by 28 community service participants consisting of village officials, community elements, youth organizations, BPD, BUMDes management, and PKK administrators with an average level of understanding an average of 86.4 percent.

Perguruan Tinggi identik dengan kehidupan Kampus yang merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan pusat peradaban dan pembentukan manusia berpendidikan. Perguruan Tinggi salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang rawan terjadi kekerasan seksual. Kekerasan seksual di Perguruan Tinggi memberikan citra buruk dan mencoreng dunia Pendidikan Indonesia. Selama ini banyak laporan kasus kekerasan seksual berakhir damai, tidak sedikit pula laporan yang diproses hingga berbulan-bulan, tetapi tidak menemukan titik terang. Perlu adanya sosialisasi peraturan yang dapat dilakukan untuk menambah wawasan mahasiswa/i tentang kekerasan seksual. Hadirnya PERMENDIKBUDRISTEK No. 30 Tahun 2021 tentang Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual dan UU no 30 tahun 2022 tentang kekerasan seksual seharusnya dapat dijadikan sarana dan payung hukum bagi para penyintas/korban dan segenap pihak yang terkait. Peraturan ini menjadi sebuah langkah maju, agar pimpinan Perguruan Tinggi bisa mengambil langkah tegas menyikapi setiap laporan dengan berperspektif pada perlindungan korban. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupaya memberikan sosialisasi tentang PERMENDIKBUDRISTEK dan UU yang berkaitan dengan kekerasan seksual. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Sriwijaya menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual pada Perguruan Tinggi di Kota Palembang. Khalayak sasaran adalah mahasiswa dan mahasiswi sebanyak 37 orang dengan tingkat pemahaman rata-rata sebesar 86,2 persen.

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have the potential to be developed because they contribute to the economy in Indonesia. MSMEs have a significant role in the country's economic growth The main objective of UMKM is basically to gain profits by increasing production efficiency, but in practice it often encounters many obstacles and problems, one of which is the problem of financial management. Good financial recording is very necessary because good financial recording and reporting can be used as a basis for analysis for managerial decisions that can affect business progress. The model of service activities is carried out by the method of coaching skills through the provision of materials and assistance. The result of the activity was that the participants had understood the basic material regarding financial statements, as well as provided assistance to find out firsthand the problems faced by respondents and solutions to overcome these problems.

Poverty is a very complex and multidimensional. Many programs that have been done to tackle poverty, but the results are not optimal. Thus, it takes the efforts of poor people to explore the potential of self through self-empowerment by enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit.The research location in the District of Alang-Alang Lebar. This study used a qualitative approach with symbolic interasionik method. Methods of data collection using observation, interview and documentation.The results of self-empowerment expressed by individuals 'self' entrepreneurial poor who are supported to increase the income and standard of living better. Individual "self" which has the soul of independence entrepreneurship will have an attitude of self-assurance, courage take the opportunity, do not be afraid to fail and always worked hard, tenacious and creative. These conditions make for poor individuals to empower themselves to improve the standard of living of most self so as to achieve prosperity as expected and rise from vicious circle of poverty. Strategi pertumbuhan investasi Indonesia telah berkembang seiring berjalannya waktu. Untuk meningkatkan iklim investasi, pemerintah Indonesia terus menerapkan kebijakan yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan investasi. Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang kuat dapat mendorong investasi. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) dan Investasi berdampak satu sama lain dan menunjukkan kemajuan sosial dan ekonomi suatu negara atau wilayah. Kebijakan ketenagakerjaan yang tepat dan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang cerdas seringkali diperlukan untuk investasi. Studi ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi nilai investasi di 34 Provinsi di Indonesia. Data dari tahun 2015–2022 digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Perangkat lunak E-Views versi 12 digunakan untuk melakukan analisis dengan menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Menurut penelitian, indeks pembangunan manusia berdampak positif dan signifikan pada nilai investasi di 34 Provinsi di Indonesia. Pertumbuhan ekonomi dan persentase tenaga kerja formal tidak berdampak signifikan pada nilai investasi.
