Abstract

Kemajuan perekonomian tidak lepas dengan adanya sektor perbankan yang ikut dalam memajukan sektor-sektor perekonomian terutama dalam hal sektor ekonomi. Munculnya covid 19 sangat membawa pengaruh terhadap para pelaku usaha Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (UMK) di Indonesia, terutama di Kota Palembang sehingga menurunnya profit UMK dan modal UMK yang terus berkurang. Usaha UMK dapat tetap berkembang dan maju dapat dilakukan dengan membuat usaha yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat bankable dengan tujuan agar perbankan dapat membantu atas majunya usaha masyarakat. Pelaku UMK memiiki kendala terkait laporan keuangan karena masyarakat banyak yang belum memahami tata kelola laporan keuangan secara baik. Laporan keuangan sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kemajuan usaha para pelaku UMK, dengan membuat laporan keuangan usaha masyarakat lebih tersusun dan bisa menjadi bankable untuk mengajukan pinjaman ke bank atau lembaga keuangan lainnya. Model kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan metode pembinaan keterampilan melalui pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan ialah peserta telah memahami materi mengenai laporan keuangan, diharapkan juga peserta mampu mengaplikasikan untuk membuat laporan keuangan dalam menunjang usaha pelaku UMK. Kata Kunci : UMK, Covid 19, Laporan Keuangan

Abstract

KUBE adalah salah satu program strategis dalam  upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan dan meningkatkan ekonomi. KUBE berupaya membangun kesadaran berkelompok untuk kemandirian masyarakat, kebersamaan dan kesetiakawanan sosial, ekonomi produktif dengan mengembangkan usaha yang mampu memberi nilai tambah ekonomis dan kemandirian melalui infrastruktur ekonomi-sosial yang berkelanjutan. Pendekatan pola kelompok KUBE dimana justru mendorong bagaimana masyarakat  mampu berdaya secara mandiri dan bersama-sama dengan masyarakat  lainnya. Budaya khas masyarakat Indonesia yang mengedepankan kegotong royongan, justru menjadi pilar utama dalam pengembangan KUBE ini. Pola KUBE justru memberi ruang yang luas dalam hal budaya lokal masyarakat (local wisdom). Peran KUBE adalah menstrasformasikan budaya Iokal tersebut menjadi sarana dan sumberdaya dalam rangka mempercepat upaya penanggulangan kemiskinan. Mengingat pentingnya keberadaan KUBE bagi  kelompok masyarakat yang membutuhkan diantaranya adalah para penjahit di Desa Kerinjing. Kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk pengabdian.  Setelah kegiatan dilakukan  para penjahit mempunyai tambahan pandangan dan wawasan tentang KUBE

Abstract

Beragam tanaman yang tumbuh subur, selain memberikan keindahan juga bermanfaat sebagai bahan pangan. Salah satu jenis tanaman yang banyak dijumpai dan harganya terjangkau adalah pepaya. Pemanfaatan pepanya dapat beraneka ragam, sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Salah satu wujud kepedulian kampus pada masyarakat adalah melaksananakan kegiatan pengabdian. Pengabdian diselenggarakan di Talang Ubi, Kelurahan Pulokerto. Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan berupa pelatihan pembuatan abon pepaya. Abon pepaya ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga.  Kegiatan pengabdian berupa ceramah, presentasi dan praktek membuat abon pepaya. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian memberikan manfaat yaitu (1) Minat dan keinginan menanam buah papaya; (2) Meningkatkan kreatifitas mengolah buah pepaya menjadi abon; (3) Sebagai alternatif untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga. Dampak (impact) dari kegiatan ini adalah menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan bagi ibu rumah tangga untuk memanfaatkan pekarangan rumah dengan menanam pepaya. Pengolahan pepaya menjadi abon merupakan nilai tambah bagi pepaya. Abon pepaya dikemas dan dapat dijual untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga.

Abstract

Poverty is a very complex and multidimensional. Many programs that have been done to tackle poverty, but the results are not optimal. Thus, it takes the efforts of poor people to explore the potential of self through self-empowerment by enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit.The research location in the District of Alang-Alang Lebar. This study used a qualitative approach with symbolic interasionik method. Methods of data collection using observation, interview and documentation.The results of self-empowerment expressed by individuals 'self' entrepreneurial poor who are supported to increase the income and standard of living better. Individual "self" which has the soul of independence entrepreneurship will have an attitude of self-assurance, courage take the opportunity, do not be afraid to fail and always worked hard, tenacious and creative. These conditions make for poor individuals to empower themselves to improve the standard of living of most self so as to achieve prosperity as expected and rise from vicious circle of poverty. Abstract

This study is for observing the regional financial performance influence of regencies/cities in South Sumatera province. The research is implemented quantitatively by using the data panel double regression of the 2006 – 2015 time period. Regional financial performance covers fiscal decentralization, autonomy, effectiveness and efficiency. Based on a partial count, fiscal decentralization has a regression coefficient as large as 62.73185, which means fiscal decentralization has a positive and significant influence to economic growth. Then regional finance autonomy has a regression coefficient as large as -16.04656 which means that regional autonomy has a negative influence yet significant to economic growth. Observing from regional financial effectiveness which has a regression coefficient as large as -0.074855, which means that effectiveness has a negative influence and not significant to economic growth. Regional financial efficiency has a regression coefficient as large as -0.254122, which means that efficiency has a negative influence and not significant to economic growth. Based on the count as a whole it means that Fiscal Decentralization, Regional Finance Autonomy, Effectiveness, and Efficiency have significant influences to economic growth. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of infrastructure, poverty and income per capita on food security in districts / cities in South Sumatra Province. The data that has been used in this study are primary and secondary data in the form of data panels in the period 2010 to 2016 with 15 district/city. The method used in the study is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that infrastructure, poverty and income per capita significantly influence food security. Meanwhile, per capita income has a large influence on food security compared to poverty and infrastructure in the district / city in South Sumatra Province.JEL Classdification: I30, I31, I38Keywords: Food Security, Income,  Infrastructure, Poverty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of PAD, DAU, regional expenditure andeconomic growth to the development gaps in the province of South Sumatra.The data used is secondary data in the GRDP, regional expenditure, PAD andDAU per district / city in the period 2008- 2015. In this study, using a quantitative approach. Technical analysis of using Williamson index calculation and linear regression. Abstract

This study investigates the effect of economic growth, education expenditures, and health expenditures on human development index (HDI) in Jambi Province. This study used panel data of 11 district/cities from 2012 to 2019. The analytical approach was quantitative by applying panel data regression models. The findings of the study indicated that the economic growth, education expenditure, and health expenditure had a significant and positive influence on the human development index. The implication of the model in this study shows that the efforts made by the Jambi provincial government are effective and optimal in allocating education and health spending to encourage increased human capital as measured by a high human development index. This is input in structural reforms in the education and health sectors to ensure that skilled human resources are developed in areas critical to economic development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine tax revenues and capital expenditures before and during the COVID-19 pandemic on Indonesia's economic growth. The secondary data from 1980 to 2019 was collected through Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The analysis used in this study is to use the ARDL (Autoregressive Distributed Lag) method. The survey results indicate that tax revenues and capital expenditures in the short and long term have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia, which follows the hypothesis of this study. Even tax revenues and capital expenditures have a significant positive impact on fiscal policy to help overcome the pandemic's economic impact. The resulting coefficient value is 0.6705. So that in the long term, an increase in tax revenue of 1 percent will increase economic growth by 0.6705 percent. Furthermore, the long-term capital expenditure variable also has a positive and statistically significant effect, with the resulting coefficient of 0.1743. an increase in capital expenditure of 1 percent will increase economic growth by 0.1743 percent.
