Abstract

ABSTRACTFlat plate is a two-way plate system whose plate load is transferred directly to the column without passing through the beam structure. One of the advantages of this structure is that it can shorten the height of the building. However, the use of flat plate structures prone to lateral forces is mainly due to earthquake loads, because there are no beams causing weak joints (columns and plates), so the structure is flexible and can cause danger of failure to sliding. One alternative to increase structural rigidity is to use shear walls, where the shape and placement of the right layout are very influential. The research method is in the form of a 10-story building analysis using a flat plate structure system with 6 shear wall modeling. The distance between floors is 3 meters, with 4 x-axis ranges with a length of 6 meters and 3 stretches of the y-axis with a length of 5 meters. The function of the building as a flat is located in the city of Jepara with a medium land category. The analysis was carried out with the help of SAP2000 software in three dimensions (3D). Dynamic behavior reviewed includes natural vibration time and intersection between floors using spectrum response analysis methods. The results of the analysis show that the lowest time on natural vibration is found in modeling IV. For intersections between floors of all modeling meet SNI boundary requirements. The shear force increases in VI modeling for X direction and modeling III for direction Y. With the addition of lateral stiffening of the wall sliding on the flat plate structure system affects the internal forces on the corner, edge, and middle columns. From the dynamic behavior of the structure reviewed in modeling IV and VI, it presents the highest structural rigidity.

Abstract

The increase in population is always accompanied by an increase in the process of moving from one place to another. One of the engineering measures that can be done as an effort to regulate the displacement process is the existence of a roundabout. Pancasila Monument roundabout Jl. Diponegoro, Jepara Regency is one of the objects for conducting a performance review using vehicle survey methods, road inventory, and analysis. The survey results obtained that VLHR at the Tugu Pancasila Roundabout is quite dense with a capacity of up to 1,503.09 smp / hour from West-North, 1,890.40 from North-South, and 1,557.12 South-West. The level of service value of 0.88 is included in the service level category E, namely the traffic flow indicator is higher than the service level D with traffic volume approaching road capacity and very low speed. The driver began to feel the congestion with a short duration. The ratio of non-motorized vehicles to motorized vehicles was 0.015%, the ratio of left-turning vehicles was 19.790%, the ratio of right-turning vehicles was 29.867%, the ratio of PMI minor road vehicles was 50.342%.

Abstract

Problems associated with the subgrade (subgrade) of the structure on the pavement include deformation which is caused by traffic loads, soil shrinkage due to changes in moisture content and uneven soil bearing capacity. In any civil engineering work, it is generally established on the ground. With the development of the times, more and more agricultural lands are used in the construction of road access. In general, red soil is easy to absorb water, contains moderate organic matter, and has a neutral acidity. In the area of Ngeling Village, Jepara, land is generally used for farming and now much of it has been converted into land for building roads. In the implementation of road construction, the price of CBR for land is very important and influential. The subsoil layer in the road structure may consist of original soil, excavated soil and compacted soil which can reach a density of at least 100%. In this study, it was found out how much the laboratory CBR value of both CBR Soaked and CBR Unsoaked from the original land in Ngeling Village, Jepara. In addition, it can also be seen that the CBR value in the worst soil conditions is obtained from CBR Soaked (immersion). The CBR value of the soil with saturated water immersion obtained a value of 3.8553%, which is categorized as bad for sugbgrade, while the land without being soaked has a value of 10.925% which is categorized as good for subgrade.

Abstract

Safety work management system at the company is very influential in preventing work accidents. Low awarness of workers level of law enforcement provided by the government, it can cause the application of regulations is not optimal, so that it can cause a high level of work accident. For this reason, it is necessary to conduct further studies on the safety work manajemen system. and do the analysis to determine the effectiveness of safety work management and occupational accident in a company. this research was conducted on PLTU Tanjung Jati B unit 5&6 development project. This reseacrh uses questionnaires to collect the data. the data is processed using the SPSS application with linear regression analysis. The results from this reseach is safety work manajemen system have a influance on the level of occupational accidents if applied simultaneously. The results of the simulation test are F count = 3,24 ≥ 3,09 F table, and occupational accidents that occur have no relationship with the safety work management system and the safety work program. The result in anova table have a velue Sig = 0,291 = 29,1 % > 5 % is nonlinear and multiple correlation analysis T = 0,25, there is no strong relation. Accidents that often occur can be categorized in human factor theory.

Abstract

ABSTRAK   Kelompok tani Agung Rejeki dan kelompok tani Sumber Rejeki adalah dua diantara beberapa kelompok tani yang ada di Desa Mlaten Kecamatan Mijen Kabupaten Demak. Selama ini upaya Kelompok Tani Agung Rejeki dan Sumber Rejeki dalam pemberantasan hama dilakukan dengan menggunakan pestisida kimiawi yang mengakibatkan banyak kerugian. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya solusi untuk mengurangi penggunaan pestisida kimiawi yaitu dengan membuat pestisida organik dan ramah lingkungan. Pada kegiatan pengabdian Iptek bagi Masyarakat ini dilakukan kegiatan utama, yaitu Program pelatihan dan keterampilan penggunaan pestisida organik, metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan pelatihan tatap muka berupa teori dan praktek pembuatan pestisida organik. Beberapa kegiatan tersebut dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan yang memadai kepada petani tentang cara penggunaan pestisida yang efektif, efisien dan memperhatikan aspek keberlangsungan ekologi, serta petani dapat membuat dan menerapkan pestisida organik yang efektif dan ramah lingkungan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa pestisida yang terbuat dari bahan-bahan organik. Kata Kunci : Pestisida Organik, Kelompok Tani, IPTEK Pestisida Organik  ABSTRACT                Farmer Group Agung Rejeki and Sumber Rejeki are two of several farmer groups in Desa Mlaten, Kecamatan Mijen, Kabupaten Demak. They are using chemical pesticide for kill the pest which resulted in many losses. A solution to reduce the use of chemical pesticides that is by making organic pesticides and environmentally friendly. In this activity are training program and skills of organic pesticide use, the method used is the theoretical training and practice of making organic pesticides. These activities are aim intended to provide farmers with sufficient understanding and skill on how to use pesticides effectively, efficiently and to pay attention to aspects of ecological sustainability, and farmers can create and apply organic pesticides that are effective and environmentally friendly. Abstract

This community service activities aim to: 1) increase the creativity and innovation of members to make processed coconut products; 2) increase partner understanding of Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) processing that is able to provide economic and health impacts; 3) increase the ability of members in designing the packaging for coconut products. This community service implementation method is an empowerment model for partners, namely PKK RT 02 RW 07 Demaan group, Jepara sub-district, with the following steps: 1) Preparation Stage; 2) Assessment Phase; 3) Stage of Alternative Planning Programs or Activities; 4) Formulation Phase of the Action Plan; 5) Stage of Implementation (Implementation) of Programs or Activities; 6) Evaluation Phase. Abstract

The increase in the amount of fly ash and bottom ash waste every year requires proper management and utilization. In the manufacture of concrete, the use of fly ash and bottom ash can be used as a substitute material. However, it has not been utilized in making species in construction. This is because the exact proportion has not been obtained. The purpose of this study was to determine the correct proportions in the mortar with a mixture of fly ash and bottom ash. The research was carried out using experimental methods in the laboratory with cube-shaped specimens (5 x 5 x 5 cm) with 2 kinds of ratios between binder and fine aggregate, namely 1:2 and 1:4, each having a different percentage of sand and bottom ash, starting from from 20% to 80%. While the fly ash used is 10%. Tests carried out included material tests (Metal Oxidation Concentration Test and Sieve Analysis), and compressive strength tests (14 and 28 days). The results showed that the highest mortar compressive strength was at a ratio of 1:2 with fly ash as a cement mixture of 10% and bottom ash as a sand mixture of 20% with a compressive strength value of 16.8 MPa at the age of the specimen 28 days. The compressive strength value is in accordance with the provisions of SNI 03-6825-2002. The results of this study can be used by the community in making plaster work and can reduce the amount of waste that exists today.

Abstract

Jalan merupakan infrastruktur yang memegang peranan sangat penting dalam industri transportasi karena jalan digunakan untuk penghubung jalan dari satu tempat ke tempat lain. Pertumbuhan ekonomi di wilayah tersebut tentunya akan diikuti dengan peningkatan jumlah mobil. Situasi ini dapat mengakibatkan jumlah kendaraan di jalan melebihi jumlah kendaraan yang direncanakan. Kondisi jalan utama di kawasan jalan Bapangan (Senenan) kabupaten Jepara adalah jalan aspal rusak, salah satu penyebabnya adalah jumlah kendaraan yang melebihi kapasitas, sehingga ada bagian jalan yang tidak berfungsi dengan baik dan mengganggu kelancaran lalu lintas pengguna jalan yang lewat tersebut. Dan peneliti juga melakukan survei kecepatan dengan menggunakan alat:Speed Gun dimana alat tersebut dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui kecepatan kendaraan di area Bapangan. Peneliti juga melakukan obserbvasi dengan cara memantau kondisi permukaan jalan eksisting di area bentangan jalan secara langsung di Bapangan untuk mendapatkan jawaban tentang dampak terbesar bagi pengguna jalan dan masyarakat sekitar akibat kerusakan jalan serta mengidentifikasi penyebab kerusakan jalan tersebut. jenis kerusakan jalan Kh.Wahid Hasyim (Senenan) Bapangan.

Abstract

LEMURIA Kudus Vocational School is a vocational high school that has the potential to be developed because it is aligned with the field of science, namely civil engineering or more specifically related to building construction. So far, students of Building Information and Modeling Design have only studied images, with a coaching program that leads them to be able to apply them in the world of work. Abstract

EVALUATION OF DRAINAGE CHANNEL DUE TO SEDIMENTATION USING THE HEC-RAS PROGRAM (CASE STUDY ON ROAD DR. SUTOMO)Flooding is one of the natural events that can be detrimental to humans. The flood that occurs is in the form of an overflow of water and will inundate lowlands or basins. Floods can also occur as a result of rainwater being trapped in a basin that becomes a puddle or as a result of a water storage container that can no longer accommodate the amount of water that enters it. This study aims to determine: (1). To find out the results of the evaluation of drainage canals on Road Dr. Sutomo, Jepara Regency (2). To find out the results of the evaluation of drainage canals on Road Dr. Sutomo, Jepara Regency, in the existing conditions with the HEC-RAS program (3). To provide solutions to overcome flooding on Road Dr. Sutomo, Jepara Regency. The data collection method used is (1). Field survey (2) Collection of primary data and secondary data (3). Checking data completeness (4). Analyze and evaluate data using HEC-RAS Software. The results showed that the drainage capacity on Road Dr. Sutomo has a discharge of 0.52 m3/s, or the equivalent of 52 liters/s. Shows that with this future drainage condition, it cannot accommodate the incoming water discharge. Because the maximum water discharge from the HEC-RAS calculation is 11.86 m3/sec, or 11860 liters/sec.
