Abstract

Abstract. Dairy cooperatives are organizations that play an important role in milk production in Indonesia. One of the most successful dairy cooperatives in Indonesia is KPSBU Lembang. The rapid growth of the KPSBU Lembang is important to study as a benchmark for other dairy cooperatives and their efforts to increase milk production in the country. This study aims to observe supply chain management patterns, measure supply chain performance and design improvement proposals to improve supply chain performance of KPSBU Lembang. The research was conducted using the method SCOR version 12.0. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative and the method used in this research is a case study. Data collection techniques used are direct observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The results of this study are members of the KPSBU Lembang supply chain consisting of dairy farms, KPSBU Lembang, dairy processing industries, outlets KPSBU Lembang, and end consumers. In the performance calculation, it was found that all supply chain components have not been managed well enough. Evidenced by the final result of 69% included in the category average from a scale of 0-100. There are several supply chain system sub-operations that cause less inefficiency metrics that need to be corrected. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the recommended best practice recommendations are BP.021 sales and operations planning, BP.161 enterprise level spend analysis and BP.131 alternative supplier benchmarking. Recommendations are suggested to the company to increase the population of female cattle, improve feeding and management, and intensify the implementation of Artificial Insemination (AI). Abstrak. Koperasi susu merupakan organisasi yang berperan penting dalam produksi susu di Indonesia. Salah satu koperasi susu yang paling sukses di Indonesia adalah KPSBU Lembang. Pesatnya pertumbuhan KPSBU Lembang ini penting untuk ditelaah sebagai tolak ukur bagi koperasi susu lainnya dan upayanya untuk meningkatkan produksi susu di dalam negeri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengamati pola manajemen rantai pasok, mengukur kinerja rantai pasok dan merancang usulan perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok KPSBU Lembang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SCOR versi 12.0. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi langsung, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu, anggota rantai pasok KPSBU Lembang terdiri dari peternakan sapi perah, KPSBU Lembang, industri pengolahan susu, outlet KPSBU Lembang, dan konsumen akhir. Didalam perhitungan kinerja ditemukan bahwa seluruh komponen rantai pasok belum terkelola dengan cukup baik. Dibuktikan dengan hasil akhir sebesar 69% termasuk kedalam kategori (average) dari skala 0-100. Terdapat beberapa sub operasi sistem rantai pasokan yang menyebabkan ketidakefisienan metrik yang kurang sehingga perlu diperbaiki. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, rekomendasi perbaikan best practices yang disarankan adalah BP.021 sales and operations planning, BP.161 enterprise level spend analysis dan BP.131 alternative supplier benchmarking. Rekomendasi yang disarankan kepada perusahaan agar melakukan penambahan populasi sapi betina, perbaikan pemberian pakan dan tata laksana, dan intensifikasi pelaksanaan Inseminasi Buatan (IB).

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze quality control, types of damage and damage factors during the production process of 3 kg LPG gas cylinders at PT Pindad (Persero) Bandung. The method of data collection was done through interviews, observation and documentation. This study uses statistical quality control (SQC) methods to process data: check sheets, histograms, scatter diagrams, Pareto diagrams, flow charts, control charts, and causal diagrams. The results of the analysis and discussion of the data show that the situation is still experiencing deviations. Based on the histogram diagram, it can be concluded that the types of damage that occurred at PT Pindad (Persero) were thin welds with a total of 324 or 24.56%, light weight with a total of 256 or 19.41%, body defects with a total of 179 or 13.57%, leaks with a total of 172 or 13.04%, over weight with a total of 151 pieces or 11.45%, undercuts with a total of 112 or 8.49%, dents with a total of 109 or 8.26%, and circum welding with a total of 16 or 1, 21%. The factors that cause damage to the production of LPG gas cylinders are the operator's labor is not accurate, the setting method is not right or the measurement is inaccurate, the raw material for the gas pressure is too high or low, and the hanger machine is not sharp. Abstrak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengendalian kualitas, jenis kerusakan dan faktor kerusakan selama proses produksi tabung gas Elpiji 3 kg di PT Pindad (Persero) Bandung. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Statistic Quality Control (SQC) untuk mengolah data: lembar pengecekan, histogram, diagram sebar, diagram pareto, diagram alir, peta kendali, dan diagram sebab akibat. Hasil analisis dan pembahasan data menunjukkan bahwa keadaan tersebut masih mengalami penyimpangan. Berdasarkan diagram histogram dapat disimpulkan jenis kerusakan yang terjadi di PT Pindad (Persero) adalah las tipis dengan jumlah 324 atau 24,56%, berat ringan dengan jumlah 256 atau 19,41%, cacat bodi dengan jumlah 179 atau 13,57%, bocor dengan jumlah 172 atau 13,04%, berat lebih dengan jumlah 151 buah atau 11,45%, undercut dengan jumlah 112 atau 8,49%, penyok dengan jumlah 109 atau 8,26%, dan las circum dengan jumlah 16 atau 1,21%. Faktor yang menyebabkan kerusakan pada produksi tabung gas elpiji adalah tenaga kerja operator kurang teliti, metode setingan kurang pas atau pengukuran tidak akurat, material bahan baku tekanan gas terlalu tinggi atau rendah, dan mesin gantungan kurang tajam.

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan turunnya angka penjualan produk alas kaki sebesar 41%–75%. Tidak hanya menurun pada angka penjualan, beberapa mitra bahkan harus menutup usahanya karena rendahnya daya beli masyarakat. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyusun sebuah rencana aksi bersama mitra dalam membangun inovasi bisnis yang berdaya saing melalui platform kampung virtual sepatu. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah 11 pengrajin yang tergabung dalam Asosiasi Pengrajin dan Alas Kaki Indonesia (APAI). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) sebagai strategi pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui potensi yang mereka miliki. Langkah-langkah pemberdayaan dimulai dari penyusunan rencana aksi, pelaksanaan berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran mitra terhadap pentingnya digital marketing dalam pemasaran produk mereka. Mitra juga memiliki kesadaran bahwa proses pemasaran yang baik harus didukung konten dan komunikasi kreatif. Hal tersebut menjadi value yang akan meningkatkan daya saing produk mitra sehingga lebih dikenal masyarakat. Selain itu, program pengabdian ini dapat meningkatkan angka penjualan produk mitra. Program terkait selanjutnya perlu melakukan pemberdayaan secara berkesinambungan sehingga mitra atau masyarakat dampingan dapat merasakan dampak yang lebih signifikan. Kata Kunci: inovasi, kampung sepatu, produk kreatif, APAI [English]: The Covid-19 pandemic did not only cause a decrease in sales of footwear products by 41%-75% but also affected the continuity of the business; some partners even had to close their businesses due to the low number of purchases from customers. Based on these problems, this community service program aims to develop an action plan with partners in developing competitive business innovations through the virtual shoe village platform. This program involved 11 craftsmen who are members of the Indonesian Craftsmen and Footwear Association (APAI). The approach used was Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) as a strategy for community empowerment through their potential. Empowerment steps start from the preparation of an action plan, implementation in the form of training and mentoring, evaluation, and reflection. The results show that there is an increase in partners’ awareness of the importance of digital marketing for their products. Also, participants are aware of that a good marketing process must be supported by content and creative communication. It is a value that will increase the competitiveness of products so that they are better known to the public. In addition, this program can increase sales of partners’ products. Further related programs need to carry out continuous empowerment so that partners or assisted communities can feel a more significant impact. Abstract

This study aims to determine the academic fraud students committed to doing assignments during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection was done by randomly distributing Google Forms to high school students in West Java Province. There were about 540 samples that were successfully captured in this study. The data analysis technique was carried out employing descriptive statistics. The results showed that as many as 88.3% of students stated that they committed academic fraud in doing the assignments given to them by the teacher. The fraud was done by copying and pasting a friend's assignment from the internet and doing things without obligation. It was done because there was no particular action from the teacher against cheating students. Particular policies need to be made by schools; namely, the teacher instills the values of Honesty and other anti-corruption values in the learning process. Besides that, the use of technology is to determine whether there is an element of plagiarism in student assignments. Parents at home also need to instill anti-corruption values ​​in their children from an early age so that they are familiar with these things.

Abstract

Abstract. PT Kreasi Gudang Biru is one of industry engaged in the manufacturing and making footwear. In the footwear production process there is still no governance in the quality control process, therefore there are still defective products. The purpose of this study is to find out how quality control is carried out at PT Kreasi Gudang Biru and its analysis uses statistical quality control or SQC methods. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative with data collection techniques, namely by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis step uses statistical quality control, which begins with making check sheets, histograms, scatter charts, pareto charts, flowcharts, control charts, and fishbone charts. The results of this study show the implementation of quality control of footwear products to analyze the occurrence of three types of defects in footwear products, namely pieces not according to pattern, less neat stitches, and gluing is not perfect. Based on the cause and effect diagram, there are 5 factors that cause this type of defect with each type of defect having different factors. The five factors are human, machine, method, material and media (environment). Abstrak. PT Kreasi Gudang Biru merupakan salah satu industri yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan pembuatan alas kaki. Pada proses produksi alas kaki masih belum adanya tata kelola pada proses pengendalian kualitas, oleh karena itu masih terdapat produk cacat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengendalian kualitas yang dilakukan di PT Kreasi Gudang Biru dan analisisnya menggunakan metode Statistical Quality Control atau SQC. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya yaitu dengan cara observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Langkah analisis data menggunakan statistical quality control yaitu diawali dengan membuat check sheet, histogram, scatter chart, pareto chart, flowchart, control chart, dan fishbone Chart. Hasil penelitian ini menampilkan pada pelaksanaan pengendalian kualitas produk alas kaki untuk menganalisis terjadinya tiga jenis cacat pada produk alas kaki yaitu potongan tidak sesuai pola, jahitan kurang rapih, dan pengeleman tidak sempurna. Berdasarkan diagram sebab akibat terdapat 5 faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya jenis cacat ini dengan setiap jenis cacat nya memiliki faktor yang berbeda-beda. Kelima faktor tersebut adalah manusia, mesin, metode, material dan media (lingkungan).

Abstract

Abstract. Infrastructure development plays an important role in increasing a country's economic growth. One of the infrastructure developments is the construction of health facilities for the community. In the construction of a project, it is necessary to plan and control good project management so that it can be completed on time according to plan. This study aims to find out how to control project management using the Critical Path Management (CPM) method in the new Batujajar Health Center building project. According to Heizer, Render and Munson Critical Path Meethod (CPM) is a tool to help schedule, monitor, and control projects. This research uses case study method. Case study of the Batujajar Health Center new building project. The design analysis in this study was to collect construction company data, arrange schedules using Gantt Charts, evaluate projects using the Critical Path Method (CPM).Based on the results of this study, it shows that by using the Critical Path Method (CPM) the Batujajar Health Center new building construction project was completed 7 days faster than normal time. The normal time for completion of the Batujajar Health Center building project is 210 days if using the critical path method (CPM) construction completion is 203 days. If the company wants to speed up the completion of the build using the Crash Program, the build can be completed in 183 days. 12% time efficiency and 82.7% cost efficiency. Abstrak. Pembangunan infrastuktur berperan penting untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu Negara. Dalam pembangunan suatu proyek dibutuhkan perencanaan dan pengendalian manajemen proyek yang baik agar dapat selesai dengan tepat waktu sesuai dengan perencanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengendalian manajeman proyek menggunakan metode Critical Path Management (CPM) pada proyek pembangunan gedung baru puskemas Batujajar. Menurut Heizer, Render dan Munson (2017) Critical Path Meethod (CPM) adalah alat untuk membantu menjadwalkan, memantau dan mengendalikan proyek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode study kasus. Study kasus pada proyek pembangunan gedung baru puskesmas Batujajar. Rancangan analisis pada penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data pada perusahaan konstruksi, menyusun jadwal menggunakan Gantt Chart, mengevaluasi proyek mengggunakan Critical Path Method (CPM). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan Critical path method (CPM) proyek pembangunan gedung baru puskesmas Batujajar lebih cepat selesai 7 hari daripada waktu normal. Waktu normal penyelesaian proyek pembangunan gedung puskesmas Batujajar 210 hari jika menggunakan critical path method (CPM) penyelesaian pembangunan 203 hari. Jika perusahaan ining mempercepat penyelesaian pembangunan menggunakan Crash Program pembangunan dapat selesai dengan 183 hari. Efisiensi waktu sebesar 12% dan efisiensi biaya sebesar 82,7%.

Abstract

Abstact. The high demand for inter-city land transportation in West Java, particularly from temporary residents working or studying in Bandung, highlights the importance of shuttle services as a reliable and efficient transportation mode. Arnes Shuttle is a preferred choice due to its route flexibility and affordability. However, a gap exists between customers’ expectations and perceptions of service quality. This study examines the disparity using the Service Quality (Servqual) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. Based on five Servqual dimensions—Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy—data from 105 respondents identified attributes requiring improvement or maintenance. Results indicate that Reliability has the lowest suitability level (85%), with priority on improving departure schedule accuracy, while Tangible records the largest gap in vehicle facilities. IPA analysis emphasizes the need for enhancements in vehicle facilities, staff responsiveness, and scheduling, while maintaining well-performing attributes like staff responsiveness.This study aims to benefit Arnes Shuttle and contribute to service management, particularly in the transportation sector. Understanding customer expectations and perceptions is essential for targeted service improvements, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting service quality expectations. Abtrak. Fenomena tingginya kebutuhan transportasi darat antarkota di Jawa Barat, khususnya oleh pendatang sementara yang bekerja atau menempuh pendidikan di Bandung, menunjukkan pentingnya layanan shuttle yang andal dan efisien. Arnes Shuttle menjadi pilihan utama karena fleksibilitas rutenya dan memiliki harga tiket yang terjangkau. Namun, kesenjangan antara ekspektasi dan persepsi pelanggan terhadap kualitas layanan masih menjadi tantangan. Penelitian ini menganalisis kesenjangan tersebut menggunakan metode Service Quality (Servqual) dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Berdasarkan lima dimensi Servqual—Tangible (Bukti Fisik), Reliability (Kehandalan), Responsiveness (Daya Tanggap), Assurance (Jaminan), dan Empathy (Empati)—penelitian pada 105 responden menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Reliability memiliki tingkat kesesuaian terendah (85%) dengan prioritas perbaikan pada kesesuaian jadwal keberangkatan. Dimensi Tangible mencatat gap terbesar pada atribut kelengkapan fasilitas kendaraan. Analisis IPA menegaskan perlunya peningkatan fasilitas kendaraan, kecepatan tanggapan petugas, dan jadwal keberangkatan, sambil mempertahankan atribut yang sudah berkinerja baik seperti respons petugas. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan manfaat bagi Arnes Shuttle dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan serta menjadi referensi pengembangan manajemen jasa, khususnya di sektor transportasi. Memahami ekspektasi dan persepsi pelanggan tentunamenjadi landasan strategis untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan secara optimal.

Abstract

Research aim: To map the value network in the aircraft manufacturing industry ecosystem and to identify the fundamental values in the industry Design/Methode/Approach : A literature review was conducted on 26 research papers selected from 132 articles from Scopus and Google Scholar databases. In-depth interviews were conducted with several actors in the industry to validate the study result Research Finding: Quality, safety, and cost are the essential values in business competition, based on the industry’s long-term strategy and business objectives. Theoretical contribution/Originality: The using of network value analysis in the aircraft manufacturing industry Practitioner/Policy implication: The managerial implications of this study are in the form of strategic input for decision-makers in the industry, by understanding their roles and responsibilities in the industry value network.
