Abstract

Pelatihan Bantuan Hidup dasar seharusnya tidak hanya diwajibkan untuk professional perawatan kesehatan saja, tenaga kesehatan lainya setidaknya mendapatkan pelatihan satu kali dalam setahun untuk meningkatkan profesional tenaga kesehatan. Survei pendahuluan menujukan 50% responden memiliki pengetahuan kurang dan 38.9% responden memiliki sikap yang baik tentang Bantuan Hidup Dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan terhadap sikap petugas rekam medis tentang Bantuan Hidup Dasar. Penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crossectional, yang dilaksanakan di RSUD dr. Soekardjo pada bulan Februari 2023 dengan sampel 52 petugas rekam medis. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai Pengumpulan data serta menggunakan uji Fisher Exact Test untuk analisis data. Hasil Penelitian ini di dapatkan petugas rekam medis yang mempunyai pengetahuan yang baik lalu memiliki sikap yang baik sebanyak 31,6% responden, sedangkan yang memiliki sikap yang kurang baik sebanyak 68,4% responden, dengan p value 1,000>0,05 artinya H0 diterima atau tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan terhadap sikap petugas rekam medis tentang Bantuan Hidup Dasar di RSUD dr.Soekardjo Kota Tasikmalaya tahun 2023. Tidak adanya hubungan dalam penelitian ini dipengaruhi oleh tugas pokok rekam medis dan pada saat bekerja dikarenakan petugas tidak sering bersinggungan dengan pasien. Sementara yang memberikan Bantuan Hidup Dasar itu adalah tenaga kesehatan yang sering bersinggungan dengan pasien.

Abstract

Tracer is a tool used to indicate when medical record files are borrowed or removed from the filing room. Field data indicates that the use of manual tracers has slowed down service, as staff often feel rushed when recording information on these tracers. As a result, manual tracers have been discontinued, leading to difficulties in tracking the whereabouts of files, delays in retrieving medical records, and a negative impact on patient care and the quality of hospital services. This study aims to design an electronic tracer system. The research is qualitative with a phenomenological design and employs the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method for system design. Data collection methods include interviews and observations. The study begins with identifying issues related to the use of manual tracers, analyzing system requirements, and designing the system, which includes creating context diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Requirement Tables (TRD), and activity diagrams for the electronic medical record tracer.

Abstract

Background: Home Visit is one of the healthcare programs at Puskesmas Kemang, serving as a supporting activity for counseling and guidance to obtain data, information, and commitment in resolving patients’ health problems through home visits. Interviews with cadres and nurses revealed that the implementation of Home Visit is still carried out manually, resulting in services that are less efficient and slower. Considering the increasing demand for patient-centered care and the limited use of health information technology at the Puskesmas, an information system is needed to accelerate and streamline the service process with accurate data output. This study aims to design a prototype of a web-based Home Visit information system at Puskesmas Kemang, Bogor Regency. Methods: The study applied the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a Waterfall model. Data were collected through interviews and direct observation.  Results: The current Home Visit service is still performed manually without a standardized Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), causing delays and unstructured workflows in registration, examination, and documentation. The designed prototype aligns with service needs and provides a more systematic workflow. Conclusion: The absence of SOPs in the Home Visit program has reduced service efficiency. The proposed web-based information system proves effective in accelerating registration, simplifying visit documentation, and improving the organization of patient records. Thus, this system is expected to enhance the quality of health services at Puskesmas Kemang by supporting the transition from manual processes to standardized electronic systems.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus is a degenerative disease that continues to increase in Indonesia and is one of the main causes of health complications. Inconsistent monitoring is a challenge in the management of this disease, especially in primary health care facilities such as community health centers. This study aims to design a technology-based diabetes mellitus monitoring system with a Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach to improve the efficiency of monitoring patient conditions. Method: This study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which consists of 4 stages, namely needs planning, system design, development and system implementation. Data were obtained through interview techniques, observation and documentation at the Manonjaya Community Health Center from five informants from various groups such as doctors, health workers and patients. Data analysis used triangulation of sources and techniques to ensure that the data was truly relevant. Results: The result of this study is a diabetes mellitus monitoring system named SIMON-DM (Sistem Monitoring Diabetes Mellitus). System testing conducted on four respondents showed that the system obtained an average feasibility score of 3.6 out of 4, indicating that SIMON-DM is categorized as good to very good and suitable for implementation in primary healthcare settings.. Conclusion: The diabetes mellitus monitoring system developed is in accordance with user needs and is able to support independent and integrated disease management in health care facilities.
