Abstract

Desa Gondang merupakan salah satu desa wisata di Kabupaten Kendal. Desa ini terletak  Cekungan Air Tanah Kendal Uangaran yang berfungsi sebagai Kawasan Resapan Air. Desa Gondang memiliki potensi pemandangan alam, hasil bumi, sumber daya air (146 mata air), dan tradisi lokal unik. Potensi tersebut dalam pemanfaatannya harus diberikan arahan pengaturan agar tetap lestari. Materplan desa wisata hijau merupakan sebuah upaya menarahkan investasi jangka Panjang agar lingkungan tetap lestari. Tujuan penelitian ini ini adalah untuk menjabarkan proses penyusunan mastaerplan desa wisata hijau di Desa Gondang, berdasarkan kearifan local. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan Deskriptif kualitastif, dengan tahapan pengumpulan data dan informasi, analisis dan penyusunan konsep desain. Proses pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, diskusi terfokus, serta pengamatan langsung. Analisis data dilakukan dengan memverikasikan parameter desa wisata hijaudengan fakta empiris, dan kemudian diabstraksikan untuk menyusun konsep masterplan desa wisat hijau. Produk akhir penelitian ini berupa arahan pengaturan program pengembangan.

Abstract

Gondang Village is a tourist village in the upper part of Kendal district with high morphological characteristics (tends to be hilly). Gondang village is currently developing as a tourist village, only tourism that is developing leads to mass tourism which is oriented towards bringing in large numbers of tourists. This condition is certainly very contrary to efforts to develop tourist villages which place more emphasis on conservation aspects. The consequence is an increase in disaster risk, both in the form of increased run off during the rainy season (increased flood discharge) and drought during the dry season in shaded areas, as well as increased ground movement. This community service aims to find solutions so that tourism village development efforts can still run, but can reduce disaster risk by disaster mitigation. The disaster mitigation in question is by regulating land use based on multiple disasters and improving the structural design of tourism supporting facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Keamanan konstruksi bangunan Gedung sangat dipengaruhi oleh kondisi tanah dasar dan fondasinya. Negative Skin friction perlu dipertimbangkan dalam perencanaan apabila memenuhi salah satu syarat antara lain ketebalan dari lapisan lunak yang kompresibel lebih dari 10 m. Pada data tanah lunak pada kasus ini mencapai 15 m. Untuk itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh negative skin friction terhadap grup tiang pancang pada gedung farmasi UNWAHAS Semarang. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan pengumpulan data sekunder yaitu data penyelidikan tanah dan data perhitungan struktur dengan aplikasi SAP2000 gedung farmasi UNWAHAS. Kemudian kedua data dianalisis menggunakan metode Meyerhoff dan metode Vesic. Serta menghitung negative skin friction (Qneg) untuk mengetahui beban gaya gesek dinding negatif tersebut berpengaruh terhadap tiang pancang masih dalam batas aman Hasil analisa perhitungan daya dukung fondasi tiang pancang pada kedalaman 15 meter menggunakan metode Meyerhoff diperoleh Qult 235,02 Ton serta Qall 94,01 Ton, sedangkan hasil analisa perhitungan daya dukung tiang pancang grup diperoleh Qall = 429,25 Ton lebih besar dari gaya aksial fondasi tiang pancang sebesar 199,37 Ton. Untuk hasil perhitungan penurunan fondasi tiang pancang bergrup pada tipe PC 06 dengan metode Vesic diperoleh hasil 63,56 mm. Hasil analisa penelitian pada sebuah sistem tiang pancang grup pada pembangunan Gedung Farmasi UNWAHAS, didapat negative skin friction (Qneg) yang bekerja sebesar 187,083 kN dengan hasil tersebut maka dinyatakan aman. Abstract

In the 2016-2021, there were 12 accidents with 22 deaths and 107 injuries on the Pemalang – Purbalingga road section. One of the factors causing accidents is the lack of attention to infrastructure that meets safety aspects. Even though the number of accidents caused by infrastructure is relatively small when compared to the human error (human) and vehicle (facility) factors, serious attention must still be paid. Traffic accidents caused by a lack of road infrastructure are generally caused by an inaccurate road geometric design, poor road surface conditions, lack of visibility and so on. Therefore the research aims to find accident-prone locations, the causes of accidents from the standard values of road technical requirements and accident regression models. The results of this study. Segments that are categorized as accident-prone locations are STA 32+000, 34+000, 36+000, 47+000 and 48+000. Substandard grades will be the cause of traffic accidents based on road technical requirements. The regression model that can be used to predict the number of accidents on provincial roads according to the variables examined in this study is: Y = -2.618 + 0.049 Grade – 0.019 X Slope – 0.008 H Curv – 0.417 V Curv + 0.264 road width + 0.081 condition IRI roads + 0.014 PCI Road Conditions

Abstract

Presidential Regulation No. 54 of 2010 concerning Government Procurement of Goods/Services which is relatively more comprehensive is expected to be able to regulate order in the implementation of government procurement of goods and services. The government provides the widest opportunity for small businesses, micro-enterprises and cooperatives to take part in tenders for goods/services procurement work packages. The purpose of this study is divided into 2 (two) which are research stages, namely analyzing the effectiveness of the regional financial performance of the Semarang City Government, analyzing the efficiency of the regional financial performance of the Semarang City Government with variables. The type of research used in this research is research using quantitative methods with SWOT analysis and questionnaire methods, qualitative descriptive analysis by measuring the financial performance of the DPU Semarang City Government through the concepts of effectiveness and efficiency. Measurement is measured through a comparison of actual revenue with revenue budget Based on the results of the analysis using SWOT analysis with IFAS and EFAS scores, it can be seen that the Planning and Budgeting of Capital Expenditures for the DPU for the City of Semarang for the 2019 Fiscal Year is located in Quadrant I. From the calculation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the DPU for the City of Semarang in 2019 it looks effective but not efficient, because it obtained the effectiveness value is 105.53% where the value indicates it is effective, and the efficiency value is 106.7% where the value indicates it is not efficient.

Abstract

Sharia shares are a form of ordinary shares which have special characteristics in the form of strict control regarding the halal scope of business activities. One of the shares listed on the stock exchange belongs to BRI Syariah. Bri Syariah is a sharia bank that has sharia shares. BRI Syariah with the ticker BRIS conducted an initial share offering. Currently, many people are interested in BRIS shares. The increase in BRIS shares is due to the increasing number of people showing interest in sharia finance. Sharia capital markets are capital market activities that do not conflict with sharia principles in the capital market. The explanation of the phenomena stated above provides a gap that requires urgent further research related to the law of buying and selling BRIS shares in the sharia share community from the perspective of Islamic and positive law. This research is normative juridical research that is qualitative in nature. Normative juridical research is a process for determining legal rules, legal principles and legal doctrines. In this research, the approach used is a statutory approach and an analytical approach. From the results of the author's research, it was found that the process of buying and selling BRIS shares from an Islamic legal perspective must avoid several aspects, namely Bai' al-Hamisy and Bai' al-Maksyuf. The practice of buying and selling BRIS shares in the Sharia Shares Community begins with a contract process that is adapted to DSN-MUI No.80 of 2011 and the process of buying and selling BRIS shares from a positive legal perspective has been carried out safely and in accordance with Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulations. buying and selling BRIS shares is permitted based on the perspective of Islamic law. The perspective of Islamic law regulates that buying and selling must avoid several aspects, namely Bai' al-Hamisy and Bai' al-Maksyuf. The practice of buying and selling BRIS shares in the Sharia Shares Community begins with a contract process adapted to DSN-MUI No.8 of 2011, namely mudharabah, ijarah, musyarakah and syirkah contracts.

Abstract

The development of infrastructure in KEK Mandalika has increased rapidly between 2020 and 2023. This has led to changes in soil morphology and potential geotechnical deformations. The methodology includes high-level geodetic monitoring technology, analysis of results, and numerical modeling to understand the holistic dynamics of soil changes. The detailed survey results and data analysis reveal that soil deformation in KEK Mandalika is not only local but also shows significant regional patterns. Deformation patterns are influenced by various factors such as soil type, topography, land use, and human activities. The monitoring data shows an average shift of 0.035 m per year in the X-axis and 0.015 m per year in the Y-axis recorded during that period. Additionally, the Z-axis shows a decrease of -0.015 m per year Peningkatan pesat dalam pembangunan infrastruktur di Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Mandalika selama periode 2020-2023 telah memunculkan kompleksitas baru terkait perubahan morfologi tanah dan potensi deformasi geoteknik. Metodologi yang digunakan mencakup penggunaan teknologi pemantauan geodetik tingkat tinggi, analisis hasil, serta model numerik untuk memahami dinamika perubahan tanah secara holistik. Hasil survei dan analisis data yang terperinci mengungkapkan bahwa deformasi tanah di KEK Mandalika tidak hanya bersifat lokal tetapi juga menunjukkan pola regional yang signifikan. Pola deformasi dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti jenis tanah, topografi, penggunaan lahan, dan aktivitas manusia. Hasil monitoring data diperoleh rata-rata pergeseran sumbu X sebesar 0.035 m pertahun dan sumbu Y sebesar 0.015 m per tahun yang tercatat selama periode tersebut. Selain itu, juga diperkirakan terjadi penurunan pada sumbu Z dengan nilai mencapai -0.015 m per tahun.

Abstract

The main problem in the development of the halal ecosystem in Indonesia is the lack of understanding of business actors regarding the importance of halal certification and the process of obtaining it. This study aims to identify business actors' understanding of halal certification and to formulate effective strategies to increase their awareness and compliance. The research method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach and in-depth interviews with business actors who have participated in the Easy Way to Halal Certification for Micro and Small Business Actors. The results of the study showed that after attending the seminar, business actors' understanding increased significantly, especially in terms of the benefits of halal certification for business competitiveness and consumer trust. Business actors were also able to formulate practical steps to take care of halal certification. These findings indicate the importance of ongoing education and intensive mentoring so that business actors can implement halal certification effectively

Abstract

The increasing need for clean water in urban areas, including Salatiga City, is a major challenge along with population growth and climate change. One alternative solution is a rainwater harvesting system using the Roof Harvesting System (RHS) method. This study aims to analyze the potential amount of rainwater that can be harvested, determine the optimal capacity of the reservoir, and design a suitable RHS system for non-domestic needs in the KH. Hasyim Asy'ari Building, Campus 3 UIN Salatiga.This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The research stages include collecting primary data through direct observation and measuring the roof area. Then collecting secondary data in the form of annual rainfall data and related literature. The last calculation of rainwater potential. The results showed that the roof area of ​​the building was 2,756.81 m², with a catchment area of ​​1,626.89 m², it can capture rainwater with an optimal volume of 9,371 liters/day. Considering the annual rainfall pattern in Salatiga City, the optimal capacity of the recommended reservoir is 6 water tanks with a volume of 1,550 liters each, so the total capacity is 9,300 liters. Non-domestic water needs reach 9,552.68 liters/day, which means that this rainwater harvesting system can meet around 98% of daily needs, with the potential for integration of additional water sources to cover the shortfall. The proposed Roof Harvesting System design includes an initial filtration system, distribution pipe network, and reservoir, with periodic maintenance to ensure the quality of water that can be used for non-domestic needs. The implementation of this system has the potential to reduce dependence on conventional water sources and support the concept of a green campus and sustainable water management.

Abstract

Landslides that occur on slopes can be caused by several influences, both human and natural influences. There are also several ways to handle slopes, adjusting the type of soil at the handling location and its function and purpose. The reinforcement method using Soil Nailing and shotcrete is one alternative choice for strengthening slopes. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of the safety factor of the existing slope before reinforcement with Soil Nailing and shotcrete and the value of the safety factor of the slope after reinforcement with Soil Nailing and shotcrete on the slope of the West Karawang Off Ramp, Jakarta - Cikampek Toll Road. Slope stability analysis using the Plaxis.2D program (finite element method). At this stage, the existing conditions are analyzed for slope stability with a pavement load of 10 kPa and earthquake loads.The results of the analysis of the existing slope before reinforcement with Soil Nailing and Shotcrete, the condition of the existing embankment is still with a safety factor value in the short-term condition of no water level (dry) namely (SF = 1.328) > 1.30 safe (Stable) in the safety factor condition C = 0 seismic / earthquake collapse occurs (SF = 0.88) < 1.0 has the potential for landslides (unsafe) and the safety factor in the long-term condition of water-saturated conditions is (SF = 1.221) < 1.50 has the potential for landslides (unsafe) So the slope needs to be repaired and strengthened. Analysis Results after reinforcement using Soil Nailing and Shotcrete, the results of the slope stability analysis showed a short-term safety factor for short-term conditions without water level (dry) namely (SF = 1.823)> 1.30 Safe (stable), in the safety factor for section C = 0 seismic / earthquake conditions namely (SF = 1.130)> 1.0 safe (stable) and the safety factor for long-term conditions (Saturated water) namely (SF = 1.759)> 1.50 Safe (stable).
