Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the implementation of Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) which was implemented in one of the private universities in Indonesia. The focus of this research was the implementation of Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM), where in this program students temporarily exchange to run courses at partner universities. This research is expected to answer what must be evaluated in the program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM). The subjects in this study were all students in the PMM program activities in the Perkembangan Peserta Didik' course. Observations were made for nine meetings conducted online both on Google meet and on the Spada Dikti dashboard. There were sixteen students whose activities were observed and two lecturers who taught courses. During the observation, information was found regarding timeliness of students and lecturers in starting and ending lectures, students’ discipline when collecting individual and group assignments, signal problems that often occur, effectiveness of the Dikti dashboard, to the final conversion of students' grades at their respective universities.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya yang bisa dilakukan dalam meningkatkan komitmen profesi dosen melalui efikasi diri dan kualitas hehidupan kerja. penelitian ini dilakukan pada dosen Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Universitas Pamulang dengan menggunakan menggunakan analisis SITOREM. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa komitmen profesi bisa ditingkatkan melalui penguatan efikasi diri & kualitas kehidupan kerja (Quality of Work life). Dan berdasarkan analisis SITOREM Berdasarkan hasil analisis SITOREM, dimensi yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah 1) dimensi magnitude yang terdiri dari indikator performance exposure (nilai loading factor 0,803) dan self instructed performance (nilai loading factor 0,870); 2) dimensi strength yang terdiri dari indikator attribution (nilai loading factor 0,944) dan relaxation biofeedback (nilai loading factor 0,934). Oleh karena itu dengan meningkatnya indikator-indikator tersebut akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan komitmen dosen sedangkan variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja, dimensi yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah 1) dimensi job design (nilai loading factor 0,902) yang terdiri dari indikator kewenangan bekerja mandiri, kebebasan menggunakan pengetahuan dan pengetahuan baru dan kebebasan menyelesaikan tugas secara mandiri; 2) dimensi work balance (nilai loading factor 0,934) yang terdiri dari indikator keseimbangan waktu, kehidupan professional mendukung kehidupan pribadi dan kehidupan pribadi mendukung kehidupan professional; 3) dimensi Health, stress dan safety (nilai loading factor 0,940) yang terdiri dari indikator kesehatan, stress dan keamanan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disarankan dekan dan ketua program studi untuk segera merumuskan ulang kebijakan SDM performance exposure, self instructed performance, attribution dan relaxation biofeedback melalui kegiatan outbond, retraining dan workshop dan mempertahankan kebijakan-kebijakan terkait dengan  job design, work balance dan  health, stress dan Safety.

Abstract

In the 20s, everything was still conventionally based, and the competition was not much and stiff. But in the 21st century, it is more massive and productive. As a form of development, planting awareness has the character of independence. Of course, it needs new breakthroughs that are in line with the times, namely learning based on Etnopreneur Technology (Technopreneurship). This study aims to describe and analyze the creative results of  senior high school in Bandung City students, as a vehicle for the formation of students' independent character, which is carried out through a technopreneurship learning approach. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observational studies, documentation, and interviews. While the respondents are those who have relevance and expertise in these activities. The results obtained in the study were that students were able to create applications as a breakthrough as an effort to build student character with learning innovations that utilized technology. This breakthrough is an optimization of the character of independence in dealing with life's challenges during a pandemic and the provision of knowledge after graduation in order to develop one's own business with the provision of knowledge of innovative technology. The implication is that students are able to think creatively and innovatively, take responsibility. The impact of student responsibility is an effort to create applications that utilize digital technology as a means of building entrepreneurship as a form of student independence in building businesses.
