Abstract

Tulisan ini menawarkan suatu perspektif alternatif dalam memandang perbedaan Sunni dan Syi’ah dalam memandang hadits-hadits nikah Mut’ah, terkait dengan perbedaan di antara keduanya memperlakukan dan menerapkan Hadis yang secara universal diyakini sebagai salah satu sumber fundamental ajaran Islam. Perspektif tersebut menjadi penting, karena meskipun sepakat menempatkan Hadis sebagai sumber ajaran kedua, keduanya acapkali justru menghasilkan rumusan hukum yang berbeda, bahkan kontradiktif. Perbedaan posisi teologis merupakan persoalan mendasar yang pada akhirnya meluas dan berimplikasi pada penilaian keduanya terkait dengan diterima atau ditolaknya sebuah transmisi Hadis nikah mut’ah. Intersubjektivitas berperan memposisikan keduanya sebagai pendapat yang objektif, sekaligus subjektif. Objek­tivitas keduanya terletak pada kesungguhan upaya masing-masing untuk memperoleh otentisitas sebuah Hadis, di mana ekspektasi objektivitas keduanya akan menjadi subjektif ketika Hadis-hadis nikah mut’ah itu murni diletakkan sebagai informasi sejarah. Pada posisi semacam ini, kesadaran bersama untuk membangun peradaban Islam dalam perbedaan teologis tersebut adalah nilai yang seharusnya lebih diutamakan.***This article offers an alternative perspective at the difference views in the Sunni and Shi’ite hadiths for Mutah marriage. Both objectivities are located on the seriousness of their respective efforts to obtain the authenticity of the hadith, in which expectations will be both objectivity when hadith of mut’ah marriages take placed purely as historical information. Abstract

Abstract This paper highlighted the empowerment of the community as the goal preaching. Preaching in this context was no longer technocratic, but participatory, were preaching in accordance with the conditions, changes and needs, including problems solving in society such as poverty. As an epistemology of preaching, the Qur'an was a guide for the preachers. But often the preachers were unable to reveal the values of the Qur'an that was supposed to be a solution to society's problems. This paper departed from 9 terms in the Qur'an about poverty, namely: miski>n, faqr, ba>??is, ??ailah, imla>q, mah}ru>m, sa>??il, qa>ni?? and mu'tar. In the process of uncovering the Qur??an view related to the poverty, it was revealed that the Qur'an further highlight about poverty elimination from the perspective of an outsider or apart with the poor, although the responsibility was also on people with poverty itself. Based on the analysis of the various terms, it was revealed that many solutions such as infaq, s}adaqah, zakat, fa??i and ghanimah which no longer could be understood as religious orders that could not be contextualized in modern management and institutionalization. Keyword: al-Qur??an, poverty, solution, social-engineering Tulisan ini menyoroti pemberdayaan masyarakat sebagai muara dari dakwah. Dakwah dalam konteks ini tidak lagi teknokratis, melainkan partisipatif, yaitu dakwah yang sesuai dengan kondisi, perubahan dan kebutuhan, termasuk memecahkan problem dalam masyarakat seperti kemiskinan. Sebagai epistemologi dakwah, al-Qur??an adalah panduan bagi para pelaku dakwah. Namun seringkali para pelaku dakwah itu tidak mempu menguak nilai-nilai Qur??ani yang seharusnya menjadi solusi persoalan masyarakat. Tulisan ini berangkat dari 9 terma dalam al-Qur??an tentang kemiskinan, yaitu: miski>n, faqr, ba>??is, ??ailah, imla>q, mah}ru>m, sa>??il, qa>ni?? dan mu??tar. Dalam proses mengungkap pandangan Qur??ani terkait dengan kemiskinan, terungkap bahwa al-Qur??an lebih menonjolkan pengentasan kemiskinan dari sudut pandang outsider atau selain penyandang kemiskinan, meskipun tanggungjawab tersebut juga berada pada penyandang kemiskinan itu sendiri. Berdasarkan analisa, terungkap bahwa solusi pengentasan kemiskinan seperti infaq, s}adaqah, zakat, fa??i dan ghanimah tidak lagi bisa dipahami sebagai perintah agama yang tidak dapat dikontekstualisasikan dalam pengelolaan dan pelembagaan modern. Kata kunci: al-Qur??an, kemiskinan, solusi, rekayasa-sosial.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tulisan ini berupaya menemukan suatu pembacaan yang holistik dan proporsional terhadap QS. al-Ahzab (33): 53, 59 dan an-Nur (24): 31, yang ditujukan untuk mengurai indikasi ketidaksesuaian (mismatch) di  antara ketiga ayat tersebut atas eksistensi perempuan. Tidak hanya dalam aras pemahaman atau pengungkapan nilai-nilai objektif, tetapi juga pada aspek penerapan dalam realitas dan berbagai konteks yang melingkupi. Dalam upaya   itu   terungkap   bahwa    platform   etika    atau  moralitas  serta perlindungan  bagi  laki-laki  dan  perempuan   secara berimbang dalam segala bentuk interaksinya adalah nilai fundamental QS. al-Ahzab (33): 53, 59 dan an-Nur  (24): 31, yang dapat diterapkan sesuai dengan  norma, budaya dan tradisi yang ada. Seharusnya perempuan dapat lebih memiliki hak kebebasan dan perlindungan untuk mengaktualisasikan dirinya dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Namun di sisi lain,  ketimpangan, kekerasan dan pelecehan seksual masih terjadi karena  kompleksitas kondisi yang tidak hanya terkait dengan pelaku dan   korbannya, melainkan juga melibatkan  keluarga,  lingkungan,  masyarakat,  pendidikan  dan  kondisi sosial-ekonomi  yang  melingkupi.  Di sanalah adagium universalitas  al- Qur??an sebagai basis yang melandasi pendidikan Islam itu kemudian diuji, karena jika dipahami secara holistik, QS. al-Ahzab (33): 53, 59 dan an-Nur (24):  31 itu  justru menegaskan upaya pembebasan  terhadap  segala bentuk belenggu terhadap perempuan.Kata Kunci: al-Qur??an, feminisme, ketimpangan, pendidikanABSTRACTThis paper attempts to read QS. al-Ahzab (33): 53, 59 and an-Nur (24): 31 holistic and proportionate. The goal is to parse indication of a  mismatch between the verses in contemporary women??s reality. Not only in the area of understanding or disclosure of objective values, this paper also attempt to uncover aspects of the application of these verses in reality and various sorrounding contexts. In that effort, it was revealed that the platform of ethics or morality as well as protection for both men and women equally in all forms of interaction is a fundamental value of QS. al-Ahzab (33): 53, 59 and an-Nur (24): 31. The values can be applied in accordance  with the norms, culture and traditions. It should be more women have the right to freedom and protection to actualize herself in various contexts of life. But on other hand, inequality, violence and sexual harrasment still occur due the complexity of the condition which is not  only related to the offender and the victim, but also involves to the family, neighborhood, community, education and socio-economic conditions. That??s where the universality of al-Qur??an as the basic of  Islamic education was tested, because if It is understood in a holictic manner, It actually confirms QS. al-A hzab (33): 53, 59 and an-Nur (24): 31 leberation efforts against all forms of shackles on women.Keywords: al-Qur??an, feminism, imbalance, education

Abstract

Each region has a unique society that lies behind the existence of habits, language, communication models, and diverse worldviews. The interaction between two communities that have cultural distinctiveness is a multicultural phenomenon. One area representing the phenomenon is Buko Wedung Village, Demak Regency, where Javanese people as natives interact with Madurese immigrant communities. This study aims to find a multicultural communication model of the coastal communities of Java and Madura with Buko Village. This type of research is included in the field research with an ethnographic approach. Determination of informants is done by purposive sampling technique, while data collection is applied by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data were analyzed by a comparative approach, while the data validation process used triangulation techniques. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it was concluded that the multicultural communication model between the Javanese coastal communities and Madurese communities in Buko Village, Demak Regency, used the Gudykust and Kim model, a communication model that assumed two equal communication between each as a sender and receiver. This shows that cultural differences do not cause multicultural communities on the coast to lose their social relations.

Abstract

This research is to describe the role of gotong royong culture in Java as part of Islamic da'wah. The method used in this study is qualitative with a socio-cultural approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results show that there are two cultures of gotong royong in Java, namely social and general mutual cooperation. The culture of gotong royong among the Javanese people is the role of da'wah which is assimilated through local culture. Gotong royong contains the content to help each other, tolerance and solidarity among people

Abstract

The emergence of various models of religion in the cyber era has certainly influenced the religious behavior of teenagers in cities. This research seeks to analyze cyber religion practices carried out by Muslim teenagers in the city, by focusing on the use of social media in their religious practices. This research uses an ethnographic method with the supporting method being virtual ethnography. The informants were Muslim teenagers. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the practice of cyber religion has become a routine for teenagers, this is done as a form of seeking religious information or knowledge and deepening Islamic teachings, apart from that the practice of cyber religion is also used as entertainment for some teenagers. The digital platforms that are often used are YouTube and Instagram. These two media are popular with teenagers because they are considered to represent the needs and lives of urban teenagers who are mobile, fast and instant, so that for teenagers the most important thing in religious practice is the media and the information. This is what allows anyone to become a figure (da’i) transmitting religious teachings, and can even cause the death of religious figures. Abstrak Munculnya beragam model keberagamaan di era cyber ini tentunya mempengaruhi perilaku beragama para remaja kota. Penelitian ini berusaha menganalisa praktik cyber religion yang dilakukan remaja muslim di kota, dengan berfokus pada penggunaan media sosial dalam praktik keagamaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode etnografi dengan metode pendukung adalah etnografi virtual. Informannya adalah para remaja muslim. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik cyber religion sudah menjadi rutinitas para remaja, hal tersebut dilakukan sebagai wujud untuk mencari informasi atau pengetahuan agama dan memperdalam ajaran Islam, selain itu praktik cyber religion juga digunakan sebagai hiburan bagi sebagian remaja. Platform digital yang sering digunakan adalah youtube dan instagram. Kedua media tersebut digemari para remaja karena dianggap merepresesntasikan kebutuhan dan kehidupan remaja kota yang mobile, cepat dan instan, sehingga bagi para remaja yang terpenting dalam praktik keagamaan adalah media dan informasinya. Hal inilah yang membuat siapapun bisa menjadi tokoh (da’i) penyampai ajaran agama, bahkan bisa membuat matinya tokoh-tokoh agama.

Abstract

This community service was carried out between the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication, Unisnu Jepara and PCI Fatayat NU Malaysia. There are three aspects to the problem of this service: 1) The world's need for Da'wah in the style of Ahlis Sunnah wal Jama'ah; 2) The need for empowering resources and human resources related to materials, strategies, media, recognition and opportunities for preaching in the style of Ahlis Sunnah wal Jama'ah; 3) Empowering skills, initiation, innovation, collaboration opportunities, communication and problem solving formulations for Islamic da'wah problems that occur in parts of the world, so that Ahlis Sunnah wal Jama'ah style da'wah can become a universal movement. Through community service, the solutions offered are 1) Forming a "Universal Movement" for preaching in the style of Ahlis Sunnah wal Jama'ah an-Nahdliyyah; 2) Discussing and setting common goals, providing information, discussion materials, supporting self-development, formulating recognition and opportunities for universal movement; 4) Building the power of exploration, innovation and joint initiation; 5) Strengthen collaboration opportunities between Fadakom Unisnu Jepara and PCI Fatayat NU Malaysia; 6) Carry out synergy in developing da'i/da'iyah skills in various parts of the world.

Abstract

This research discusses the virtual identity of urban and rural Muslim teenagers. The method used is virtual ethnography, data collection techniques using documentation, interviews and observation. The research results show that cyber religion between urban and rural teenagers is not much different. Muslim teenagers often consume content or information on digital platforms. For urban Muslim teenagers, matters of religious activity are not for public consump-tion, but are instead private matters. This is different from Muslim teenagers in villages, who not only consume but also produce religious content because the majority of teenagers in villages have a background as alumni of Islamic boarding school students, so they already have sufficient religious knowledge, so they have the courage to produce religious content, this is This is also done as a form of broadcasting or preaching Islam as well as representing themselves as Muslim teenagers. From the cyber religion model of Muslim teenagers, both urban and rural, it shows that the religious identity formed and represented by teenagers shows liquidity, where teenagers want to be known as free, fluid individuals, even for religious activities, where with information technology this becomes easier. and practical.
