Abstract

 Dukungan Psikologis awal merupakan salah satu bentuk intervensi yang dilakukan seseorang yang digunakan untuk menangani situasi krisis dan bencana. Dukungan psikologis awal sangat membantu pelajar khususnya siswa di pesantren babulmaghfirah yang sudah mengalami musibah kebakaran. Efek bencana tersebut membawa dampak buruk bagi siswa sehingga mengalami trauma, cemas, panik, takut dan kondisi kesehatan memburuk. Dengan pemaparan psikoedukasi dukungan psikologis awal kepada siswa dapat mengubah pikiran dan kondisi kesehatan mental semakin baik.

Abstract

Kesulitan-kesulitan yang dialami oleh mahasiswa selama proses menyusun tugas akhir akan menjadi tekanan bagi mahasiswa sehingga bisa mengalami stress. Oleh karena itu, mahasiswa ini perlu memiliki strategi-strategi yang dapat digunakan untuk menghadapi situasi menekan setiap saat yang dapat mengakibatkan stress dengan cara melakukan coping. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasisa tingkat akhir yang menyusun skripsi. Lokasi penelitian di Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif studi kasus tunggal (single subject). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek melakukan strategi-strategi coping, baik emotional focussed coping maupun problem focussed coping. Kata Kunci: Mahasiswa, emotional focussed coping, problem focussed coping.

Abstract

Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini merupakan tahapan pendidikan yang dapat menentukan perkembangan dan keberhasilan anak. Guru merupakan aset utama sekolah, sehingga harus dikelola dengan baik dan profesional. Selama ini guru belum menunjukkan guru yang profesional dan ideal. Guru belum mampu menerapkan perannya dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka peneliti membuat pelatihan bagi guru PAUD yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala guru dalam pembelajaran PAUD. Hasil peserta pelatihan mampu melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang diberikan selama pelatihan. Mereka mampu merefleksikan peran dan karakteristiknya sebagai guru PAUD, mampu menganalisis kebutuhan belajar anak, dan terampil dalam membuat ide-ide kreatif, mengatur lingkungan belajar dan mengemas pembelajaran melalui bermain. Meskipun masih terdapat kekurangan dalam melakukan evaluasi terhadap rekan kerjanya.Kata kunci: Guru, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, strategi pembelajaranEarly Childhood Education is an educational stage that can determine the development and success of children. Teachers are the main asset of the school, so they must be managed properly and professionally. So far, the teacher has not shown a professional and ideal teacher. Teachers have not been able to apply their role in the process of teaching and learning activities. Based on these problems, the researchers made training for PAUD teachers which aims to find out the obstacles of teachers in learning early childhood education. The results of the training participants were able to carry out the tasks given during the training. They are able to reflect on their role and characteristics as PAUD teachers, are able to analyze children's learning needs, and are skilled in making creative ideas, setting learning environments and packing learning through play. Although there are still shortcomings in doing the evaluation of their co-workers.Keywords: Teachers, Early Childhood Education, learning strategies

Abstract

There are religious and cultural problems of the Pidie Community that have not been explored so that they are not properly utilized as a medium for learning mathematics. Researchers try to provide solutions through the development of religious-based cultural mathematics learning media in the form of PowerPoint software and teaching materials. With the aim of identifying various religious and cultural sites in the district that have not been explored as media for learning mathematics, describing the process of developing learning media for various mathematics teaching materials, and testing the validity of learning media development products with flat-sided building materials based on cultural sites in Pidie and Pidie Jaya. With this design, the research begins with activities that are explored and examined the potential use of religious and cultural sites as learning media for various mathematics teaching materials at the junior high school level using the ethnographic method (qualitative approach), research and development (RD) methods. 4D model with a quantitative approach at the product trial stage. The stages taken are the defining stage, the planning stage, the development stage, and the distribution stage. The data techniques in this study were interviews and questionnaires. Validation is carried out by material experts. Based on the results of the validation of the content quality stage of the learning media, it was obtained an average score of 95.36% with the criteria "very appropriate or very feasible". Based on the research results, the teacher's and in the trials of students response to the media obtained, where x 3.25 with the criteria "very good". So that this learning media can be used as a complement to teaching materials.
