Abstract

PT Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang memproduksi pemanis(Maltodextrin). Permasalahanan pada bagian produksi yang sering terjadi dan menghambat kinerjaproduksi ialah sulitnya dalam memonitoring jalannya proses produksi dan sulitnya mendapatkaninformasi tentang kegiatan dan hasil produksi secara cepat. Sistem informasi eksekutif yangdirancang bertujuan memudahkan para eksekutif produksi PT Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo dalammemonitoring kegiatan kinerja produksi berdasarkan informasi, permasalahan yang ada di produksidan data yang didapat dalam pelaksanaan produksi PT Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo. Perancangansistem informasi eksekutif ini dibuat dengan menggunakan codeigniter dan menampilkan dashboardinformasi terkait peroduksi dengan tabel dan grafik yang mudah dipahami. Dalam melakukanperancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi ini mengunakan metode waterfall. Adapun pengembangansistem dilakukan dengan analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, mengimplementasikan program denganPHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan My SQL. Pengujian secara blackbox untuk fungsionalitas darisistem informasi yang telah dibuat memperoleh hasil 100% berdasarkan sistem berjalan dengan baiksesuai dengan fungsinya. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi eksekutifproduksi di PT. Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya sistemini dapat memudahkan dalam memonitoring informasi proses produksi, membantu memudahkandalam mengolah data produksi, dan mempercepat pelaporan produksi kepada pihak eksekutifproduksi.

Abstract

LPJK Provinsi Banten merupakan organisasi yang mengimplementasikan peranmasyarakat jasa konstruksi dalam melaksanakan pengembangan jasa konstruksi. Prosespengembangan layanan jasa konstruksi di LPJK Provinsi Banten banyak dilakukan olehperusahaan konstruksi di seluruh Indonesia. Banyaknya perusahaan jasa konstruksi yangtersebar di berbagai daerah di Propinsi Banten harus diketahui dan mudah ditemukan.Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah sulitnya membuat pemetaan data Perusahaan JasaKonstruksi. Pemetaan tersebut meliputi data perusahaan jasa konstruksi, aset yang dimiliki danlokasi atau tempat dimana perusahaan jasa konstruksi beroperasi. Untuk mengatasipermasalahan tersebut dibangunlah sistem informasi geografis Perusahaan Jasa Konstruksi.Agar dapat diakses secara online, sistem ini dibangun pada sistem berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan My SQL sebagai databasenya. Pemodelan sistem yang digunakan dalam pembangunan sistem ini adalah Data Flow Diagram (DAD). Metodeyang digunakan dalam mengembangkan sistem ini adalah metode waterfall. Sistem yang dibangun menyediakan fasilitas pencarian identitas atau profil perusahaan dan lokasinya pada sistem. Dengan adanya sistem informasi geografis ini dapat membantu pihak pemerintah maupun swasta yang membutuhkan jasa konstruksi untuk mencari, menemukan dan melihat identitas perusahaan jasa konstruksi dengan mudah.

Abstract

The school library is one of the educational facilities supporting learning activities and has an important role in supporting the achievement of educational goals. At SMPN 1 Mandalawangi, the library plays a role in assisting students and teachers in obtaining subject matter references to support teaching and learning activities. In the library, activities such as visitor registration, book recording, book borrowing, returning transactions, and making reports at the library are still done manually, so it requires more time and effort, and mistakes often occur in finding the required data. The author designed a library management information system using a web-based QR Code to solve this problem so that activities can be carried out more quickly and easily. The Waterfall development method is used to build this web-based information system. The stages that are passed in this method are the Requirement, Design, Coding & Testing, Integration & Testing, and Operation and Maintenance stages. The information system is built using the JavaScript programming language, the ReactJS library, Cloud Firestore as the database, and UML as the system model. The final result of this design is to produce a library management information system using a web-based QR Code for the SMPN 1 Mandalawangi Library. It can be interpreted that the system that has been designed can facilitate library staff in the service process, data management, and making reports at the SMPN 1 Mandalawangi library.

Abstract

Midwife Lia Yulianingsih Independent Practice is a place to provide services in the health sector such as serving examinations for pregnant women, examination of children and toddlers, providing child immunizations, injecting birth control, and assisting the delivery process. The patient service process is still relatively conventional and less effective and efficient in the process of patient registration, reporting, and data collection. Management of patient examination history data is also still carried out manually. Based on this, solutions are needed in overcoming existing problems, it is necessary to have a computerized system so that information runs quickly and accurately. The method is the waterfall with Unified Modelling Language (UML). The programming language used is PHP with a Mysql database. The purpose is to determine the proposed system, design and implement a web-based patient service information system at the Independent Practice of Midwife Lia Yulianingsih. The results obtained are midwives and assistant midwives will be more effective and efficient in registering patients and recording patient examination data, providing ease of searching patient data and previous patient history examination data, thus helping all related processes become faster, facilitating the work of officers in making patient visit reports and income reports more quickly and accurately

Abstract

The government has developed a population administration system to support public services, one of the media used by the government is electronic government (e-government). One of the villages that has a large Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) in the Serang district, Banten province is Ranjeng village, Ciruas sub-district. The problem is that data management in villages is still carried out semi-manually, there is no specific application to handle this management so it is not time efficient, reporting and the level of service to the community is less than optimal. To overcome these problems, a system is needed that can help the community in submitting letters and can help the village government to improve services to the community. The system design used in this research is using the Waterfall method so that it is easier to develop and using UML (Unified Modelling Language) for visual system modelling, while the programming language used is PHP using the Laravel framework. The final result of this research is a system that can improve the services of the Ranjeng Village Office to the community to be optimal.
