A reliable system in the company said, if the system is able to provide consumers with good quality. In addition the satety to humans and the equipment installed from the possibility of interference white the system reliability is also a requirement of a system in the company. Procurement of goods in PT.Coca-Cola is to know and understand the stock movement report (SMR) by making a request (consumer data) and with the documents submitted to the shipper. Then be made to the report. Procurement process from start stock movement report (SMR) with (consumer data) and (data placement) there will be good cooperation, so as to create mutual benefits and minimize the losses that will happen, but still there are constraints such as the accumulation of data, so that often there is less precision in data input goods, and Warehouse data which can lead to duplicate data. Problem-solving process procurement of goods, can be improved by optimizing the schedule of the procurement process, increase effectiveness and efficiency in the procurement process and create an SMR report timely and accurate.

The recording of lecturer attendance that has been done so far is manual and carried out on campus. However, online learning makes lecturers automatically not come to campus and take attendance online with a certain format. Online recording of lecturer absences is very ineffective and inefficient, the reason is that there are many media used by lecturers in reporting their attendance such as using messages, WhatsApp, or email. Many lecturers are late in reporting their attendance. These things make it difficult to recapitulate the presence of lecturers and for the head of study program it is difficult to monitor the lecturers who conduct lectures. To solve these problems, a teaching attendance list application was made. This application development is using the waterfall method. This application is web based using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. It aims so that every lecturer can access anytime and anywhere. This application is also built by implementing class schedule as an access control (schedule access control) so that lecturers can fill in attendance on time, this helps every lecturer to be orderly in doing attendance. The results of this study are the creation of applications that help facilitate lecturers in doing attendance, make it easier for staff in making lecturers' attendance and make it easier for head of study programs to monitor lecturer discipline.

Internet is something that can be easily accessed by everyone. With just one click it can take people anywhere even to a different world. Inaccurate use of the internet can carry considerable negatives. For adolescents who are still in their teens who still have a passion for learning and high curiosity can take advantage of the internet. However, not a few teenagers who actually use the internet get a negative impact because of their lack of knowledge of the internet; they do not understand the negative effects that can be caused by the internet. This is due to the lack of explanation and education related to the internet to them. Therefore, how important the role of parents, teachers, and society is in providing explanation, understanding, and education to adolescents related to the internet. One of the solutions that can solve the above problems is the holding of Healthy Internet Counseling and Training for Junior High School-aged Children (SMP) with the aim of providing understanding to junior high school age children regarding healthy use of the internet and to find out what the negative impacts of the internet are. Community service activities in the form of counseling and training for healthy internet get results and benefits including increasing sufficient understanding of the wise use of the internet so as to maximize the positive impact of the internet and minimize the negative impact of surfing, so as to create smart and productive teenagers.

Garbage problems are common in every city. However, this can be resolved with various solutions that can overcome these problems. One of them is by conducting field observations, then conducting socialization and social approaches to residents. In this way, the waste problem can be solved little by little. The results of the observations showed that there were piles of garbage in the residents' gardens and the amount of garbage scattered in the waterways due to the absence of trash cans and the difficulty of accessing garbage trucks to transport residents' garbage. Especially in this era of covid 19, we must maintain cleanliness from various viruses. Garbage is a small thing that can trigger a virus to grow. Therefore, a solution was found to overcome the waste. With the solution for making trash cans by KKM students, residents can throw garbage in its place and use an open-top Tossa motorbike because it is small and can enter the narrow road in the bogeg neighborhood of RT 1 RW 2, Banjar Agung village. PT. Lung Cheong Brother Industrial only produces small children's toys. Production results Inputs and outputs always vary every day, so there is a need for data to determine the profits or profits of a company. Data in the form of production can be arranged neatly in a report. Problems that are often found at PT. Lung Cheong Brother industrial is a form of production report that is still made manually, so it requires a relatively long time, then the presentation and preparation of production data is not neatly organized, consequently it will make it difficult to find data, requires considerable costs because it must provide tools adequate writing, production reports will be difficult to understand and difficult to understand the intent and purpose, and frequent occurrence of data in the reports made. The research method used includes library research by collecting data obtained from several guidebooks or library books as references that are appropriate to the problem and field research based on the results of the research object directly. The aim to be achieved in this study is to find out how to record production results can be done in real time, to find out how the production reports are neatly arranged so that they can search data quickly and precisely, and to find out the problems faced by PT. Lung Cheong Brother industrial in producing production reports.

Proposal Seminar is an activity carried out to assess the feasibility of a proposed title. To test the feasibility of this Thesis Proposal, it is tested by three examiners. So far, the process of recording the feasibility assessment of this thesis proposal is still done manually, namely by recording the value on a form. The assessment form from the three Examiners was added manually to obtain a combined score, then the faculty staff re-entered and recap manually so that this process is relatively time consuming and prone to data input errors. Thesis trial is the final testing activity of the research process that has been carried out by students through a process of guidance by two Advisory Lecturers. Similar to the proposal seminar process, the recording of the thesis trial assessment data is also still done manually, namely by recording it on the assessment form that has been provided. After the assessment data is collected, the faculty staff carry out the process of accumulating the value of the three examiners to become the final score for the trial, this process is also carried out manually so that it is prone to errors. Based on the description of the background of the problem above, we can conclude that the causes of the emergence of this research idea are: The process of inputting value data repeatedly, the first is input by the examining lecturer and the second is re-entered again by the faculty staff, The process of calculating the combined value is still done manually so it is very prone to errors, To obtain the final combined value requires a relatively long time. The methodology used for system development is the Waterfall method. The expected results are the availability of a system that is able to record the evaluation process of the proposal seminar and thesis trial so that the process of recap of combined scores is faster and the results of the proposal seminar and thesis trial results are known to students more quickly, the value data input process is not repeated for data recap and printing. reports can be faster

Pimpinan terlibat dalam perencanaan strategis dan merupakan pengambil keputusan dalam suatu organisasi maka pimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap kinerja suatu organisasi yang dipimpinnya. Demi menunjang kinerjanya sebagai pengambil keputusan, pimpinan membutuhkan informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat. Selama ini pimpinan di Universitas Banten Jaya bekerja tanpa bantuan suatu sistem sehingga dalam memperoleh informasi membutuhkan waktu lama dan proses yang rumit sehingga dirasa cukup sulit bagi pimpinan. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pimpinan di Universitas Banten Jaya tersebut, maka dilakukan pengembangan sistem informasi eksekutif akademik. Sistem ini dirancang untuk dapat diakses dengan mudah, menyediakan informasi akademik yang akurat, relevan dan tepat waktu. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode waterfall dengan unified modeling language (UML) sebagai media pemodelannya. Pemrograman berbasis web dipilih sebagai bahasa pemrograman dalam pengembangan sistem ini dilengkapi dengan dashboard dan smart filtering untuk mempermudah pimpinan dalam memperoleh dan memahami informasi. Otoritas diberikan kepada pimpinan dalam bentuk user account dan password sebagai media bagi pimpinan agar dapat mengakses sistem dengan mudah, kapan dan dimana saja. Hasilnya sistem informasi eksekutif akademik berhasil membantu pimpinan dalam memperoleh informasi akademik dengan mudah, dan membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Kata kunci: akademik, pimpinan, sistem informasi eksekutif.

Community service is very important to do as well as services provided to civil servants/private to public, in any place where companies and government agencies can be divided into several sub-sections to fit the field and their respective functions in the work. Similarly the social services at Serang District which has been divided into several sections, one of which is a sub section Hope Family Program in terms of helping very poor families who have previously registered as participants to this program. This program is a program that provides cash assistance to extremely poor families if they meet the requirements associated with efforts to improve the quality of human resources, education and health. The main objective of this program is helping to reduce poverty by improving the quality of human resources in extreme poverty. In practice, this is managed by Family Hope Program Implementation Unit in each district, In this case I find the problems or constraints that exist within Family Hope Program the classification of very poor families are less clear, the lack of updating an increase in the economic status of participants, and the absence of recapitulation of education facilities and health insurance in their respective districts in Serang District.

PT Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang memproduksi pemanis(Maltodextrin). Permasalahanan pada bagian produksi yang sering terjadi dan menghambat kinerjaproduksi ialah sulitnya dalam memonitoring jalannya proses produksi dan sulitnya mendapatkaninformasi tentang kegiatan dan hasil produksi secara cepat. Sistem informasi eksekutif yangdirancang bertujuan memudahkan para eksekutif produksi PT Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo dalammemonitoring kegiatan kinerja produksi berdasarkan informasi, permasalahan yang ada di produksidan data yang didapat dalam pelaksanaan produksi PT Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo. Perancangansistem informasi eksekutif ini dibuat dengan menggunakan codeigniter dan menampilkan dashboardinformasi terkait peroduksi dengan tabel dan grafik yang mudah dipahami. Dalam melakukanperancangan dan pembuatan aplikasi ini mengunakan metode waterfall. Adapun pengembangansistem dilakukan dengan analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, mengimplementasikan program denganPHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) dan My SQL. Pengujian secara blackbox untuk fungsionalitas darisistem informasi yang telah dibuat memperoleh hasil 100% berdasarkan sistem berjalan dengan baiksesuai dengan fungsinya. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan perancangan sistem informasi eksekutifproduksi di PT. Sorini Agro Asia Corporindo, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya sistemini dapat memudahkan dalam memonitoring informasi proses produksi, membantu memudahkandalam mengolah data produksi, dan mempercepat pelaporan produksi kepada pihak eksekutifproduksi.

LPJK Provinsi Banten merupakan organisasi yang mengimplementasikan peranmasyarakat jasa konstruksi dalam melaksanakan pengembangan jasa konstruksi. Prosespengembangan layanan jasa konstruksi di LPJK Provinsi Banten banyak dilakukan olehperusahaan konstruksi di seluruh Indonesia. Banyaknya perusahaan jasa konstruksi yangtersebar di berbagai daerah di Propinsi Banten harus diketahui dan mudah ditemukan.Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah sulitnya membuat pemetaan data Perusahaan JasaKonstruksi. Pemetaan tersebut meliputi data perusahaan jasa konstruksi, aset yang dimiliki danlokasi atau tempat dimana perusahaan jasa konstruksi beroperasi. Untuk mengatasipermasalahan tersebut dibangunlah sistem informasi geografis Perusahaan Jasa Konstruksi.Agar dapat diakses secara online, sistem ini dibangun pada sistem berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan My SQL sebagai databasenya. Pemodelan sistem yang digunakan dalam pembangunan sistem ini adalah Data Flow Diagram (DAD). Metodeyang digunakan dalam mengembangkan sistem ini adalah metode waterfall. Sistem yang dibangun menyediakan fasilitas pencarian identitas atau profil perusahaan dan lokasinya pada sistem. Dengan adanya sistem informasi geografis ini dapat membantu pihak pemerintah maupun swasta yang membutuhkan jasa konstruksi untuk mencari, menemukan dan melihat identitas perusahaan jasa konstruksi dengan mudah.
