Abstract

This study aims to describe and determine the leadership of the madrasah principal in increasing the organizational potential of students at MTs Nihayatul Amal Purwasari. The principal of the madrasa has an important position in mobilizing, activating education, and harmonizing all existing resources in the madrasa. The head of the madrasa as an education manager must be able to build an increase in the organizational potential of students. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method and methods of collecting information in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The objectives to be achieved in this study are to find out how the leadership of the madrasah principal in increasing the organizational potential of students at MTs Nihayatul Amal Purwasari and how the planning and implementation of madrasah principals in increasing the organizational potential of students. The results of this study indicate that the head of the madrasah plans programs for students, then discusses with the head of student affairs and teacher mentors to maximize the participant's organizational program and in its implementation students will be directed or fostered according to their interests and talents to increase the potential possessed by students.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Mts Al- Ahliyah. Facilities and infrastructure are one of the supporting factors for the success of teaching and learning activities, namely helping students to easily understand subjects, facilities and infrastructure can also help educators to convey the material to be discussed or delivered. With good management of facilities and infrastructure, teacher performance will increase, because one of the factors that affect teacher performance is the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure. Because of this, this paper will discuss the management of facilities and infrastructure and improving teacher performance. The purpose of this study is to find out how important infrastructure is to improving teacher performance. The research uses descriptive methods and data collection techniques are literature studies and interviews. The results showed that the management of facilities and infrastructure can affect the performance of teachers in schools. The more and better the facilities and infrastructure in schools, the better the performance of teachers in schools.

Abstract

Human resource management is one of the fields of general management which includes aspects of planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling. Human resources are considered to have an increasingly important role in achieving goals. The purpose of this study is to provide an understanding of human resource management. The method used by the researcher is descriptive qualitative research, and the type of research used is library research, namely collecting data or scientific papers related to the object of research or collecting data that is library or research carried out to solve a problem basically focused on critical and in-depth study of relevant library materials. The results of this study found that utilizing human resources is a process of leadership activity that intends to employ employees who provide sufficient performance and do not employ employees who are not useful. Thus, it is very important to manage human resources. From the results of the study, researchers can conclude that the reality of Islamic education in general is less attractive and receives less attention. This is due to inadequate curriculum materials and Islamic education management, less relevant to the needs of society and the world of work. The graduates also lack the skills to compete in the world of work. Seeing this reality, the management reform of Islamic education is a must. Because with efforts to improve and improve the professionalism of the management of education, it will be able to answer various challenges and can empower Islamic education in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi banyaknya kenakalan dikalangan pelajar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat peran guru PAI sebagai pendidik dalam pembentukan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif jenis penelitian studi lapangan. Dengan subjek  6 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan  reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran guru PAI dalam pembentukan karakter siswa sangat dibutuhkan oleh siswa karena dengan adanya guru PAI yang berperan sebagai orang tua siswa tentu memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam rangka mendidik siswa untuk menjadi manusia yang ihsani. Adapun peranannya sebagai guru PAI dalam pembentukan karakter siswa diantaranya: Pemberdayaan, keteladanan, intervensi, terintegrasi, sekrening. Adapun strategi yang dilakukan guru PAI dalam pembentukan karakter siswa antara lain: Pembiasaan 3S (Salam, sapa, senyum), Pembiasaan sholat dhuha dan dzuhur berjamaah, Pembiasaan membaca surat pendek, Pembacaan doa, Pembiasaan bersikap disiplin, Pembiasaan bersikap jujur. Adapun Faktor yang pendukung berasal dari faktor eksternal yaitu kompetensi pedagogik dan rofesional guru yang baik, kreatifitas dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Faktor penghambat terdiri dari faktor internal yaitu dari pribadi setiap peserta didik di karenakan kurangnya pendidikan dan pembinaan orang tua yang diberikan kepada anak sejak kecil dan Faktor eksternal faktor eksternal adalah salah satu faktor penghambat dari luar lingkungan masyarakat kota yang sifatnya acu tak acu terhadap berbagai macam masalah yang ada pada peserta didik, padahal masyakarat merupakan pendidikan lanjutan dari tingkat sekolah, karena lingkungan masyarakat biasanya disebut pendidikan non formal juga sangat berpengaruh terhadap kehidupan siswa khususnya pada pembentukan karakter siswa.

Abstract

Era society 5.0 yang secara kasat mata dan perlahan telah mereduksi nilai-nilai moral generasi muda harus dihadang dengan benteng yang kokoh yaitu pendidikan karakter. Guru hingga saat ini masih menjadi garda terdapan dalam menyemai nilai-nilai karakter meski menghadapi tantangan yang sangat pelik dan kompleks. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan role model guru sebagai asas pendidikan karakter siswa di era society 5.0. Kajian pustaka merupakan metode penelitian yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini yang dilakukan dengan cara melakukan analisis terhadap beberapa kajian yang berkaitan dengan pembahasan. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini bahwa role model guru dalam menanamkan karakater kepada peserta didik di era society 5.0 selain menjadi tauladan yang baik guru harus dibalut dengan kompetensi yang lain seperti literasi dasar, literasi teknologi, dan teknologi manusia. Selain itu juga harus dipadukan dengan kecapakan hidup dan keahlian bidang pendidikan abad 21.

Abstract

Jurnal ini meneliti tentang bagaimana perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan pembinaan karakter peserta didik di SMK Plus Laboratorium Karawang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan pembinaan karakter peserta didik di SMK Plus Laboratorium Karawang. Metode penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan pembinaan karakter peserta didik di SMK Plus Laboratorium Karawang sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan terlaksananya pembinaan karakter peserta didik di SMK Plus Laboratorium Karawang. Dalam hal perencanaan kami menetapkan visi dan misi sekolah yang mengedepankan pembentukan karakter yang berkualitas juga masyarakat ikut mengikuti dan mengawasi keputusan yang telah disepakati. Sementara dalam hal pelaksanaan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman kami tentang strategi pembinaan karakter yang efektif dan bagaimana mengintegrasikannya dengan baik dalam proses pembelajaran sehari-hari. Dan yang terakhir pengawasan yang efektif dalam program pembinaan karakter peserta didik. Kepala Sekolah secara aktif melibatkan diri dalam kegiatan pembinaan karakter, baik itu melalui seminar, pelatihan, atau kegiatan lain yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran siswa akan nilai-nilai moral dan etika.

Abstract

Jurnal ini meneliti tentang bagaimana peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor dalam membangun budaya akademik guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam hal sebagai supervisor. Tentunya Budaya akademik guru memiliki karakteristik yang erat kaitannya, yaitu: 1) menghargai prestasi ilmiah, 2) berpikir rasional, 3) berpikir kritis analitis, 4) kebiasaan membaca, 5) kebiasaan meneliti, 6) diskusi ilmiah, 7) jujur, dan 8) inovatif. Dari sinilah dapat kita lihat bahwa performance supervisor dalam peningkatan budaya akademik guru yang baik akan berdampak pada kemajuan dan peningkatan pendidikan di suatu sekolah/ lembaga pendidikan.keputusan, pelaksanaan, pengambilan manfaat dan evaluasi. Metode penelitian kali ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian Hasil penelitian yang membahas tetang peran kepala sekolah dalam membangun budaya akademik yang mana kita ketahui dalam kompetensi supervisi mempunyai indikator diantaranya, merencanakan program, melaksanakan program dam mengevaluasi hasil program. Dalam hal ini juga membahas budaya akademik guru di MAN 1 Bekasi

Abstract

The Indonesian government has decided that the Corona virus desease 2019 (covid 19) as a pandemic disaster. This decision is followed by applying effort to cut off the spreading of the virus through the implementation of social distancing, restricted traveling, isolation, preventing public ocation, closured public services and limiting the using of public facilities. This condition has serious impact on the implementation of public service such as integrated healthcare center (Posyandu), public health center (Puskesmas) and the using of public health facilities as well. Most parents worried and hesitated about to visit Posyandu to do general health check up of their children. And also there are only view employess and administration staffs coming to the office. Some officer and medical staffs also are less. Nevertheless, the goverment (the minister of health) has provided a technical guide to the Puskesmas and Posyandu to run the health activity services during the pandemic, so that the health services that can be done to the children and mother, still can be done by the program of “mobile posyandu”. The study aim to discuss the implementation of posyandu services in the time of pandemic through the operation of mobile posyandu. This study focuses on the services of mobile posyandu and held in 8 different places at Lemah Mulya Village District Majalaya Karawang West Java. The study is using a qualitative method and the data collections is held by holding interviews, observation, focus group discussion (FGD) and litelature study. The result showed that the implementation of mobile Posyandu during the covid 19 pandemic is quite positive and has been done by rescheduling and delivering tasks and duties into each group and each Posyandu volunteer. So that the services of good health for children and mother can stil be done and going on with the strict imposement of health protocol within the pandemic.
