Abstract

Standar waktu kerja digunakan dalam merencanakan jumlah produksi perusahaan sehingga dapat berpengaruh jumlah upah yang akan diterima oleh pekerja. Jika pemberian upah dilakukan secara tepat dan benar, maka pekerja akan lebih terpuaskan dan termotifasi dalam pencapaian tujuan dan peningkatan produktifitas dalam perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghitung waktu standar packing semen, menghitung kapastitas produksi ideal, menghitung standar upah tenaga kerja. Metode dalam penelitian adalah metode jam henti (stopwatch) yaitu metode pengukuran kerja secara langsung bersifat obyektif dan biasa diterapkan pada pekerjaan yang memiliki suatu siklus kerja yang berulang-ulang dengan jangka waktu pendek hingga panjang dengan menggunakan stopwatch sebagai alat untuk mengukur. Besarnya waktu standar yang diperoleh yaitu operator packer 2 (3,24 detik), operator packer 3 (3,06 detik), operator packer 4a (3,02 detik) dan operator packer 4b (3,05 detik) sehingga diperoleh rata-rata kapasitas produksi ideal jam normal kerja (8 jam) adalah 9319 sak. Upah berdasarkan waktu standar (Rp.1.906.160,00) lebih besar dari upah yang diberikan PT. Biringkassi Raya (Rp.1.425.760,00) kepada operator packer dan upah yang diberikan PT. Biringkassi Raya lebih besar dari upah minimum provinsi (Rp.1.100.000,00)

Abstract

ABSTRACTGairaigo (loan word) writing errors made by student of Japanese education Riau University academic year 2013/2014 is the background of the author to researching any errors that often arise in the writing gairaigo, what are the possible causes of these errors and is there a difference in student writing ability gairaigo at level I, II and III.Gairaigo writing errors found are students write gairaigo based by English vocabulary or write gairaigo based the way of pronounce that is affected by perception of sound. The next writing errors are errors in the writing of the long vowel, diphthong and katakana writing. This error is probably caused by factors such as students have not mastered the competencies how pronunciation of English vocabulary or influence the way the Indonesian pronunciation pronounce English. Other probably are students forget the katakana or influenced by the way the Indonesian pronunciation pronounce English. The results of this research shows that first year, second year and third year have different capabilities in writing gairaigo.Keyword: gairaigo, fonetic, english, katakana, Riau University.

Abstract

Abstract This study entitled the effect of Village Original Income (PADes), Village Funds (DD), Village Fund Allocation (ADD), and Revenue Sharing Taxes and Retribution (BHPR) on Village Expenditures in the Education Sector (Case Study in Bringin Village, Wajak District, Malang Regency). The purpose of this study was to identify the influence of PADes, DD, ADD, and BHPR on village spending on education in Bringin village, Wajak sub-district, Malang district. The independent variables in this study were PADes, DD, ADD, and BHPR, while the dependent variable was village spending on education. The object of this research is the village income and expenditure budget report (APBDes) starting from the 2015-2021 period. The data for this research are from the Bringin village office, Wajak sub-district, Malang district. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics, normality test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression test. In the interpretation of this research, it is shown that PADes, DD, and BHPR have a positive and significant influence on village spending on education. Meanwhile, ADD does not have a significant effect on village spending on education. Keyword : Village Original Inc ome (PADes), Village Funds (DD), Village Fund Allocation (ADD), and Tax and Retribution Revenue Sharing (BHPR) on Village Expenditures in the Education Sector.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how birrul walidain according to the hadith perspective. This research method uses a qualitative type through literature study by applying content analysis. The discussion of this research includes the meaning of birrul walidain (filial piety to parents), hadith of birrul walidain commands (filial piety to parents), forms of birrul walidain, and the virtues of birrul walidain (filial piety to parents). This study concludes that birrul walidain or filial piety to parents has a special position in Islamic teachings. The matter of filial piety to parents has been regulated both in the Quran and Hadith. According to the Hadith, filial piety is an obligation equal to faith, jihad, and taqwa. This research is expected to have benefits for the enrichment of the treasury of Islamic knowledge.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan motorik kasar pada siswa SD Negeri 005 Banjar Guntung Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan tes dan angket sebagai instrumennya. Populasi dan Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 1 SD Negeri 005 Banjar Guntung Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi yang berjumlah 21 siswa. Tes yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah Test Gross Motor Development . Teknik analisa data yang digunakan adalah menghitung nilai presentase hasil tes TGMD-2. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diperoleh kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: Hasil Lokomotor peserta didik dengan usia 8-10 tahun hanya berada di penelian rata – rata dengan nilai 763,18% atau berada pada klasifikasi baik dan lainnya berada dibawah rata – rata dan diatas rata – rata.
