Abstract

STIKES Yayasan Rumah Sakit Dr. Soetomo Surabaya adalah perguruan tinggi swasta bidang kesehatan yang terletak di Jl. Karangmenjangan No. 12 Surabaya. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi adalah masalah pembelajaran. Saat ini proses diskusi dalam kelas yang terjadi hanya menghasilkan 20%-25% mahasiswa yang aktif. Dosen dalam menyebarkan bahan ajar masih berjalan secara estafet, sehingga tidak ada dokumentasi. Pengukuran aktifan dosen hanya berdasarkan presensi sehingga hasil penilaian kinerja yang dilakukan tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.Beberapa permasalahan di atas dapat diselesaikan dengan suatu aplikasi pembelajaran berbasis web yang memiliki fungsi (1) forum komunikasi antara mahasiswa dan dosen, (2) hasil evaluasi proses belajar mengajar untuk mengetahui pemahaman mahasiswa, (3) penyimpan materi dari dosen sebagai dokumentasi proses penyebaran bahan ajar, (4) laporan aktifitas dosen, serta (5) laporan nilai mahasiswa.Aplikasi yang dibuat mampu menangani permasalahan yang terjadi sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Berdasarkan uji coba yang dilakukan aplikasi telah berjalan sesuai dengan tujuan yaitu menyimpan dan mendokumentasikan bahan ajar, menyatukan mahasiswa dan dosen melalui forum diskusi, menilai aktifitas mahasiswa dalam berkomentar di forum dan menjawab pertanyaan evaluasi, menghasilkan rekap laporan aktifitas dosen dalam belajar mengajar, menghasilkan laporan detail nilai forum dan evaluasi mahasiswa per pelajaran.Kata Kunci : Aplikasi, Pembelajaran, Aplikasi Pembelajaran

Abstract

 The korean language used as a subject in the level of education high school. The korean language used as a subject nuclei at high school curriculum especially in high school barunawati surabaya class x. Learning the korean language in high school barunawati use book as the tools learning , but as time passes a book regarded less attractive to students .In addition , the students find it difficult to reach standart ketuntasan the value of ( skn ) subjects especially language korea .Based on the background mentioned above , writer design wake up application learning the korean language. With the this application , teachers can give the subject matter and exercises ( quiz) for students at the time outside the school. Application report the quiz to evaluation teachers at the school. In addition , by using this application , students able to read or download the subject matter given by teachers in anywhere and anytime , so that the student learning not only happened in school .In this application system can help the teacher and students to better understand the korean language. A system used to a person or high school students barunawati class x can run well and can help the learning the korean language. Teachers can give matter and training to students to practice outside the school. To advise development application learning is expected to connected with information system academic school as input value exercise or the examination.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build academic administration information system web based at Ta'miriyah senior high school in Surabaya. On this research analysis and design of the system using the method of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model waterfall. This methodology includes a number of phases, namely the stage of system analysis, system design and implementation of the system. The data used in this architecture is data grade X period 2015-2016, an active teacher data, and the data subjects that have been designated by the Administration. The results of this final project is design and build academic administration information system web based that can be used by parents to monitor their children activities in relation to the information school administration. For further development may be suggested to make android-based system as well as the added summary and download report Administration information.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems of the activities of intensive exercises that applied to students of class XII, considering the student will face national exam (UNAS). This activity is done manually using paper, and made within the last 3 months XII class teaching and learning process. In the course of intensive exercises having some problems such as: the lack of time the application of intensive activity exercises, the use of the manual system causes the resulting information is still static and not give actual information, and lack the information needed to monitor the development activities of teacher-intensive exercises. To overcome some of these obstacles, constructed a plan to build learning applications with drill and practice-based methods android, or the so-called D-SMART. D-SMART has a function Deliver exercises, Notification of new matter. In addition to overcoming determine the achievement of performance is D-SMART method produces an output in the form of graphs and details. D-SMART can help the implementation of intensive exercises which have reduced hours class XII student learning. Time intensive exercises with drill and practice methods are becoming increasingly enhanced, the start of class X in order to get the best value when students face national exam (UNAS)

Abstract

At this time, High school 12 Surabaya is one of the favorite High School in West Surabaya area with a level of accreditation with the value of accreditation is 87. With the value of accreditation 87, is still not considered to be maximum by the principal of High school 12 Surabaya because the value of accreditation is still not safe for value accreditation in High school, High school school 12 Surabaya determined to improve the value of academic performance to fit the 8 components of accreditation.To support the plan, needed a system that can give information about the condition of academic performance that occurs this time appropriate with the supporting component in the accreditation assessment. One alternative to solve this problem is build a system that can give the right information in the academic performance to fit 8 components of accreditation. The information displayed in the form of the dashboard, with a variety of formats such as graphs, gauges, charts and indicators which can allow a user to analyze important information

Abstract

On the processing officers are still use microsoft excel for performing calculations customer satisfaction that require a long process in the questionnaire and will have an impact on delays in the construction of the evaluation.On a calculation the questionnaire is only in the average satisfaction users and descriptive analysis.In the process of making final report was late as service representative difficulties in the decision to improve the service.For want of customer services will continue to increase who made the gap between hope users and library service.So based on these problems, then required analysis users application satisfaction library. The application can help raise, store, cultivate all the questionnaire at a time and he knows the gap between hope and the fact that able to improve services properly.Then will be tested validity and reliabilitasnya employing correlation product momment pearson and cronbach alpha.After a questionnaire valid data and it is reliable, then will be calculation using modeling gap analysis. With the application it may help staff of the agency library and chancery east java to analyse satisfaction visitors exact in service of the library.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create applications that can perform the calculation and the conversion of the score of the range 10-100 into E-A automatically table with values already determined in accordance with the rules of the curriculum of 2013. The application can also draw up a blend of various assessments conducted by teachers of subjects, extracurricular teacher and homeroom teachers become student’s final reports. The making of the application, using the methods of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Based on the results of the testing that was done, the application can be run as expected. The application can be developed into an integrated information system to generate more accurate data

Abstract

The develop Design of Web-Based Monitoring Application of the Achievement of Primary School Principals on Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan (LPMP) Jawa Timur use waterfall method., can display the results of the performance of principal report in all eastern Java and an evaluation form on the training if the value of the performance of the principal each competency is not eligible. The trials’ result concludes that the monitoring application of principals achievement is able to display reports the performance of the principal in implementing the six competencies of performance of each town, county, down to the level of the principal itself.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a web-based Company Profile SMA Antartika Sidoarjo. This study uses the Web Development Life Cycle (WDLC). This website has a frame which is divided into three parts: header that contains the logo SMA Antartika Sidoarjo and menus on the website, then the Content that contains company profile, school information, galleries, facilities and new student enrollment. The results of evaluation of the website Company Profile SMA Antartika Sidoarjo shows that website easy to use by the user in managing websites, has features that are useful to find out information about school/new student enrollment and fast in accessing the website. Based on the findings of this study suggested adding E -Learning feature so that business processes and learning that takes place in SMA Antartika Sidoarjo can be better integrated and efficient.

Abstract

PT Sarimelati Kencana is a company that working in the area of food and beverages. Problem in PT Sarimelati Kencana is often error occurred in the calculation of the assessment. In addition, human resources experienced difficulty in recapping all assessment. It was because PT Sarimelati Kencana still uses sheets of form in assessing. In process of determining employees’ training needs, still found inappropriate training with what employees’ needed.The solution offered is making application to assess performance and determine training needs that can produce computerized data and to ease the implementation of assessment and the determination of training needs, the assessment results recommendation and recapitulation which is suitable with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stage involves planning system, systems analysis, designing system, and the implementation of the system.            The result of research showed that application can help the process of performance assessment, training needs determination, and assessment result recapitulation. Keywords : application, performance assessment, training needs
