Abstract

The research aimed to know the clinical supervission management to improve teacher’s professionalism and learning quality. Results of the research showed that: (1) Clinical supervision management to improve teachers professionalism and learning quality was successful. Supervission management in grew continuously and systematically. Supervisors understand and know about clinical supervision properly, help and guidance teachers with aims for learning emendation. (2) Professional competence of teachers which felt needs to understood and well known are competences of professional teachers based on vision and mission in school. The competences mentioned is suitable with school vision and mission based on leadership competence. (3) Supporting factors in the management of clinical supervision include a culture and school management, initiative and transparency of a teacher, and human resources that support, institution staffs and foundation give PKG and FDG socialization, and evaluation activities. (4) Constraints factors in implementation of clinical supervision management are: erroneous paradigms about clinical supervision (supervision is still looked and understood as an assessment for a teacher performance), time for teaching is demanding schedule, there are unnatural situation and action in the class, there are some teachers don’t have openhanded when under strict, there are psychology constraint, and achievable of usingtechnology based on IT.

Abstract

The research aimed to know the clinical supervission management to improve teacher’s professionalism in Senior High School of Kolese De Britto Yogyakarta.This research was conducted in Senior High School of Kolese De Britto Yogyakarta. The collecting data method were interview, observation and documentation. The informan in this research were principal, teachers and supervisor. The data validity were done by triangulation techniques. The data were analyzed by interactive analysis model.Results of the research showed that: (1) Clinical supervision management to improve teachers professionalism in Senior High School of Kolese De Britto Yogyakarta was successful. Supervission management in grew continuously and systematically. Supervisors understand and know about clinical supervision properly, help and guidance teachers with aims for learning emendation. (2) Professional competence of teachers which felt needs to understood and well known at Senior High School Kolese De Britto are competences of professional teachers based on vision and mission in school. Abstract

Penanaman nilai budaya lokal dalam ritual adat Tama Umma Kalada untuk membangun sikap moderasi beragama mengalami pergeseran makna. Faktor penyebab adalah era globalisasi. Perkembangan IPTEK dan minimnya pemaknaan terhadap budaya turut merubah cara pandang masyarakat Wewewa. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui nilai budaya lokal yang ditanamkan dalam ritual adat Tama Umma Kalada untuk membangun sikap moderasi beragama. Metode yang dipakai adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penanaman nilai budaya dalam ritual adat Tama Umma Kalada yakni masyarakat masih menghidupi dan memegang erat nilai-nilai budaya seperti nilai ketaatan, solidaritas, nilai persatuan, nilai gotong royong, nilai kerja keras, nilai religius, dan toleransi serta penghormatan terhadap leluhur. The inculcation of local cultural values ​​in the traditional ritual of Tama Umma Kalada to build an attitude of religious moderation has experienced a shift in meaning. The causative factor is the era of globalization. The development of science and technology and the lack of meaning for culture have also changed the perspective of the Wewewa community. The purpose of the study was to find out the local cultural values ​​embedded in the traditional Tama Umma Kalada ritual to build an attitude of religious moderation. The method used is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection technique is interview. The data analysis technique used is data triangulation. The results showed that the inculcation of cultural values ​​in the Tama Umma Kalada traditional ritual, that is, the community still lives and holds tightly to cultural values ​​such as the value of obedience, solidarity, the value of unity, the value of gotong royong, the value of hard work, religious values, and tolerance and respect for ancestors.

Abstract

Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk memberdayakan guru namun hasilnya belum memuaskan. Kajian ini bertujuan menganalisis masalah pemberdayaan guru melalui KKG dan merumuskan rekomendasi yang bisa ditindaklanjuti oleh pengambil kebijakan. Kajian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan menganalisis data dari berbagai literatur, terutama artikel yang dipublikasi di jurnal ilmiah. Data kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan tematik. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa rendahnya kinerja guru disebabkan ketidakmampuan guru memecahkan masalah pembelajaran dan beradaptasi dengan perubahan. Masalah tersebut berasal dari ketidakmampuan guru melakukan refleksi terhadap praktik pembelajaran. Solusi permasalahan tersebut adalah kemampuan belajar guru, yang mewujud dalam kapasitas guru untuk melakukan unlearn dan relearn. KKG sebagai wadah pemberdayaan guru perlu dirancang dan dikembangkan sebagai komunitas belajar yang di dalamnya guru dibiasakan dan diberi ruang untuk melakukan refleksi terhadap praktik pembelajaran yang dilakukannya, secara bersama merancang, menguji coba, dan mengevaluasi solusi pembelajaran. Hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam mengembangkan KKG sebagai komunitas belajar adalah budaya dialog reflektif dan kolaborasi aktif dengan didasari oleh semangat kebersamaan, keterbukaan, saling percaya, dan kepedulian. Selain itu, KKG sebagai komunitas belajar perlu melibatkan guru lebih banyak dalam proses perencanaan sehingga program KKG lebih relevan dengan masalah dan kebutuhan guru.

Abstract

Fenomena konflik intoleransi banyak mewarnai kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia akhir-akhir ini tidak terkecuali dalam dunia pendidikan. Perbedaan seringkali dijadikan sebagai sumber lahirnya konflik di tingkat internal maupun eksternal setiap individu yang berinteraksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui bentuk interaksi mahasiswa Katolik dan Muslim di kampus STKIP Weetebula. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Katolik dan mahasiswa Muslim yang sedang mengenyam pendidikan di kampus STKIP Weetebula. Validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1). Pola interaksi yang dibangun oleh mahasiswa beragama Katolik dan mahasiswa Muslim berdasarkan pola interaksi asosiatif. Artinya mahasiswa yang satu memberi dampak positif terhadap eksistensi mahasiswa lain dalam keseluruhan proses interaksi yang dibangun. (2). Interaksi yang dibangun oleh mahasiswa Katolik dan Muslim tidak menghilangkan identitas mereka. Pola interaksi yang dibangun melalui relasi yang ada justru berdampak positif dan mereka semakin mengenal identitas masing-masing secara lebih baik. (3). Dalam era digitalisasi ini mahasiswa mampu menerobos ke dalam berbagai ruang dan waktu. Ruang yang disediakan melalui media sosial mampu memberikan kontribusi besar dalam interaksi di antara mahasiswa. (4) Faktor-faktor pendukung dalam interaksi ini yakni relasi dibangun tidak didasarkan pada apriori, relasi dibangun atas dasar keterbukaan, dan faktor kedekatan budaya dan hubungan darah. (5) Faktor-faktor penghambat dalam membangun interaksi yaitu adanya keterbatasan waktu untuk membangun relasi yang berkelanjutan dari waktu ke waktu sehingga berdampak pada minimnya informasi tentang hal di luar diri mereka. Hal lain yakni tingkat pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang ilmu keagamaan dari masing-masing mahasiswa. Pengetahuan tentang simbol, hari raya, jam doa seringkali membuat mereka salah paham. Pengetahuan tentang waktu-waktu ibadah sholat bagi teman-teman beragama Muslim juga dapat mempengaruhi interaksi mereka. Keywords: Social Interaction, Interaksi Asosiatif.

Abstract

Human development as a whole is the basis in the educational process and is the responsibility of the government, in reality there are still school-age children who do not receive attention. This study aims to determine the role of Umma Pande as an educational space in building human resources on Sumba Island. The method used is a qualitative research method. The results showed that: theeducation carried out by Umma Pande was directed at building independence and responsibility., Thereare various kinds of limitations of school-age children, children of migrant workers and society as a whole, including: infrastructure, learning facilities, access to educational institutions, social, economic and cultural problems., Assistance is carried out to improve children s literacy and numeracy skills., A culture-based approach and local wisdom is the key to success in providing assistance and other activities in Umma Pande such as advocacy, health services and social services. Building community independence is a great hope for the presence of Umma Pande.

Abstract

“Efektivitas Pola Pembentukan Sikap Spiritual Melalui Pendidikan Agama Katolik pada Siswa-Siswi Kelas V SDK Wee Lima Kecamatan Wewewa Timur”. Skripsi, Tambolaka: Program Studi Pendidikan Keagamaan Katolik, Sekolah Tinggi Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Weetebula. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model, pendekatan atau cara pembentukan karakter disiplin dan tanggung jawab siswa melalui mata pelajaran Agama Katolik di kelas V SDK Wee Lima Kecamatan Wewewa Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dangan pendekatan diskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembentukan sikap spiritual siswa selalu diberikan dan dibentuk oleh para guru di SDK Wee Lima baik dalam jam pelajaran maupun di luar jam pelajara, dikarenakan pembentukan sikap spiritual siswa sangat penting di masa perkembangan beranjak dewasa. Kemudian sebelum sikap spiritual siswa dibentuk, guru terlebih dahulu memberikan contoh kepada siswa berkaitan dengan pola pembiasaan. Misalnya: Membiasakan diri untuk berdoa, rajin masuk gereja, dan mengikuti berbagai kegiatan rohani. Jika terdapat siswa yang melanggar biasanya sekolah memberikan sanksi yang bertujuan untuk memberikan efek jera kepada siswa tersebut namun tidak melanggar norma pendidikan agama tetapi memberikan contoh didikan yang baik.

Abstract

Purpose - Universities are unique institutions that require different leadership styles to achieve their goals. Therefore, this research examines the effect of transformational, servant, and spiritual leadership on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of lecturers.  Methodology - The research adopted a quantitative approach, using a questionnaire with a Likert scale to collect data. Purposive sampling was utilized to obtain 120 participants. The SEM-PLS analysis was employed to test the research hypothesis.    Findings - The results showed that transformational leadership did not have a significant impact on OCB. Meanwhile, both servant and spiritual leadership had a positive effect on OCB. Among the three leadership styles, spiritual leadership was effective in universities, specifically in developing organizational behavior. Originality - Previous research on leadership in educational institutions only focuses on one or a few leadership styles. The current research is unique because it examines the influence of three leadership styles on OCB in universities. The variables in the proposed model are new constructs that necessitate further investigation in order to gain a better understanding of their relationship with OCB.

Abstract

Education is the most important factor in determining the quality of human resources and the progress of a nation. The educational process is able to give birth to creative, innovative ideas in the dynamics of current developments. In the education process, curriculum development becomes one of the instruments to improve the quality of education. With this research, it is hoped that students will be able to improve their critical reasoning skills using the Multimedia-Assisted Discovery Learning Model. Apart from that, it is hoped that students can combine daily life in dealing with suffering with the tribulations experienced by Jesus so that they can apply Jesus' example in their daily life. The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research which includes planning, implementation, observation and reflection. In this research, it was found that students' critical reasoning skills can be improved through multimedia prepared by teachers, making the learning process and understanding of the material easier. Multimedia assistance can also increase concentration during learning because it is more interesting

Abstract

This research is aimed to improve the teaching learning process and learning outcomes of Catholic Religious Education and Characters through the Problem Based Learning model. This research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of the research were the tenth students of the seventh grade of SMP Negeri 4 Satu Atap STTU Julu academic year of 2024/2025. The data analysis technique is descriptive analysis consisting of students’ affective learning outcomes data and students’ cognitive learning outcomes data through observation and written tests. The research was conducted in two cycles. The result of the research shows that the percentage of the students’ completeness has increased in each cylce which is 60% to 80%, and the degree of students’ participation in the learning process has increased from 50% to 80%. It can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model improves the learning outcomes in Catholic Religious Education and Characters of the seventh grade students in SMP Negeri 4 Satu Atap STTU Julu in the topic of I have Ability and Inability.
