Abstract

The goals of this study are threefold: first, to assist in the creation of the media "Si Datu" for use in the Science Lesson "Parts of Plants" in Fourth Grade Elementary School; second, to assess the media's usefulness in this context; and third, to collect feedback from both teachers and students on this topic. This study employs a method of research and development (R&D) that is often used in the manufacturing and validation of various goods. Analyse, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate is the acronym for the ADDIE approach that this research follows. The study on the media "Si Datu" in the Science Lesson Topic "Parts of Plants" Grade IV that was produced yielded valid findings with an average validation percentage of 98% from media specialists. As compared to the 93% achieved by the subject matter expert. Further, 86% of fourth grade instructors and 98% of fourth graders responded to the survey. The study findings indicate that the creation of the "Si Datu" learning medium falls under the "Very Appropriate" category and is suitable for use in the classroom. Abstract

The background that prompted this research was that the learning discipline of class V students at SD Negeri 01 Limbangan Kersana, Brebes Regency, was still relatively low. There are still students who come in late either during the first period of class or after the break and there are many textbooks that have been deliberately left in desk drawers, they are dressed sloppy and most of them are still improving their study discipline when they are about to take tests or exams that they will face. The type of research used by researchers is a qualitative method with the approach that will be taken is a qualitative approach. This research method approach uses a type of descriptive research approach that attempts to describe a symptom, an event that occurs when the researcher makes observations at the place to be studied. The results of the analysis of the implementation of learning discipline at SD Negeri 01 Limbangan Kersana Brebes have not been implemented well. There are still students who come late to school when learning first starts and after the break so that students' enthusiasm for learning is running low. The factors that influence the learning skills possessed by students are the differences in character possessed by students. The differences in character possessed by students mean that teachers must be able to apply or use different approach methods with students so that students can improve their learning discipline. The punishments given by teachers to students who violate them include watering the plants, cleaning the school environment and writing a statement so that they don't do it again.

Abstract

Mutiara Gita Saputri, S.Pd. 2024. Peningkatan Minat Dan Hasil Belajar Pendidikan Pancasila Kelas VI Melalui Model Pembelajaran PBL Berbantuan Media Puzzle di SDN Sarirejo Semarang. PTK, Jurusan PPG PraJabatan, Fakultas Pasca Sarjana, Universitas PGRI Semarang, Dosen Pengampu: Veryliana Purnamasari, M.Pd., Guru Pamong Ri’ah Nurhayati, M.Pd. Hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VI pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila yang mencapai KKM hanya sebesar 16 peserta didik. Dikarenakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, guru belum maksimal dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran dan dominan menggunakan metode konvensional, serta penugasan dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal tersebut membuat peserta didik tidak aktif dan kurang bersemangat atau antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran serta mengurangi fokus peserta didik untuk menyerap materi pembelajaran yang dapat mengakibatkan hasil belajar peserta didik rendah. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VI pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila melalui model Problem Based Learning berbantuan media puzzle. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang terdiri dari 4 tahap yaitu tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VI sebanyak 28 peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan media puzzle mengalami peningkatan yaitu pada siklus I sebesar 74,0%, siklus II mengalami peningkatan menjadi 100% dengan nilai KKM sebesar 75 pada semua siklus. Kata kunci: Hasil Belajar, Pendidikan Pancasila, PBL, Media Puzzle.

Abstract

The problem in this study is the low student activeness caused by the lack of use of educational learning media, so that students' ability to solve problems, especially in the material of mathematical sentences and calculations is less developed. This study aims to develop educational learning media based on Smart Apps Creator in the form of android applications on the material of mathematical sentences and calculations that are valid, practical, and effective for use by IVA grade students. The research method used is research and development with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects consisted of teachers and students of class IV A. The validation results showed that this media had a high level of validity, with a score of 93% from material experts and 98% from media experts. The practicality of the media was obtained from teacher responses of 94% and student responses of 88.4%. The implementation of this educational game media improves students' problem solving skills with an N-Gain value of 88.25%, which is included in the effective category. Thus, eduaction game media can be used as an alternative learning media in elementary schools
