Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Wage System, Work Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction in the study on CV. Asa Putra Promosindo Purworejo. This research method uses descriptive quantitative and primary data using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees who worked at Cv. Asa Putra Promosindo Purworejo, totaling 130 employees. The sampling technique in this research is simple random sampling. Data was obtained by distributing a list of questionnaire questions to 99 respondents. The data source of this research is primary data. Test the quality of the data using the Validity Test, Reliability Test, and Classical Assumption Test. The data analysis technique in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, t-Statistical Test, F-Statistical Test, and Coefficient of Determination (Adjust R2). The partial test results in this study indicate that the Wage System, Work Motivation and Work Environment Variables have a positive effect on Employee Job Satisfaction Cv. Asa Putra Promosindo. While the results simultaneously also show that the Wage System, Work Motivation and Work Environment together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction Cv. Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of employee engagement, perceived organizational support, and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Dino Jaya Karya. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire media with the Likert method. The population in this study were 80 permanent employees of PT. Dino Jaya Karya. The sampling technique used is using a saturated sample (total sampling). The total sampling obtained is as many as 80 employees from PT. Dino Jaya Karya. The t test shows that the employee engagement variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) with a value of 0.000, the perceived organizational support variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance ( Y) with a value of 0.000, and the motivation variable (X3 has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variable (y) with a value of 0.004. In the F test results employee engagement, perceived organizational support, and motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance as indicated by a significance value of 0.000. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and work discipline on employee job satisfaction. This study uses quantitative descriptive research methods. The population taken is the staff of KSPCU Dharma Prima Kita, the sampling method used is non-probability sampling, and the method used is saturated sampling (census). The sample consisted of 40 respondents from KSP CU Dharma Prima Kita. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive test, multiple regression test, t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous) were used to prove and analyze the research results. The results showed that 1) leadership style had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. 3) Work discipline has a positive and important effect on the quality of job satisfaction. 4) Management style, organizational culture, and work discipline also have a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini merupakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja, stres kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. WIKA-WG KSO Proyek Pembangunan Gedung SGLC & ERIC. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data primer diperoleh dari kuesioner dengan 46 responden dengan terknik sampel jenuh. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t (parsial), uji F (simultan), dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, serta beban kerja, stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work environment, compensation and work stress on employee loyalt. This type of research used is quantitative research. This study uses the census method, which takes all the population as research respondents. The number of respondents is 55 people and the results of the analysis using SPSS Version 23. Based on the results of the analysis on the data, it can be concluded that the work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on the employee loyalty variable, the work environment plays an important role in the quality of employee loyalty (1) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, the importance of compensation is as follows: one indicator of job satisfaction (2) Work stress has no significant effect on employee loyalty, work stress is something that often happens in a workplace and stress is a process of one's thoughts, emotions and physical condition. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction and commitment on employee performance as well as the influence of the work environment in memorizing the relationship between job satisfaction and commitment to the performance of the Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sleman employee. The population and samples used in this study were all employees of the Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sleman who opened 60 employees using the saturated sample method. The data collection method used in this study is by using a questionnaire distribution. Analysis of the data used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS 3.3.7 application through three stages of testing, namely: evaluation of the measurement model (outer model), evaluation of the structural model (inner model) and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment variables on the performance of the Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Sleman employees. The work environment cannot moderate the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance and the work environment can moderate the relationship between organizational commitment to employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to analyze Pay Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction’s Level of Influence as a Mediator of the Reliationship Between Organizational Justice and Turnover Intention at Yogyakarta Industry and Trade Office. The population and sample in this study is 50 Respondent using saturated sampling technique. Data collected utilizing a questionnaire. The result showed that organizational justice has positive significant effect on pay satisfaction and job satisfaction, while organizational justice, pay satisfaction, dan job satisfaction has negative signification effect on turnover intention. The result from sobel test showed that pay satisfaction and job satisfaction unable to mediate the influence of organizational justice on turnover intention at Yogyakarta Industry and Trade office.
