Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of employee engagement, perceived organizational support, and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Dino Jaya Karya. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire media with the Likert method. The population in this study were 80 permanent employees of PT. Dino Jaya Karya. The sampling technique used is using a saturated sample (total sampling). The total sampling obtained is as many as 80 employees from PT. Dino Jaya Karya. The t test shows that the employee engagement variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) with a value of 0.000, the perceived organizational support variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance ( Y) with a value of 0.000, and the motivation variable (X3 has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variable (y) with a value of 0.004. In the F test results employee engagement, perceived organizational support, and motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance as indicated by a significance value of 0.000. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of the work environment, coordination, and work culture on the effectiveness of employees' work in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic at the Yogyakarta Special Region of Youth and Sports Education. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample of 95 respondents. Based on the multiple linear analysis method, it was found that the work environment has no significant effect on work effectiveness because the t-count value is 1.577 < 1.986, the decision shows that the work environment is not always importantto improve the quality of employee performance. Coordination has a positive effect on work effectiveness with a t value of 2.807 > 1.986. Work culture has a positive effect on the effectiveness of employees' work as evidenced by the t value of 5.988 > 1.986. Simultaneously work environment, coordination, and work culture have a significant positive effect on employee work effectiveness with Fcount of 81.861 > 0.020.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of competence and work ethic on work performance with motivation as a moderating variable. In this study using a population of all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko with a total of 70 respondents, the sampling technique used saturated sampling with questionnaires which were distributed to all employees of PT. Sapta Sentosa Jaya Abadi Muko-Muko. This research is a quantitative research. Data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the work ethic variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance, the motivation variable can moderate competence on work performance, The motivation variable cannot moderate work ethic on work performance Keywords: Motivation, Competence, Work Ethic, Work Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Pay Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction’s Level of Influence as a Mediator of the Reliationship Between Organizational Justice and Turnover Intention at Yogyakarta Industry and Trade Office. The population and sample in this study is 50 Respondent using saturated sampling technique. Data collected utilizing a questionnaire. The result showed that organizational justice has positive significant effect on pay satisfaction and job satisfaction, while organizational justice, pay satisfaction, dan job satisfaction has negative signification effect on turnover intention. The result from sobel test showed that pay satisfaction and job satisfaction unable to mediate the influence of organizational justice on turnover intention at Yogyakarta Industry and Trade office.

Abstract

This research that I research focuses on knowing the influence of the role of human capital and social intelligence and leadership on innovation performance. The aim is to evaluate that a role for human capital, social intelligence and leadership is needed in the company. The population used in this study also came from the Sumber Mataram Makmur Company which is located in the city of Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative, with the method used is non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and the research hypothesis test. So as to obtain research results that prove that the role of human capital has a positive effect on innovation performance, social intelligence variables have a positive and significant influence on innovation performance, and leadership has no effect on innovation performance, and the role variables of human capital, social intelligence, and leadership have a positive effect on innovation performance. simultaneous influence on innovation performance. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work safety, work motivation, and also work discipline on employee performance at PT Gunung Pelawan Lestari Bangka. The research method uses quantitative. The population in this study were 389 people who are employees at PT Gunung Pelawan Lestari Bangka. The sample used in this study were 100 employees. The sampling technique is based on 5 times the number of indicators used. The tests used in this research are validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study state that the variables of work safety and work motivation partially have no significant effect on employee performance but have a positive effect on employee performance, for work discipline variables partially have a significant but negative effect on employee performance. The simultaneous test states that the variables of work safety, work motivation, and work discipline together have a significant effect on the performance of PT Gunung Pelawan Lestari Bangka employees. Abstract

This research to examine the influence of leadership, organizational culture and compensation on the performance of civil servants in the UPTD for cleanliness, waste and landscaping at the Environmental Service Office of Bantul Regency. This research is quantitative with non-probability sampling method and sampling technique using saturated sampling, which is taking 100% of the population in the civil servants of the UPTD for cleanliness, waste and landscaping at the Bantul district environmental office as many as 57 respondents. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. The data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Version 25 application. The results of this study indicate that the leadership variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.000. Then the organizational culture variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.025. In addition, the compensation variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.005. As well as leadership variables (X1), organizational culture (X2) and compensation (X3) together has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a value of 0.000. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of compensation, work environment, occupational safety and health and servant leadership on job satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative with a population of 55 respondents. Data collection techniques sing questionnaires, to analyze data using data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis. The results of the research prove that compensation has a significant positive effect job satisfaction, the work environment has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, occupational safety and health has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and service leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, job training, leadership roles, and learning orientation on the performance of PT Daffa Jaya Utama employees. The research method uses quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT Daffa Jaya Utama as many as 50 employees. The sample used in this study were all 50 employees. The tests used in this research are validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the variables of work motivation and leadership roles partially had no significant effect on employee performance, for job training and learning orientation variables partially had a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of workload, burnout, and work conflict partially on the work stress of employees. The population in this study were employees of PT DM Baru Retailindo, precisely at the DM Baru 6 Bantul branch. Data was collected through a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS software application version 25.0. Based on the results of research tests found, namely: (1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress. (2) Burnout has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress. (3) Work Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress. (4) Workload, Burnout, and Work Conflict have a positive and significant effect on Employee Work Stress. Keywords: Workload, Burnout, Work Conflict, Employee Work Stress.
