Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of work environment, compensation, and organizational culture on employee loyalty. Both the work environment, compensation, and organizational culture can be a major factor in the occurrence of employee loyalty in a company. The population in the study amounted to 50 people who are all employees of PT. Antar Lintas Sumatera, Yogyakarta area. Saturated sample was used as a sampling technique in this study, where a questionnaire (questionnaire) was used as a data collection technique. This research uses reliability test and validity test as instrument test. This study uses descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test as data analysis techniques. The t-test and f-test were used in this study as a test of linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that employee loyalty is positively and significantly influenced by compensation and work environment, while employee loyalty at PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the effect of work motivation on work productivity (2) The effect of work discipline on work productivity. (3) the influence of the work environment on work productivity. (4) the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on work productivity. The population in the study were all employees of the Gunungkidul Regency Population and Civil Registration Office, totaling 66 people. All employees are taken data or census using a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis methods used in this study are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regression test with the IBM SPSS Version 26 tool program. The data analysis was carried out to identify independent variables that affect the dependent variable. The results of the study found that (1) work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on work productivity. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. (3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. (4) work motivation, work discipline and work environment together have a significant positive effect on work productivity. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work safety, work motivation, and also work discipline on employee performance at PT Gunung Pelawan Lestari Bangka. The research method uses quantitative. The population in this study were 389 people who are employees at PT Gunung Pelawan Lestari Bangka. The sample used in this study were 100 employees. The sampling technique is based on 5 times the number of indicators used. The tests used in this research are validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study state that the variables of work safety and work motivation partially have no significant effect on employee performance but have a positive effect on employee performance, for work discipline variables partially have a significant but negative effect on employee performance. The simultaneous test states that the variables of work safety, work motivation, and work discipline together have a significant effect on the performance of PT Gunung Pelawan Lestari Bangka employees. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, job training, leadership roles, and learning orientation on the performance of PT Daffa Jaya Utama employees. The research method uses quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT Daffa Jaya Utama as many as 50 employees. The sample used in this study were all 50 employees. The tests used in this research are validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous test, and coefficient of determination test. The results showed that the variables of work motivation and leadership roles partially had no significant effect on employee performance, for job training and learning orientation variables partially had a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of work motivation, training, leadership roles, and learning orientation have a positive and significant impact on millennial children's investment interest Keywords: work motivation, job training, leadership roles, learning orientation, employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, work environment and compensation on the performance of Kspps BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul employees. This research is a quantitative type research. The population in this study were Kspps BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul employees. The sample in this study were all employees of the Kspps BMT Dana Insani Gunungkidul using a saturated sampling technique so that the total sample was 50 employees. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance, the work environment has an insignificant negative effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance and motivation, work environment, and compensation have an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of job knowledge on job satisfaction of sanggar jumputan maharani employees , 2) the influence of motivation on job satisfaction of employees of sanggar jumputan maharani and 3) the influence of job knowledge and motivation on job satisfaction of sanggar jumputan maharani employees.The population of this study was 30 permanent employees of the sanggar jumputan maharani yogyakarta. The number of Samples used was 30 respondents of permanent employees of the sanggar jumputan maharani celeban yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The data was analyzed by using IBM SPSS Version 25 applications. The results of this study show that the variability of job knowledge (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a value of 5,722. Then the variable motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a value of 6,146. The variables Job knowledge (X1) and motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a value of 0.624. So it can be concluded that all variables in this study have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Job knowledge, Motivation, Employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine work motivation, work environment, and work stress on employee job satisfaction. This research method uses a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees working at the East Flores Regency Industry and Trade Office, totalling 50 employees. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sampling. The data source of this research is primary data. Test the quality of the data using validity test, reliability test. and Classical Assumption Test. The data analysis technique in this study used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Statistical Test T, Statistical Test F. The research finding are simultaneously the variables of work motivation, work environment, and work stress have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work ethic, work climate, and work motivation on employee performance. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool and multiple linear regression as a data analysis tool. The research sample is 50 with saturated sampling technique. The findings of the research are stimulants that the independent variables, namely, work ethic, work climate and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely work performance.
