Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) the effect of job knowledge on job satisfaction of sanggar jumputan maharani employees , 2) the influence of motivation on job satisfaction of employees of sanggar jumputan maharani and 3) the influence of job knowledge and motivation on job satisfaction of sanggar jumputan maharani employees.The population of this study was 30 permanent employees of the sanggar jumputan maharani yogyakarta. The number of Samples used was 30 respondents of permanent employees of the sanggar jumputan maharani celeban yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is the probability sampling technique. The data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The data was analyzed by using IBM SPSS Version 25 applications. The results of this study show that the variability of job knowledge (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a value of 5,722. Then the variable motivation (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a value of 6,146. The variables Job knowledge (X1) and motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction (Y) with a value of 0.624. So it can be concluded that all variables in this study have a positive influence on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Job knowledge, Motivation, Employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of organizational culture, internship programs, and online training on the readiness of prospective workers. This research will be conducted at the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa on students who follow the organization. This study is a quantitative study and primary data were taken using questionnaires in nonprobability sampling census on 35 respondents. The Data was collected through google Forms, then processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that culture has a significant effect on the readiness of prospective workers. As for the internship program and online training has no influence on the readiness of job candidates. The results of this study are expected to be able to prepare students to become prospective workers who are ready to plunge in the world of work.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of dynamic ambidexterity in the effectiveness of leadership and organizational support for problem solving in the home industry of Mr. Sukir Wedoro Village. This research method uses quantitative methods. The population in the study was about 40 employees located in Wedoro, East Java. In this study, using primary data by distributing questionnaires to each employee in the home industry. For data testing carried out using validity tests, reliability tests, respondent characteristics, normality tests, multicholinearity tests, heterochedasticity tests, linear regression analysis, hypothesis test (Partial Test, Simultaneous Test), and coefficient of determination. The data were processed using multiple linear regression analysis after testing for validity and reliability. (1) Leadership Effectiveness has no positive and significant effect on Problem Solving, (2) Dynamic Ambidexterity has a positive and significant effect on Problem Solving, (3) Organizational Support has a positive and significant effect on Problem Solving. This research contributes to understanding the Role of Dynamic Ambidexterity In Leadership Effectiveness And Organizational Support Towards Problem Solving. Based on the results of the analysis, not all variables have a positive and significant effect except for the Leadership Effectiveness variable does not have a positive and significant effect on Problem Solving. In addition to the Leadership Effectiveness variable, other variables such as the Dynamic Ambidexterity variable and the Organizational Support variable have a positive and significant effect. This research was only conducted in Mr. Sukir's industrial home in Wedoro village. Therefore, the collected data has a low normal level value.
