Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Customer Review and Customer Rating on Product Purchase Decisions on Shopee at the Jims Honey Indonesia Online Store. This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires via google form. The information examination technique used in this study is PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of Smart PLS 4.0 software. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that customer ratings have a significant influence on Purchase Decisions, as the second hypothesis is accepted. This shows that customer assessments can be an important factor in influencing consumers to make purchases. However, the test results also show that Customer Reviews do not have a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, so the first hypothesis is rejected. Thus, the review factor in the context of this study does not directly influence Purchase Decisions.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in the Indonesian economy, including in Serdang Bedagai Regency, making this sector a key driver of local economic growth. However, most female MSMEs still face challenges in financial literacy, particularly in cash flow recording, capital management, and financing decision-making. This study aims to develop a Green Economy-based Digital Microfinance conceptual model designed to improve financial literacy and strengthen access to capital for female MSMEs in rural areas. The method used is Research and Development (R&D), which includes problem identification, literature review, model design, and limited trials. The results show that the developed model combines three main components: (i) microfinance literacy, which improves transaction recording skills by up to 30% with an average increase in literacy scores of 22%; (ii) integration of green economy principles, which encourages 65% of business actors to consider resource efficiency and environmental sustainability practices; and (iii) a mobile learning approach, which was positively appreciated by 88% of respondents because it provides flexible access and accelerates material understanding. Overall, this model has proven relevant in addressing the financial literacy needs of women-led MSMEs in rural areas, while also offering a new direction in empowering micro-enterprises oriented toward sustainability.

Abstract

The Kelurahan Cantik (Love Statistics Urban Village) Program is an initiative of the Central Statistics Agency (Badan Pusat Statistik/BPS) aimed at enhancing the capacity of urban village officials in managing statistical data as a foundation for evidence-based development planning and policymaking. At the same time, the relatively low levels of financial and investment literacy among the community remain significant challenges that require continuous educational efforts. Therefore, this Community Service Program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PKM) was conducted to improve the statistical literacy of urban village officials and enhance public understanding of financial and investment literacy through collaboration among STIE Bina Karya, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Tebing Tinggi City, and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The program was implemented on July 14, 2026, at the Padang Hulu District Office Hall, Tebing Tinggi City, involving district officials, urban village officials, statistical agents, Statistics Corner (Pojok Statistik) ambassadors, and community representatives from Pabatu, Padang Merbau, and Tualang Urban Villages. The implementation methods included preparation, socialization, lectures, technical training, mentoring, statistical data presentation practices, interactive discussions, and activity evaluation. The results demonstrated that participants gained a better understanding of statistical data management and presentation techniques, recognized the importance of utilizing data as a basis for development planning, and improved their knowledge of the capital market, legal investment instruments, investment benefits, and investment risks. Overall, the program successfully strengthened collaboration among higher education institutions, government agencies, and financial institutions in promoting data-driven community empowerment.
