Abstract

Yogyakarta International Airport is an international airport built in Temon District, Kulon Progo Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. There are five villages affected by the construction of Yogyakarta International Airport, namely Glagah, Sindutan, Palihan, Kebonrejo, and Jangkaran. This research aims to find out the economic impact on the community due to the construction of Yogyakarta International Airport and the efforts of the community in dealing with the impact caused. This research uses qualitative methods. The data for this study was obtained from interviews conducted with several villagers affected by the construction of Yogyakarta International Airport, the Deputy Head of Trade and Industry Office Kulon Progo, the Palihan Village Head, and the Head of Jangkaran Village. This research was conducted in the Temon District in October 2021. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the Yogyakarta international airport has an impact on the economy of the surrounding community, with some differences of opinion about the economic changes felt by affected residents. Some of the factors that cause differences in economic change in society are employment and the utilization of business opportunities. Abstract

The role of airports in the transportation network has a very important function in the transportation system. When viewed from an economic point of view, the role of airports in the transportation system uses suppliers (providers of goods), manufactures and consumers so as to create a pattern that is productive and efficient and is a major factor in economic development. PT. Angkasa Pura I Adi Soemarmo Surakarta has a goal that can support improving the quality and quality of airport services, one of which is to become a commercial airport that is able to provide airport services, in accordance with established international standards and is able to meet the needs of service users. This study aims to determine the application of the safety management system of AMC officers in dealing with wild life hazard management in the airside area of Adi Soemarmo Airport, Surakarta. Knowing solutions that can be applied to problems regarding wildlife hazard management and handling wild animals in the airside area of Adi Soemarmo Airport, Surakarta. The researcher used triangulation technique as a technique to check the validity of the data. According to Sugiyono (2019) in data collection techniques, triangulation is defined as a data collection technique that combines various data collection techniques and existing data sources. Based on the results of research conducted at Adi Soemarmo Airport, Surakarta regarding the analysis of the safety management system of AMC officers in dealing with the dangers of wild animals that have been carried out by AMC officers in the airside area, it is in accordance with procedures and carried out carefully, this is evidenced by the results of their work and efforts in handling wild animals that interfere with the activities of workers in the airside area.

Abstract

AbstrakProtokol Kesehatan adalah kegiatan yang berkaitan dengan aturan dalam suatu acara yang meliputi penataan tempat dan jalannya kegiatan sesuai dengan kaidah kesehatan dalam menghadapi pandemi Covid-19 untuk mencegah terjadi penularan. Keputusan calon pemakai jasa adalah sesuatu yang penting bagi pengguna jasa dan perusahaan pengelola serta penyedia jasa transportasi udara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan Terhadap Keputusan Calon Pemakai Jasa Transportasi Udara dan Seberapa Besar Pengaruh Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan Terhadap Keputusan Calon Pemakai Jasa Transportasi Udara. Penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei, uji instrumen dan penyebaran angket, penelitian dilakukan selama dua minggu pada tanggal 8 Oktober 2021 sampai 22 Oktober 2021 dan mendapatkan jumlah responden sebesar 100 orang. Analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dikerjakan menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan program SPSS 23. Hasil analisis menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel penerapan protokol kesehatan memperoleh hasil t hitung sebesar 10,632 > t tabel 1,98447. Nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 berarti Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Calon Pemakai Jasa Transportasi dengan nilai pengaruh sebesar 53,6%, maka hipotesis H1 diterima dan 46,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Oleh sebab itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat cenderung mempertimbangkan penerapan protokol kesehatan sebelum menentukan keputusan pemakai jasa bandar udara.Kata Kunci: Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan, Keputusan Pemakai Jasa AbstractHealth protocol is an activity related to the rules in an event which includes the arrangement of the place and the course of activities in accordance with the rules of health in the face of Pandemi Covid-19 to prevent transmission. The decision of prospective service users is something important for service users and management companies and air transportation service providers. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the application of the health protocol on the decision of prospective air transportation service users and how much influence the application of the health protocol on the decision of prospective air transportation service users. This research is quantitative. The method used is a survey, instrument test and distribution of questionnaires, the study was conducted for two weeks on October 8, 2021 to 22 October 2021 and received 100 respondents. Data analysis and hypothesis testing are carried out using simple linear regression analysis, t test and the coefficient of determination test with the SPSS 23 program. The results of the analysis using the partial test (T test) The variable application of the health protocol obtains the T count results of 10.632> T Table 1,98447. The significance value of 0,000 <0.05 means that the application of the health protocol partially affects the decision of prospective transportation service users with an influence value of 53.6%, the H1 hypothesis is accepted and 46.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Therefore it can be concluded that the community tends to consider the application of health protocols before determining the decision of airport service users.Keywords: Implementation of Health protocol, Decision of Service Users

Abstract

AbstrakAviation Security (Avsec) merupakan personil keamanan yang bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan. Aviation security adalah unit yang menjaga keamanan seluruh wilayah Bandar udara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengenalisa efektivitas petugas Aviation Security terhadap keamanan pada Bandar udara Sultan Babullah, Ternate. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data skunder. Data primer dalam penelitian ini meliputi hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan petugas unit Aviation Security pada Bandar Udara Sultan babullah, Ternate. Sedangkan data sekunder meliputi hasil dokumentasi dari beberapa gambar kegiatan petugas unit Aviation Security dan juga dokumentasi Standart Operation Procedure dari unit Aviation Security. Setelah semua data telah dikumpulkan dari sumber data yang berbeda selanjutnya akan dilakukan analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dapat disampaikan bahwa petugas Aviation Security mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam melakukan penyaringan penumpang maupun bawaan penumpang itu sendiri. Namun yang ditemukan pada Bandar Udara Sultan Babullah masih terdapat kelalaian petugas Aviation security dalam menjalankan tugas nya, seperti meninggalkan pos jaga saat jam tugas maupun kurangnya ketelitian petugas dalam mengecek penumpang maupun bawaan penumpang. Namun, hal ini mulai dapat dibenahi oleh unit Aviation Security dengan cara melakukan Briffing setiap selesai melakukan Shift jaga untuk mencari celah kesalahan dan membenahi kesalahan tersebut.Kata Kunci: Bandar Udara, Keamanan, Aviation Security, Efektivitas. AbstractAviation Security (AVSEC) is a security personnel who is responsible for carrying out aviation security and safety. Aviation security is a unit that maintains the security of the entire airport area. The purpose of this study was to recognize the effectiveness of Aviation Security officers on security at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate. This study used primary data and skunder data. Primary data in this study include observations and interviews with officers of the Aviation Security unit at Sultan Babullah Airport, Ternate. Meanwhile, secondary data includes documentation results from several images of the activities of Aviation Security unit officers and also Standard Operation Procedure documentation from the Aviation Security unit. After all the data has been collected from different data sources, a descriptive qualitative analysis will be carried out. The results of the study can be conveyed that Aviation Security officers have a very important role in screening passengers and passengers themselves. However, what was found at Sultan Babullah Airport was still negligence of Aviation security officers in carrying out their duties, such as leaving guard posts during duty hours and the lack of accuracy of officers in checking passengers and passengers' luggage. However, this can be addressed by the Aviation Security unit by briffing every time you finish doing a Shift guard to find fault loopholes and fix the error.Keywords: Airport, Security, Aviation Security, Effectiveness.

Abstract

Every Airport must have an Aviation Security and safety system to realize the flight is carried out safely and safely in accordance with the flight plan. The research was conducted at wamena Airport, Papua, releated to the security and safety of flights at wamena airport, Papua and Aviation Security support facilities. From the observations of researchers, there are many events that occur at Wamena Airport that can interfere with flight security and safety. This study aims to find out how the Aviation Security unit works in ensuring flight security and safety at Wamena Papua Airport. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative type. This study takes data from documentation, observations and interviews conducted with Senior Aviation Security Officers, Junior Aviation Security and Basic Aviation Security Officers. The data analysis technique used credibility test and data analysis. This research was conducted at Wamena Airport, Papua. The results of the research conducted by researchers that the supporting equipment for the Aviation Security unit at Wamena Airport is adequate but there are equipment that cannot be operated and the lack of human resources for Aviation security officers at Wamena Airport and many do not have a license and SKP.

Abstract

Palangka Raya Tjilik Riwut Airport is currently optimizing the terminal. This is done with the aim of improving the quality of services at Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya Airport. The purpose of this research is to find out whether the terminal facilities at Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya Airport are optimal or not. This research is a qualitative research using primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from interviews and observation results. Secondary data is in the form of company documents and searches through literature. Data analysis techniques using data reduction analysis, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the terminal facilities at Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya Airport are still lacking or can be said to be not optimal, such as the number of trolleys, directions in public areas, and smoking rooms. Facilities at Tjilik Riwut Palangka Raya Airport are quite good, but there are several facilities that need to be optimized again, such as toilet facilities, ATM centers, air conditioning in the waiting room, resulting in services that seem not optimal.

Abstract

The Airport Operation Terminal and Landside Unit is a unit that provides services to airport users through its division, better known as the Terminal Service Officer (TSO), providing services to airport service users in the terminal and Landside areas. This study aims to explain what are the obstacles and what are the solutions for TSO officers in solving the obstacles. This study uses primary and secondary data. The subjects in this research are Terminal Service Officers. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The location of this research was carried out at PT. Angkasa Pura I Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport Lombok West Nusa Tenggara with a placement in the Terminal Service Officer (TSO). This data analysis uses qualitative data. The results of this research regarding the Terminal Service Officer are the lack of cleaning service officers in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, the lack of trolleyman officers in supplying the availability of trolleys and the lack of assertiveness of Aviation Security officers in giving warnings to street vendors and passenger escorts. While the solutions for Terminal Service Officer personnel in resolving problems are in accordance with the applicable Standard Operating Procedures. The solutions that are not listed in the Standard Operating Procedures are initiatives from Terminal Service Officer personnel who are none other than to provide maximum service to airport service users.

Abstract

Customer satisfaction is a level of one's feelings after comparing several related factors such as perceived performance or results which can then be compared with the desired expectations. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Wings Air airline service quality at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport, to determine the effect of Wings Air airline passenger complaints at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport and to determine how much influence service quality and passenger complaints have on employee performance. This research is quantitative research using primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire (questionnaire), while secondary data was obtained from PT. Wings Air, articles and website internet. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, multiple regression, t-test, and f-test. The results of this study indicate that the calculated F value is 82.002 and a sig value of 0.00 is less than 0.05.

Abstract

Tingkat pengetahuan penumpang terhadap Dangerous Goods sangat penting dalam dunia penerbangan karena dapat mengancam keselamatan dalam penerbangan. Faktor-faktor diantaranya mengenai pengangkutan barang-barang berbahaya (Dangerous Goods). Barang yang di kategorikan sebagai barang yang dapat membahayakan keselamatan dan keamanan orang lain, atau benda padat, gas atau cairan yang dapat membahayakan kesehatan, keselamatan jiwa dan harta benda serta penerbangan. Untuk itu barang-barang tersebut harus mendapatkan penanganan khusus dalam melakukan pemeriksaan, penempatan dan pengemasannya untuk dapat dilakukan pengangkutan ke tempat tujuan dan untuk menghindari bila terjadi kesalahan dalam hal penanganan sehingga menyebabkan kecelakaan pesawat terbang. Penelitian tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan penumpang terhadap barang bawaan berbahaya (dangerous goods) di Bandar Udara Sultan Thaha Syaifuddin Jambi. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan datanya melalui kuesioner yang berisi 12 pertanyaan kemudian disebarkan kepada 100 responden yakni penumpang Bandar Udara Sultan Thaha Syaifuddin Jambi. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tingkat pengetahuan terkait barang bawaan berbahaya sebesar 4 (sangat tinggi). Nilai rata-rata (mean) yang didapatkan dari hasil pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yaitu sebesar 54,03 yang artinya nilai tersebut menunjukan adanya pengetahuan penumpang terhadap dangerous goods.

Abstract

Permasalahan bagasi hilang tentu sangat berdampak kepada tingkat kepuasan penumpang, dan penumpang tentu sangat merasakan bagaimana penanganan petugas yang diberikan. Bandar Udara Internasional Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang memiliki unit yang bertanggung jawab dalam segala penanganan bagasi termasuk penanganan bagasi yang hilang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah1penanganan bagasi yang hilang berpengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan penumpang, untuk mengetahui1seberapa besar pengaruh penanganan bagasi yang hilang terhadap kepuasan penumpang di PT. Kokapura Bandar Udara Internasional Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang diperoleh secara langsung yaitu melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan pengisian kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 80 penumpang yang pernah mengalami kehilangan bagasi sejak bulan Januari 2023 sampai dengan Januari 2024. Penulis dapat menjelaskan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penanganan bagasi yang hilang terhadap kepuasan penumpang, hal ini berarti hipotesis Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Selanjutnya pada uji T untuk menentukan berpengaruh atau tidaknya variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya, dari tabel koefisien dapat diketahui adanya keefektifan yang signifikan antara independen X (penanganan bagasi yang hilang) terhadap variabel dependen Y (kepuasan penumpang) dengan perhitungan koefisien determinasi (R2) untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikatnya, dan mendapat nilai sebesar 71,3 dan selebihnya 28,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak penulis bahas di dalam penelitian.
