Abstract

Preeclampsia complicates 4-7% of pregnancies and remains the leading cause of maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality worldwide. Despite improvements in health care over the last decade, preeclampsia remains the second most common cause of maternal mortality in Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether the mean arterial pressure (MAP) is related to the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women at the Bontobangun Puskesmas, Bulukumba district for the period 2018 to 2019. This research uses a descriptive-analytic approach with Historical Cohort Studies, namely by looking at the cohort book of the history of blood pressure measurement results for pregnant women at the Bontobangun Public Health Center, Bulukumba Regency for the period 2018 to 2019. Determining the sample using the sampling method taken by purposive sampling. 31 samples of pregnant women who experienced preeclampsia and 31 controls were pregnant women with normal conditions who had certain criteria (matching) with the sample. The results explained that from the paired T-test results, the value of α> 0.037 so that it is said that there is a relationship between mean artery pressure (MAP) and the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women at Bontobangun puskesmas for the period 2018-2019.

Abstract

Preeklampsia adalah terjadinya hipertensi setelah usia kehamilan 20 minggu disertai dengan protein urine. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan graviditas dengan kejadian preeklamsia di Kabupaten Bulukumba Tahun 2017.  Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah historical kohort. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang mengalami preeklamsia 73 dan yang tidak mengalami preeklamsia 259 orang di 20 wilayah kerja puskesmas di lingkup Kabupaten Bulukumba dengan menggunakan teknik cluster sampling, alat ukur yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji statistik Chi-square. Berdasarkan uji statistic yang diperoleh hasil P=0,000. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada Hubungan Graviditas dengan Kejadian Preeklamsia Pada Ibu Bersalin di Tingkat Kabupaten Bulukumba tahun 2017.

Abstract

ASI Eksklusif adalah pemberian Air susu ibu kepada bayinya sejak lahir hingga usia 6 bulan. Untuk memaksimalkan gerakan 1000 hari pertama kehidupan salah satunya adalah dengan memberikan ASI Eksklusif. Gold moment ini tidak pernah mungkin bisa diulang sehingga sangat disayangkan jika ASI Eksklusif ini tidak terlaksana karena mengingat begitu banyak maknfaat baik untuk Ibu maupun untuk Bayi. Namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak bayi yang tidak mendapatkan ASI Eksklusif. Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil mengenai pentingnya ASI Eksklusif. Dengan pengetahuan yang baik maka cakupan ASI Eksklusif akan meningkat serta memaksimalkan gerakan 1000 HPK. Hal ini akan memberi banyak manfaat baik bagi ibu, bayi, keluarga serta bangsa dan negara. Hasil kegiatan penyuluhan ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil dan pendamping tentang pengertian ASI Eksklusif, cara melakukan asi eksklusif bagi ibu yang bekerja, tips untuk memperbanyak ASI. Kesimpulan hasil pendidikan Kesehatan ini dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu hamil dan pendamping tentang ASI Eksklusif

Abstract

Comprehensive Midwifery Care is an upbringing that is given thoroughly starting from pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, nifas, neonates to family planning. The main goal of comprehensive midwifery care is to reduce morbidity and mortality (pain and death rates) in an effort to save mothers and babies focused on promotive and preventive efforts. The purpose of this case is to provide continuous midwifery care and document SOAP in pregnant women, maternity, newborns, unifas, neonates to birth control using varney management and in the form of in-person interviews, patient observation and home visits. Based on the results of comprehensive midwifery care in Mrs. "F" by conducting obstetric care independently and early handling, there was no involvement starting from pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, nifas, neonates and birth control. It is recommended to midwives to improve the quality of service to the health of the mother and baby. The conclusion is comprehensive midwifery care conducted on Mrs.F"starting from 36 weeks of gestation, maternity, BBL, neonates, nifas to family planning (KB), in accordance with midwifery service standards by using comprehensive midwifery care management and documented in the form of subjective data, objective data, data analysis and management (SOAP).

Abstract

Obesity is a condition in which body fat is in excessive amounts. Obesity is a risk factor for the 5th leading cause of death in the world. About 2.8 million people in the world die from complications of obesity, 23% suffer from ischemic heart disease, and 7% to 41% have a risk of developing cancer in certain organs. This study aims to determine the relationship between lifestyle and obesity in adolescents at SMPN 1 Bulukumba in 2021. The type of research used is an observational study with a cross sectional design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The population in the study was 352 people. The sample in this study were 47 people. Analysis of eating patterns with obesity using the square test obtained a value (p = 0.000) indicating that there is a significant relationship between diet and the incidence of obesity and on physical activity the value (p = 0.049) shows that there is a relationship between physical activity and the incidence of obesity in Junior High School 1 Bulukumba youth. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between diet and physical activity with the incidence of obesity in adolescents at SMP Negeri 1 Bulukumba. It is recommended for adolescents to behave in a healthy life by maintaining a good diet and managing physical activity properly in order to avoid various degenerative diseases due to complications from obesity.

Abstract

Nothing new anymore. However, until now bullying incidents have not been handled specifically. While it is known that bullying is a trigger for violence against children. Violence is a form of action in the form of physical force, threats, or certain associations with the intention to hurt and cause physical or mental injury. Bullying is defined as intentional, aggressive, forceful oppression by individuals or groups. There are several factors that can influence the incidence of bullying in children, including the characteristics of the child itself. Objective: Knowing the relationship between the environment and the incidence of bullying at SDN 31 Bontoraja. Methods: This research is a quantitative study using an analytic observational design with a cross sectional approach. With a sample population of 41 and a sample of 41 people. This research uses a sampling technique, namely probability sampling using a simple total sampling technique which is also called simple. Results: In this study the results were obtained that for the low level of bullying there were 19 people and the high level of bullying was as many as 22 people. And the results of bivariate analysis using the chi-square test obtained results for the three independent variables, namely the level of age, gender, and family environment that H0 was accepted. Conclusions and suggestions: In this study it can be concluded that the family environment has no relationship with the incidence of bullying. Parents always control their children in socializing, using electronic and print media, for example parents taking their children to school, accompanying their children to watch television.

Abstract

Many factors influence and can be the cause of AKI and IMR, so it is necessary to make more effective efforts than before, namely by conducting continuous midwifery care so that complications starting during pregnancy can be detected as early as possible and given appropriate treatment. This comprehensive midwifery care was given to Mrs. "T" in her third trimester of pregnancy at the Ujung Loe Health Center with the aim of providing comprehensive midwifery care starting during pregnancy, childbirth, newborns, postpartum, neonates, and family planning. The results of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs "T" carried out independent and collaborative care starting from the period of pregnancy with physiological complaints and progressing normally, in normal delivery with spontaneous delivery, normal newborns, four times respiratory visits, and three times neonates who proceed normally without any complications and the use of 3-month injectable contraception (DMPA). The conclusion of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. "T" starting from 36 weeks, three days of gestation, childbirth, newborns, postpartum, neonates, and family planning with 3-month injection KB (DMPA), proceeded normally without complications or complications carried out according to midwifery service standards using a comprehensive and documented SOAP midwifery care management approach. It is hoped that the results of this study can be used as reading material and references for further researchers, adding insight and learning in the implementation of comprehensive midwifery care, implementing comprehensive midwifery care according to standard operating procedure (SOP) in every health service, especially at the Ujung Loe Health Center, Ujung Loe District, Bulukumba Regency and providing awareness to the public. especially the mother regarding her concern for the health condition of her and her fetus so that it can minimize problems or complications that can occur.
