Abstract

The child's religious's mental, and moral development is not a process that can occur quickly and be forced. Still, it must be gradual, reasonable, healthy, and following the growth, abilities, and nature of the age that is being passed. Here, parents must be able to capture the positive trends of child development to be very important. Parents' obligation is to motivate and direct children to a positive outcome, even though the tendency is not following the parents' wishes. This, Islam teaches that in caring for children not to differentiate between boys and girls, eldest or youngest children, normal or abnormal children, parents still provide the same opportunity to obtain educational services following their potential, talents, and interests. Children must be treated fairly and not discriminatory. Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad says that "Educate your children (girls and boys), not according to your wishes, because they are children of their time.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve interpersonal communication of Guidance and Counseling Department students through multicultural counseling. To be a good BK teacher, you must have good interpersonal communication as well. This study uses quantitative and qualitative methods using interpersonal communication questionnaires and interview techniques as data collection tools. The results showed that of the 12 BK students who were used as research subjects, there were still some people who lacked interpersonal communication. It was found that some subjects still use their personal values of a tribe when communicating with other people from that tribe, so that interpersonal communication will not be objective. Objective interpersonal communication skills are very much needed as BK teachers later, so students must learn to view other people objectively and place values on that person's ethnicity first. Multicultural counseling conducted on the subject has an impact on his interpersonal skills. Subjects whose interpersonal communication was lacking at the end of the study showed an increase based on the interpersonal communication questionnaire

Abstract

Idealnya, keluarga merupakan suatu lingkungan pertama bagi anak dan tempat untuk membimbing anak serta untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, baik kebutuhan fisik maupun psikis, maka orang tua harus memberikan suasana keluarga yang harmonis, sehingga anak akan tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik. Namun, terkadang apa yang terjadi dalam kehidupan perkawinan orang tuanya tak bisa semulus apa yang diharapkan. Berbagai masalah dan perselisihan yang tak bisa terselesaikan pada akhirnya bisa mengarah pada sebuah perceraian. Bagi sebagian pasangan, perceraian dianggap sebagai satu-satunya jalan keluar terbaik agar bisa keluar dari masalah pelik yang dihadapi. Padahal, akibat suatu perceraian, tahun pertama perceraian merupakan masa krisis yang paling sulit. Pada tataran inilah secara langsung maupun tidak langsung anak-anak, terutama anak yang sedang memasuki masa remaja dalam keluarga tersebut akan merasakan dampak dari perceraian yang terjadi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian dalah peran orang tua melakukan komunikasi intensif dengan anak, memberikan suluhan kepada pihak keluarga agar terus berusaha untuk memenuhi kesedihan anak-anak, memberikan suluhan kepada pengasuh agar siap menjawab alasan perceraian apabila anak-anak, disarankan agar sebaiknya orang tua memberikan waktu dan dukungan kepada anak-anak untuk menyampaikan perasaannya, serta selalu diingatkan untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah Swt

Abstract

This study aims to develop a product in the form of Jenga media on guidance and counseling information services to students at MTs DDI Tarakan City. Bullying is an act of violence or responsiveness carried out by a person or group of people with the intent and purpose to frighten. Jenga media is one of the media that can be used by guidance and counseling teachers to carry out services, especially in information services to increase understanding of the dangers of bullying so that students can understand how to deal with bullying and the bad effects of bullying behavior. This study uses a research and development approach (Research and Development). The research and development procedure uses the Borg and Gall development model, but in this study, it was carried out until the fifth stage, namely the design revision stage due to conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of material expert validation with a score of 78% indicate the appropriate category, and the validation results of design experts with a score of 89% indicate the very feasible category. This shows that the Jenga media developed is feasible and good to use in guidance and counseling information services to increase students' understanding of the risks of bullying.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative type with a quasi-experimental approach to nonequivalent control group design. The study population amounted to 244 students, with purposive sampling sampling, the provisions of the study sample obtained 20 students divided into 10 experimental groups and 10 control groups. The instrument used in the form of student confidence scale that has been through validation testing from expert judgment and declared valid. Reliability of the confidence scale was tested using Alpha Cronbach and obtained a coefficient of 0.786 which showed a high level of reliability. Hypothesis analysis using the Wilcoxon test through the SPSS version 24.00 for windows program. Based on the results of statistical data analysis results of the calculation of the t-test using SPSS version 24.00 for windows obtained a significance value = 0.000 ɑ = 0.05. this shows a significant value of less than 0.05 can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is an effect of self talk techniques on the confidence of class IX students in Tarakan 9 Middle School Academic Year 2018-1919.  Keywords: Self Talk, Student Confidence

Abstract

AbstractIn the community, as well as schools are required to be able to communicate well with school students, namely teachers, administrative staff, peers, and other school personnel. Students who have good interpersonal communication will easily socialize. The subjects of this study were 25 students of class X SMA Negeri 4 Palu Barat. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling in which the research subjects were taken with the consideration that based on information obtained from the supervising teacher at SMA Negeri 4, it was identified that 25 students had poor interpersonal communication with indications that these students were less open in expressing their opinions and problems. and lack respect for the interlocutor. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires and observation. Analysis of the research data means to analyze the results of research figures relating to students' interpersonal communication skills, the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and t-test analysis. The interpersonal communication skills of class X students at SMA Negeri 4 Palu Barat before being given treatment in the form of sociodrama exercises or based on the results of the pretest were in the medium category and after being given treatment in the form of sociodrama exercises or based on the posttest results of interpersonal communication the students had increased, namely in the high category.Keywords: Sociodrama, Interpersonal CommunicationAbstrakDi lingkungan masyarakat, maupun sekolah siswa dituntut mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dengan warga sekolah yakni guru, staf tata usaha, teman sebaya, maupun personil sekolah lainnya. Siswa yang memiliki komunikasi antarpribadi yang baik akan mudah bersosialisasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Palu Barat, sebanyak 25 siswa. Adapun teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling purposive dimana subjek penelitian diambil dengan pertimbangan bahwa berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh dari guru pembimbing di SMA Negeri 4, bahwa teridentifikasi 25 orang siswa yang memiliki komunikasi antarpribadi yang kurang baik dengan indikasi siswa ini kurang terbuka dalam mengemukakan pendapat maupun masalahnya dan kurang menghargai lawan bicaranya. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan observasi. Analisis data penelitian dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis data hasil angket penelitian berkaitan dengan keterampilan komunikasi antarpribadi siswa, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriftif dan analisis t-test. Keterampilan komunikasi antarpribadi siswa kelas X di SMA Negeri 4 Palu Barat sebelum diberikan perlakuan berupa latihan sosiodrama atau berdasarkan hasil pretest berada dalam kategori sedang dan setelah diberi perlakuan berupa latihan sosiodrama atau berdasarkan hasil posttest komunikasi antarpribadi siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu berada pada kategori tinggi.Kata Kunci : Sosiodrama, Komunikasi Antar Pribadi
