Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan modul elektronik matematika pada pokok bahasan eksponensial dan logaritma dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik pada kelas X SMA. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dan menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang melibatkan lima Langkah, yaitu (1) melakukan analisis produk yang akan dikembangkan, (2) mengembangkan produk awal, (3) validasi ahli dan revisi, (4) uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi produk, dan (5) uji coba lapangan skala besar dan produk akhir. Penelitian dilakukan pada Desember 2020 di SMA IT Al-Halimiyah. Berdasarkan hasil validasi modul elektronik matematika oleh ahli materi dan bahasa diperoleh persentase secara keseluruhan aspek sebesar 84,19% serta validasi ahli media 81,30%. Kemudian, menurut hasil evaluasi guru diperoleh persentase keseluruhan aspek sebesar 89,57%. Pada uji coba lapangan skala kecil diperoleh hasil 94,90% untuk persentase secara keseluruhan. Serta ketika uji coba lapangan skala besar diperoleh persentase sebesar 88,31%.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajarankooperatif tipe  think talk write (TTW) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi dan disposisi matematis siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 1 Kragilan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu tes dan skala. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan komunikasi siswa yang mendapat model pembelajaran TTW lebih tinggi daripada pembelajaran ekspositori; (2) terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan KAM terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis; (3) kemampuan komunikasi matematis dengan KAM tinggi yang diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran TTW lebih tinggi daripada ekspositori; (4) tidak terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa dengan KAM rendah yang diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran TTW dengan ekspositori; (5) diposisi matematis siswa yang mendapat model pembelajaran TTW lebih tinggi daripada ekspositori; (6) terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan KAM terhadap disposisi matematis siswa; (7) disposisi matematis siswa dengan KAM tinggi yang diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran TTW lebih tinggi daripada ekspositori; (8) tidak terdapat perbedaan disposisi matematis siswa dengan KAM rendah yang diberi perlakuan model pembelajaran TTW dengan ekspositori.

Abstract

Mathematics is a difficult subject for most students, where students tend not to be able to solve problems on questions in the form of problem-solving such as description questions. Efforts can be made to increase student learning outcomes by applying the M-APOS learning model. This study investigates whether or not there is a significant effect of the M-APOS learning model on mathematical problem-solving abilities in terms of the self-esteem of East Jakarta Vocational School students Region II, 2021-2022 academic year. This study is an experimental study that compares the value of the experimental class using the M-APOS model with the value of the control class using the conventional model. The values are analyzed using the t-test, where the results of the t-test indicate that ????count = 15.736 and df= 82. Besides it was found that ????????????????e = 1.989. The test criteria are that the ????0 is rejected if ????count > ????????????????e and it was found that 15.736 > 0.165. Based on the test results, the ????0 is rejected. This means that there are differences in the mathematical problem-solving abilities of students who receive the M-APOS learning model and those who receive conventional learning models.

Abstract

The purpose of this quantitative study is to see the effect of the PBL model on the ability to understand concepts and self-esteem based on the students' initial mathematical abilities. The design of this research is a quasi-experimental with a population of all junior high school students in the Raba sub-district of Bima City for the 2020/2021 academic year. The research subjects were randomly selected, namely students from class VIII-A of SMP 05 Bima and VIII-A of SMP 06 Bima as the experimental class, while class VIII-D of SMP 05 Bima and VIII-C of SMP 06 Bima were the control class. The data collection technique used a test instrument to measure the ability to understand mathematical concepts and a questionnaire to measure students' self-esteem. Data analysis used descriptive statistics in the form of two-way ANOVA and t-test. The average value of students' conceptual understanding skills in the experimental class is 62.00 and the control class is 59.25. Based on data interpretation and t-test analysis with a significance level (α) = 0.05, the value of sig = 0.032 so that sig < . With the results obtained, it is informed that there is an effect of the PBL learning model on the ability to understand mathematical concepts of eighth grade students of SMP in Raba sub-district, Bima City.

Abstract

Kemampuan pemecahan masalah (KPM) merupakan kemampuan dasar yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik baik pada jenjang pendidikan dasar maupun menengah. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan di SMA YP IPPI Cakung, KPM peserta didik tergolong rendah. Untuk meningkatkan KPM dibutuhkan suatu model yang dapat meningkatkan KPM siswa. Salah satu model yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan tersebut adalah model pembelajararan discovery learning (DL) dengan strategi flipped classroom. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah upaya meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan model pembelajaran DL dan strategi flipped classroom di kelas XI MIPA SMA YP IPPI Cakung. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran DL dengan strategi flipped classroom dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik. Hal tersebut ditunjukan dengan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang diberikan setiap akhir siklus. Rata-rata nilai kemampuan pemecahan masalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA pada tes pendahuluan adalah 48, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 62, dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 72. Pada tes pendahuluan hanya 16% yang melebihi batas KKM. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada pokok barisan barisan dan deret aritmetika dan geometri dapat meningkat melalui model pembelajaran DL dan strategi flipped classroom.

Abstract

In this research, a mathematic model which describe Covid-19 spreading in DKI Jakarta is constructed. The model consists of susceptible compartment, symptomatic infection comparte- ment, asymptomatic infection compartement, self isolation compartement, isolation at hospital compartement and recover compartement. Next, the disease free stability point will be analyzed to know the stability and simulation wiil be carried out with the help of maple software and octave on the model that has been formed. After doing the simulation using Covid-19 data in Jakarta until July 5th, 2021, the value of basic reproduction number is 0, 04152673249 which means that basic reproduction value less than one. Setelah dilakukan simulasi dengan menggunakan data COVID-19 di DKI Jakarta sampai tanggal 5 Juli 2021, dihasilkan nilai angka reproduksi dasar sebesar 0, 04152673249 yang berarti bahwa angka reproduksi dasar kurang dari satu. Hal ini menunjukkan penyebaran COVID-19 secara perlahan akan menghilang.

Abstract

Radicalization is a process by which individuals adopt political, social, and religious ideologies that lead to violence. Violent behavior in the radicalization process is the reason that radicalism is considered the cause of acts of terrorism. Therefore, to reduce this radicalization process, a deradicalization program is carried out. Deradicalization is an attempt to persuade adherents of radicalism to leave this notion. In order to determine the level of spread of radicalization, a mathematical model of deradicalization was made. The model consists of four compartments, namely, Susceptible, Extrimist, Recruiters, and Treatment. The model is analyzed by determining the equilibrium point and determining the base reproduction number ( ℜ0). If ℜ0<1 then the system will be locally asymptotically stable, and if ℜ0>1 then the system will be unstable. The simulation is carried out with the data that has been obtained, with the individual displacement parameters from the Extrimist compartment to the Treatment compartment with a value of 0.05 and the individual displacement from the Recruiters compartment to the Treatment compartment with a value of 0.165, simulation results show a graph that is stable to the point of endemic equilibrium. Meanwhile, if the value of individual displacement from the Extrimist and Recruiters compartments to the Treatment compartment is 0.5, the simulation results show that the graph gradually goes to zero.

Abstract

Tuberculosis and COVID-19 are deadly infectious diseases with similar symptoms which mostly attacks lung. When these infections conduct in a single host simultaneously, it will give a low chance of survival. This thesis constructed and analyzed a compartmental tuberculosis and COVID-19 co-infection with anti-tuberculosis drugs intervention model. Our model claimed that the equilibrium point of the co-infection model is stable when the basic reproduction number or the number of the secondary infections is below 1. Numeric simulation was given, using parameter value calculated from the data of tuberculosis and COVID-19 situation in Indonesia period of March 2020 until March 2021 along with the result displayed in graphic. The basic reproduction number were obtained accordingly with the parameter value by 0.1819422898. This means, there are no Tuberculosis and COVID-19 co-infection transmission inside the population.

Abstract

Word of mouth marketing based on community brands makes companies target communities that are in accordance with product characteristics so that word of mouth marketing becomes more effective. This thesis focuses on modeling and analyzing word of mouth marketing based on brand community. Model consists of five variables, namely Susceptible, Infected, Community, Positive, and Negative. The model is analyzed by determining the equilibrium point which produces two equilibrium points, namely the equilibrium point obtained when there are no infected individuals and the equilibrium point obtained when there are infected individuals. The simulation uses data that has been obtained from one of the companies in Indonesia, with the basic reproduksi number is 950,1458877.

Abstract

In this research, a model for the spread of Covid-19 will be built using a differential equation because in the population there are two subpopulations who can spread the disease, there is one subpopulation who go through incubation period, and there are also 2 subpopulations who go through the treatment so the model will consists of compartments such as susceptible, exposed, asymptomatically infectious, symptomatically infectious, treatment 1 (self-isolation), treatment 2 (hospital care), and recovered. Analysis begins by calculating the disease-free equilibrium and endemic equilibrium. Before stability analysis, the model must be checked for adequacy in describing the disease spread. Stability analysis begins by forming the next generation matrix of the model with helps of jacobian matrix and chracteristic equation, then we can get basic reproduction number. By entering the value of parameters according to data to the basic reproduction number, we get reproduction number is 0,851115. The size of reproduction number means that the disease will disappear from the population.
